HERE is no stopping the rapid growth of Davao City’s newest leisure and financial hub.

Laurel Ave. Under construction are the Kukun Hotel, Abreeza Residences, Abreeza Place, and the new wing of the Abreeza Mall comprises the first mixed-use development in Davao City.

Developed in a land area of over 100,000 square meters, the business district will be home to commercial spaces, office spaces, business processes outsourcing spaces, and a lot of green open spaces.

Situated in one of the fastest growing areas of the city, the business district provides a more accessible and well-planned environment that is conducive for both pedestrians and vehicular traffic.

The development also promises a complete package, with the Abreeza Mall providing for retail and commercial needs, the soon-to-rise Kukun Hotel for accommodations, while Abreeza Residences and Abreeza Place will provide living spaces.
