n 1963, Joan Sorensen had a burning desire to be an interior designer and to have her own business. Not only was this during a time when a majority of women did not work outside of the home, but interior design was believed to be affordable to only the affluent. Despite those obstacles, Joan started her business in Fremont, NE, and appealed to main stream clients selling draperies and carpet.

Interiors Joan and Associates Celebrates 55 Years of Designing Dreams

Now 55 years later, Interiors Joan and Associates has locations in Omaha and Lincoln, with 14 professional designers with ASID affiliation. These designers are able to help create timeless designs for the home or office, from furnishings to accessories and everything in between. One key to the firm’s success has been to surround themselves with creative, business-minded people, who share our passion for design. Owners Diane Gernstein and Nancy Pesavento have both been with Interiors Joan and Associates for 35 years. The average amount of experience among all their designers is 22 years. “One of our biggest strengths is

our team,” Nancy said. Their education, knowledge, and experience spans across all positions, from designers to administrative and support staff. Another key attribute to their success is the firm’s ability to work with any residential or commercial project, regardless of scope—big or small. In fact, the earlier in a project they can become involved, the better the result. “Whether it’s a single bathroom, a renovation, or new home construction, our goal is to be involved from concept to completion and understand the client’s desires and needs and build from there,” Nancy said. “That’s one of the things that sets us apart.” With one of the largest resource libraries of home textiles, furnishings, art, accessories, rugs, wall coverings, and everything in between, the breadth of materials and services available to Interiors Joan and Associates’ clients today is extensive. “Most people are surprised by the extent to which we can help them with their projects,” Diane said. “They don’t realize the value we bring to their design project until they begin working with us.” With their 10,000 square foot studio in Omaha, and smaller location in Lincoln, the showrooms are open to the public and are constantly updated with new inventory from Market. The biggest change that the firm has experienced is how technology has impacted the interior design business. Also the complexity of projects, the availability of exotic materials, and the continued expanse of knowledge that the team acquires are influencers of change in the industry. As many things do change, there is one thing that remains the same: every project is centered around a longterm client-designer relationship, built on mutual trust.

It’s those relationships and seeing the joy on clients’ faces at the end of a project that drives everyone at Interiors Joan and Associates. “Knowing the client loves the end result is what we strive for,” said Nancy. Whether it’s through a referral or walk-in traffic at one of their showrooms, all of their designers take the time to get to know not just an individual client, but their family— understanding how they need a space to function, what they like, what they dislike, their timeframe, and what they want to invest in their project. A common misconception is that working with an interior designer is too costly, when in fact the opposite is often true. Designers actually save people money by preventing them from making costly mistakes, and they keep clients on track so they don’t overspend. “Our primary strategy is to ensure that the styles and looks we design are timeless and classic,” said Diane. Working closely with builders and craftsmen, interior designers are no longer considered luxuries but rather more necessities. Quality and affordability are at the forefront of everything 12 |

Interiors Joan and Associates does. They encourage walk-ins to come into their showroom to shop for accessories and experience their products in person. “This is a very tactile industry, and it’s important for clients to see and touch items and understand their quality and scale,” Diane said. The firm will be featured in two homes during the upcoming Street of Dreams being held July 28-August 12, 2018, at Blue Sage Creek off 214th & F Streets. “It’s a great way to see our work in a complete home environment,” Nancy added. Another competitive advantage at their firm is the team approach that the designers utilize for every project. “Our staff brings so much knowledge and expertise to the table every day. Each project enjoys the advantage of having designers who can collaborate with high level professionals from beginning to end,” said Nancy. Interiors Joan and Associates has not only sustained a successful business for 55 years, but they have done so with a high level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and knowledge. Their firm is a business that in an ever-changing industry has stood the test of time.

The “write” plan a column on estate and financial planning for everyone By LISA M. LEHAN, J.D.

The Tax Cuts and Jobs Act was signed into law on December 22, 2017, doubling the amount a taxpayer may leave to his or her beneficiaries without paying the federal estate tax. However, this is one of the individual tax changes in the new law which “sunset” on December 31, 2025.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR I am a shareholder of Koley Jessen P.C., L.L.O., located in One Pacific Place. My practice is focused on estate and tax planning. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three children. For help with your family’s estate planning needs, please contact me directly at lisa.lehan@koleyjessen.com or 402.343.3881.

