S POLITICS thicker than blood? Political gossip going the rounds for weeks now have it that certain incumbent city councilors in the third district of Davao City are faced with the problem of their close relatives running against them for the same position. The incumbents reportedly having this unique problem are Bernardo Al-ag, Victorio U. Advincula Jr. and Myrna Dalodo-Ortiz. The two other Al-ags are Wilberto and Wilmar. Wilberto, also called “Nonoy,” was a former three-term councilor while Wilmar is the barangay captain of Toril. Also reportedly running for councilor is Domingo “Doming” Dalodo, younger brother of Myrna, who became councilor after she “graduated” from
