Bond Counsel 1‐‐Can you please send to us HRD Form 13 which the RFP tells us to complete?

2‐‐Is our revised proposal just meant to reflect the names of the MBE and WBE entities now or can we commit to meeting the participation goals post award?
Proposers should name the firms who are intended to help meet the participation goals.
3‐‐ Can the MBE firms agree/commit/indicate a willingness to work with more than one firm?

4‐‐ The forms that were attached to the RFPs for Bond and Disclosure counsel include a Letter of Intent to Subcontract. The forms that were attached to the RFP only need to be submitted prior to contract award ‐ proposers do not need to include these forms in their proposals. Is this required as part of each firm’s submission or will this document be executed post selection? The form requires that each firm's signature be notarized on the same page. If a firm can confirm that it is currently registered with the City of Kansas City as an 5‐‐ If a search of the KCMO certified directory turns up a law firm as a DBE and its website indicates it is also a MBE or WBE, but that law firm does not show up in the KCMO directory as a WBE or MBE, may we partner with it for purposes MBE/WBE, then their participation will count towards the overall goal. There are of the KCI Bond Counsel RFP and does the DBE “count” toward the MBE or WBE participation? different state‐level registrations, so you just want to be sure that the firm can evidence that it is registered with the City itself.