EDGE

An individual who passes away in 2018 is permitted to pass $11.18 million to non-spousal beneficiaries before paying the 40% federal estate tax, as long as he or she hasn’t previously used a portion of that exemption amount for lifetime gifts. With exemptions this high, the vast majority of the U.S. population will not pay the federal estate tax. However, even with the high exemption amounts, it is important to consider the use of the “portability election.” This election refers to the right of a surviving spouse to claim the unused portion of the federal estate tax exemption of their deceased spouse and add it to the balance of their own exemption, allowing the surviving spouse to shield more assets from the estate tax. While you might think this could never be a benefit to you or your family because of the high exemption amounts, you should consider the potential asset growth that could occur during the surviving spouse’s lifetime, as well as the fact that the exemption amount will be cut in half in 2026. At a 40% tax rate, the decision not to protect those extra dollars from the estate tax could be very costly. It is worth talking to an attorney to understand how this could impact your family, especially because portability is not automatic

and there are time limits for making the election with the IRS. To make the portability election, the surviving spouse must file a federal estate tax return, even if no estate tax is payable. The estate tax return is due within nine months of death, although in certain cases, addition time may be permitted. Surviving spouses of decedents who died within the past eight months should immediately consult with an estate planning attorney to determine if the portability election should be made with regard to their deceased spouse’s estate. Failure to timely make the election or seek an extension may end up shortchanging heirs and putting the estate administrator at risk for future legal claims.

COVER story

Travel and Transport’s rich history dates back to 1946 when founder Lawrence Youngman left his seventeen-year career with the Omaha World-Herald to launch a travel agency with his wife, Mae. After a modest start, Youngman created an opportunity for regional farmers to tour post-WWII European farms. The month-long trip included meetings with agricultural specialists oversees and overnight stays at local farms in different countries—all of which he personally researched and visited ahead of time. He then partnered with local WOW radio station’s Farm Services Director Mal Hansen to broadcast reports from the tour. For 25 farmers, it was the trip of a lifetime and one of the first and most successful overseas flight tours for Americans. Hansen eventually came to work with Youngman at Travel and Transport and became president of 24 |

the company in 1973. Today, through acquisitions and a commitment to customer service, Travel and Transport is a 1600-employee company with locations in 44 states and four countries. Corporate travel is a primary focus for the company. But its leisure travel division is a key area as well, especially given the industry’s growth. According to a Phocuswright report, leisure travel reached $341 billion in 2015. A 2018 GO Group survey indicates continued growth with 33 percent of those surveyed saying they will be traveling more for leisure. Jeff Cain, Senior Vice President of Travel and Transport’s Specialty Divisions, is seeing a trend toward more people relying on a travel advisor. “You can spend hours researching a destination and still not know exactly what you’re getting,” he said. “One of the benefits of using a travel advisor is they have access to amenities and expertise you often can’t find by booking online.” A travel advisor provides many services such as personalized destination planning, alleviates stress by revealing travel tips you might not know, and helps with unplanned needs 24/7.

Travel and Transport took the travel planning process to a new level by opening Travel Design Lounge in 2015. “We came up with the concept to create a unique, immersive experience for discussing and planning travel,” Cain said. The open style lounge and accompanying patio offer multiple options for enjoying a cup of coffee or a drink from the full bar in a social setting, as well as computer stations for online research and destination books for browsing. The lounge is also available for rent as a social venue to hold private parties such as graduations, work functions, or wedding events. Whether you simply want to come and have a drink, ask an advisor a few questions, or make an appointment to plan a complete vacation, Travel Design Lounge is there for you to explore and enjoy. “Most people who come in have done some research online ahead of time, but we can really help with unique details that will turn their trip into a true experience,” said Shelby Goodrum, manager of Travel Design Lounge. “People in Omaha like to travel, and we offer a lot of family-friendly trips, intimate getaways, and multigenerational travel itineraries based on the ages and interests of those involved.” To help inspire customers, Travel Design Lounge displays a wall of televisions showing an array of possible destinations and hosts themed events throughout the year. One event was an Italian wine tasting night. They provided food and wine from different regions in Italy, coupled with a presentation on the type of vacation you could take to tour those regions. Another event featured chocolate from Ecuador and wine from Argentina. Addressing the misconception that working with a travel advisor is expensive, Goodrum said the fee starts at only $75. “We actually save travelers money in the end, especially with the amenities we offer that online sites simply cannot provide,” she said. “More people are recognizing what an advisor can bring to an experience.” That trust and expertise in creating a unique experience is what Youngman provided to the farmers more than 70 years ago. And it’s what you’ll find today at Travel Design Lounge as you “Get Tripsy” and dream about the possibilities for your next vacation.

