2023 Exnicios Summer Bash

Every year, clients of The Exnicios Group at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Realtors, eagerly await the arrival of an invitation to what can be considered the event of the year. The yearly get togethers are the brainchild of John Exnicios who is the operating partner of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Preferred Realtors and the Team Leader of the Exnicios Group. In a business where major financial decisions and investments are made, Exnicios finds it important to create these experiences for his clients.
With each event being as unpredictable as the last, attendees can always expect one thing – a fun experience. Previous years have included a Mardi Gras Ball featuring the Rebirth Brass Band and local artist Terrance Osborne, and a Great Gatsby house party complete with the Swinging Gypsies and professional Lindy Hop dancers.
This year’s event did not disappoint, with a family-oriented party held at Cate Square Park. Laughter could be heard throughout the day as families enjoyed great food, live music by Will Vance and the Kinfolk, face painting, and even a bounce house for the young and young-at-heart.
John explained that it is important to get to know someone on a personal level outside of the transactions of work, and these events help to do just that. “I want people to have fun in life. It’s not always about the work,” Exnicios said. “If you’re having fun, you get to know people better.”
Building a personal relationship with clients is important to The Exnicios Group. It enables their clients to be confident that the team will have their best interest at heart throughout the buying and selling process.
One such client is Dr. Jeffery Franco, a Hammond chiropractor. Dr. Franco has known John for over 20 years and considers him like family. “He helped me buy my first house, my current house, and even the office I am currently working out of.”
Dr. Franco continued, “The Exnicios Group is so easy and pleasant to work with. John is the definition of a go-getter. If he says he will do something for you, not only will he do it, but he will do it promptly. He bends over backwards for his clients and never complains about it because he truly enjoys his career. I have and will continue to recommend The Exnicios Group to everyone.”
Ultimately, John knows whether his clients are buying or selling. It is more than a one-time transaction. “I go into this with the intention of building a lasting relationship with each of my clients. From their first home to their grandchild’s first home, my goal is to be there for every milestone.”
