Volunteers ask ‘wang-wang’ ban exemption

HE Davao Volunteer Fire Brigade Inc. (DVFBI) has requested to be exempted from the law prohibiting the use of sirens in private cars. Through a letter sent to the City Council committee on energy, transportation, and communication chaired by Councilor
Pilar Braga, the DVFBI asked for their members to be allowed to use the siren and emergency lights of their private vehicles while responding to emergencies and disasters. “Rest assured that if granted, we will use the privilege in the most responsible