His varied background has included graphic design, DJ and party promoter, as well as leadership development and global management consulting. His first venture as a business owner was opening the former House of Loom dance club six years ago, and he’s opened a new business every year since, including Wicked Rabbit, Looking Glass, The Berry & Rye, Laka Lono Rum Club, Victor Victoria Salon & Spa, and Monarch Prime & Bar. He said it was during a trip to NYC in which he went on a tour of the city’s best pizzerias, visiting seven in one afternoon. “I loved the sight and smell of a wood-fired oven and decided to research them more,” Ethan said. He partnered with long-time friend Paul Kulik, owner chef of Le Bouillon and Howard Sreet Wine who helped teach Ethan the secret to good pasta. “I was in the bar business, and he was in the restaurant business, so we teamed up to create this concept. Pizza is very different in Italy than it is in America, and we wanted to recreate that, all the way down to the delivery scooters.” Those yellow scooters deliver during

WOOD FIRE GRILL

the spring and summer months throughout downtown and midtown. It’s part of the Italian lifestyle that Via Farina embodies. “People who have scooters are usually very mechanical, meticulous, and hands-on, much like our chefs when they’re rolling and cutting pasta, or cooking in the wood-fire oven,” Ethan said. That tradition is even depicted in the tool mural that spans the length of one of the restaurant’s walls. But the food is what really sets Via Farina apart. Chef John Rae has created a menu that offers a broad scope of hearty and light dishes. The pizza dough takes three days to proof before it’s ready for baking— an incredibly delicate process that even the slightest amount of humidity can affect. The Bianco Napoli tomato sauce is full of flavor and tannins, which provides a flexible base for virtually unlimited toppings. “John comes up with pizzas that are different and surprising, but people are so glad they tried it,” Ethan said. Examples of that include the Primavera Pizza, which is topped with asparagus, ricotta cheese, and Meyer Lemon; Bresaola and Melon salad made with kale, endive, red wine vinaigrette and mint; the fried cauliflower with capers, chili flakes, lemon, and pecorino; and the Cheure Cappellaci pasta that features wild nettles, asparagus, arugula, grana, and olive oil. Pizza and pasta wouldn’t be complete without wine, and Via Farina offers an extensive wine menu with most bottles priced at $35. “We want your experience to be simple and delicious,” Ethan said. “Have a bottle of wine and share a pie in a nice, casual, upbeat atmosphere.” With Ethan’s background in creating an experience through cocktails, Via Farina also offers a number of drinks that compliment that Italian spirit, one of the most popular being the Aperol spritz topped with sparkling wine on tap—perfect for the outdoor patio on a summer evening. Ethan explained that a dining experience isn’t just about your palate—it’s about the weather, your mood, and the company you’re with, and Via Farina has something that speaks to a variety of combinations. “Our pizza and pasta might be different than the classic American style that most people are used to,” he said. “Our food is sourced, prepared, and designed to be different, but most people like that it is.”

What is it about this West Omaha clinic that draws so many patients? “It’s a combination of the many unique treatment options we provide, our reputation for hours spent educating our patients, and lots of hugs and compassion,” said Dr. “Luke” Nordquist. He opened the Urology Cancer Center in 2010 around a foundation of cancer research. “Standard treatment options are often limited or poorly-tolerated, and often times not affordable.” Clinical trials solve many of these problems. Dr. Luke explained clinical trials provide more treatment alternatives to patients who may otherwise have limited options. Today’s research therapies are often more precise at attacking the cancer, use the immune system, or work on a specific mutation with fewer side effects than standard treatments. Clinical trials also provide an alternative to costly, unaffordable medications. Typically, pharmaceutical companies who 48 |

