COURT ORDER Panabo City court orders Writ of Possession for SIDC landing site

4 Presiding Judge Gemma Betonio signed on January 20, 2023 the Writ of Possession, which allows the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to take possession of a portion of the property where the landing site of the proposed Samal Island-Davao City (SIDC) Connector Project would be built.

The order, which was rendered on January 19, 2023 by the Panabo City RTC, is also printed on a large billboard and set up in a property in the Island Garden City of Samal (IGaCoS).