EDGE

sponsor the clinical trials cover the cost of the therapies at no cost to the patient or insurance. Historically, patients had to travel to large academic cancer centers such as Mayo Clinic to receive such cutting edge care, but Dr. Luke is changing that model. He and his team of nearly 50 at the Urology Cancer Center are running more clinical research trials for prostate cancer than any other cancer center in the world. Last year three first in world treatments for prostate cancer were administered to patients at his center. “Given our reputation for efficiency and quality, pharmaceutical companies often come to our center first to offer new research trials before offering to other cancer centers,” Dr. Luke said. The next step: expanding his research program. In 2017, Dr. Luke and his team started Precision Cancer Research (PCR). This newly developed company uses their experience, pharmaceutical net-

work, and reputation to develop similar cancer research programs at community cancer centers across the U.S. for all types of cancer. “This is an incredible opportunity to assist other oncologists to be able to provide potentially life-saving treatments to so many of their patients across the country,” he added. Dr. Luke is one of six boys who grew up a few hours from Omaha in Beresford, South Dakota. He recalled a time when his father, an auto mechanic, helped a surgeon whose car broke down near his hometown and needed to return to Kansas City for surgery. “My dad loaded the family in the car and we drove the doctor home.” The surgeon, Dr. Wallace Graham, turned out to be President Truman’s personal physician, a 1936 Creighton Medical School graduate and a strong influence on Dr. Luke’s career path. He went on to earn pharmacy and medical degrees from Creighton Uni-

versity, complete his residency at the Moffitt Cancer Center in Florida, and his Oncology Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. Working alongside renowned experts in the field of urologic cancers and immune therapies led to his focus for the treatment and research of prostate cancers. There is only one other standalone cancer center in the U.S. focused solely on urologic cancers and that is in California. The success of the UCC team is not built solely on cancer research. Dr. Luke said, “I have been blessed with the absolute best, most caring staff.” Dr. Luke proudly stated that his employees will always put the patient first. “Even if that means driving an hour away to deliver a necessary medication.” His 50 |

EDGE

staff work diligently to uncover every resource possible for their patients to help relieve financial burdens. Last year his staff brought in more than $2.5 million in foundation funds to help cover co-pays for his patient’s medications. In 2011, Dr. Luke and his family founded YourTeam Cancer Foundation, which assists cancer patients going through treatment throughout the Omaha area with daily tasks such as yard work or home repairs. If cancer is Dr. Luke’s first passion, cars come in a close second. Which is why every fall he hosts a Pistons, Pints and Prostates car show at his center. During the show he offers free PSA prostate tests to all attendees. In fact, he offers them free of charge at his clinic to anyone over age 40, at any time. “Prior

to PSA testing in the early 1990s, 80 percent of prostate cancer was detected after it had spread and was non-curable. Routine PSA screening has changed that. Now 85 percent of men with prostate cancer can be detected when it is still curable.” Helping others is at the core of everything Dr. Luke does, and even the conference table in his office is a testament to that. One end shows visible signs of wear and tear from spending hours with patients drawing out and planning their options and treatments to ensure his patients understand everything they’re going through. “In this profession, I really get to know my patients and their families,” he said. “Sure there are tears, but there are also hugs, and that’s my favorite part.”

ost of us get our news by scanning the daily paper, reading our favorite subscription magazine, or scrolling through an online website. We may even listen to snippets while driving to work. But for over 38,000 Nebraska residents who are visually impaired, they don’t have that same luxury. What they do have is access to various radio options that allows them to tune into 24/7 programming provided by the local non-profit organization Radio Talking Book Service (RTBS).

OUR passion

Founded in 1974 by Dr. Craig Fullerton, RTBS was his vision to inform, educate, and engage individuals with visual impairments. RTBS broadcasts on sub-carrier frequencies donated by KIOS-FM in Omaha and NET statewide. With its modest recording studios and control room, the organization has two services: Radio Talking Book Network (RTBN), a radio reading service, and Listening Link, an educational reading service. Since its inception, RTBS has relied on volunteers to come in and record themselves reading from a variety of sources: newspapers, magazines, and books. Both the Omaha World-Herald and Lincoln Journal Star are read live daily, while nine other newspapers from across Nebraska, as well as books, magazines, weekly grocery and department store ads are recorded and broadcast as specific times throughout the day. RTBS provides eligible print impaired listeners with a radio receiver at no cost to tune into programming. Technology has drastically changed in the 43 years since RTBS began, and the organization has made great strides in recent years to upgrade its own technology. A 35-year-old sound board was replaced in 2017, and now listeners have on-de54 |

EDGE

mand access to broadcasts via podcasts on the RTBS website as well as listening using online apps. Technology upgrades at RTBS are funded through grants applied for each year. Jane Nielsen, Executive Director for RTBS, credits the longevity of the organization to its staff and network of dedicated volunteers. “We have about 70 regular monthly volunteers who just love to read,” she said. Many are retired teachers, professionals, or those that have been in radio before. Reading out loud is a little different from reading to yourself, and RTBS has every new volunteer do a test read and then provides them with training on the recording equipment. They even have a few volunteers who are set up to record from home and then upload the recordings. Nielsen said they are always looking for new information and ways to tie it into current events. For example, the Omaha League of Women Voters provides a voter’s guide prior to elections, which RTBS records and broadcasts. They’ve also had local authors read their books, and this past Christmas a British volunteer read Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol. “We look for any material that would be educational, informative, or entertaining for our listeners,” Nielsen said.

Running not only a non-profit but also a 24/7 radio station is no easy feat. But even with three long-time staffers recently retiring, Nielsen has found new talent in a staff that has reenergized the organization. Ryan Osentowski is the station manager, Michael Halula is the board operator, Betty Deepe coordinates all the volunteers, and Bekah Jerde, assistant director, is now the longest serving member of the team. They also plan an annual fundraiser each spring, “Wining in the Dark,” in which attendees participate in a blind-folded wine and food tasting to raise money for the organization. Connecting Nebraska’s visually impaired with RTBS is a key component of the organization’s mission, so awareness of what they provide is imperative. They were able to increase listenership by more than 2,300 individuals in 2017 alone. Having a constant stream of volunteers as well as donations is what RTBS relies on in order to continue to provide the quality, relevant programming that they’ve become known for among the visually impaired community. “If you know someone who is blind, visually impaired, or print disabled, we’d love to connect with them,” Nielsen said. “And we are always looking for volunteers who simply love to read.

Philanthropic Spirit

T

eaching children to give back to their community is something that parents strive for. Often that spirit of giving isn’t realized until a child becomes an adult themselves. But 12-year-old Riley Deitloff comes by it naturally. Her grandmother had a career as a social worker, and her mother a guild member for the Child Saving Institute (CSI), which offers foster care and support programs for children and families in need. So when Riley wanted to come up with a way to help kids in need, it wasn’t a surprise. But what resulted has been—a youth led group called Kids4Kids, which raises money annually for the CSI. Edge: How did you turn this idea into a reality? Riley: After talking to my mom (Jenny) about the idea, she talked to the CSI guild about it, and they liked the idea too. Edge: How did you find other kids who wanted to participate? Riley: Some of the members also have parents on the guild, and we asked them to see if any of their friends wanted to be involved. This is our third year, and we have about 13 kids helping plan the event.

Edge: What type of event do you hold? Riley: The first year we did an outdoor movie at Sumpter Amphitheater in Papillion. We didn’t charge admission, but asked for donations. And Sumpter donated all their tips from concessions. Edge: How much did you raise? Riley: We raised $2500, so we decided to do it again. We raised $2500 last year too. Edge: That’s impressive! What are your plans this year?

Riley Deitloff JUNE 2018

Riley: Kids4kids is holding a dodge ball tournament at Aspen Creek Middle School! We encourage everyone from kindergarten to high schoolers. Teachers and adults are welcome to play too. The event will be on June 16th from 11:00-2:00. There will be concessions and prizes for the winning teams. Edge: That sounds like a big event to organize. How did the committee come up with the idea? Riley: We all submitted ideas like a trivia night, magic show, and mud run, then we voted. Next we divided up the jobs. I’m in charge of financing, my younger brother wants to do advertising, and other people want to be in charge of concessions. We’ll ask a business to donate the food, and we’ll ask other businesses for donations as well. Edge: Is it hard asking companies for donations? Riley: It was weird the first year, but now it’s easier. I think everyone we asked last year said yes! Edge: What’s your goal for this year’s event?

60 |

EDGE

Riley: To double the amount of money we’ve raised in the past, have more sponsors, and get as many people as we can to participate in the tournament. Edge: Are adults involved in your event planning? Riley: My mom comes to all of our meetings, and sometimes if we get stuck on something she’ll ask us questions to get us going again. But we usually have it under control and takes notes so we have everything written down. Jenny: It’s so inspiring to watch this group of growing future philanthropists and community leaders. I have to remind myself not to jump in and make their decisions, but simply guide them if needed. It’s a good learning experience for both of us. Edge: What do you enjoy most about running Kids4Kids? Riley: That we’re raising awareness for CSI and helping other kids. All the money we raise goes toward kids who don’t have basic needs like we do—jackets, toys, and all the things we don’t even have to think about. I want to keep raising awareness and do this as long as I can.

TAKING GREAT

STRIDES Mazie Larsen | Senior Gretna High School

They say running is a way of life, and that has been the case for the Larsen family of Gretna. When high school senior Mazie was growing up, she watched her mom, Maureen, run local road races and cheer her on, and her dad, Tim, competed in several ultra marathons. At eight years old, Mazie was invited to run with a local running club, and in middle school she started running track and cross country. Beginning with her sophomore year, Mazie won Class B three years in a row. And this fall she’ll run both track and cross country for Baylor University. The community aspect of running is what Mazie says she loves most about the sport. “I’m really close with all the people I run with. I love the atmosphere, and there’s lots of sportsmanship.” Mazie runs six days a week, year round. “As long as I won’t get frost bite, I’ll run outside,” she said. Every day after school her running group meets in the parking lots and picks a 6.5 to 8-mile route. A group runs every Saturday as well, and she likes the fact that running with others help push her to go farther and do better. When Mazie isn’t running, she’s coaching younger kids how to run. “My coaches helped me fall in love with running, and I want to be able to do that for other kids.” She said the key to anyone being successful in long distance running is to keep them motivated. “The point of learning a sport when you’re young is to fall in love with it,” she added. Staying motivated comes naturally for Mazie, even through her battle with chronic shin splints this past season. In fact, helping athletes through injury is another passion that’s leading her to study exercise physiology and pre-med at Baylor in hopes of becoming an orthopedic surgeon. “I want to help athletes get back to doing what they love,” she said. It’s that passion that will take her any distance she wants to go. 62 |

ASPIRATIONS Thomas Corpuz | Junior | Creighton Prep High School One might think that as the only varsity pole vaulter at Creigton Prep, junior Thomas Corpuz wouldn’t have much to worry about. But in his eyes, he has big shoes to fill. Not only was his older brother, Michael, a pole vaulter at Prep, but so was Christian Mapes, who holds the school’s record at 15’ from 2011. Even one of his coaches who lost his leg in a motorcycle accident still vaults using an athletic prosthetic leg. All of these influences help Thomas to keep setting—and reaching—all of his goals. Thomas first tried pole vaulting as a freshman when his brother suggested he try it. Then as a sophomore he vaulted exclusively after his ankle suffered from long jumping. Now he’s hooked on the sport. “It’s so much fun being that high in the air,” he said. “Not many other track events can you give you that rush.” His personal record that first year was 10 ft., followed by 12 ft. his sophomore year. To quality for state, you have to vault at least 13 ft., which Thomas has no doubt he’ll do. “Since there’s no other pole vaulters, I feel like it’s something I need to achieve.” Form is everything in vaulting, starting with the foot plant. Length and weight of the pole is also important. “I want to perfect my form and keep getting better,” he said. “It’s all about how much experience you have, and I don’t have as much as others do. Yet.” While pole vaulting takes up much of his time during the spring season, Thomas also starts as a wide receiver for Prep’s varsity football team during the fall season. He also loves to play a guitar and saxophone as well as sing—forming a school band that played at Prep’s most recent prom. He also serves as a mentor for the Ollie Webb Just Friends program for people with disabilities. After graduating from high school, Thomas hopes to attend the Air Force Academy and study aeronautical science, pilot F-16s, and one day soar to even greater heights by becoming an astronaut. My husband was referred to ‘Dr. Luke’ by a friend. I just called her to say thank you, thank you, thank you! He spent almost an hour and half with us. He explained everything and drew diagrams which were easy to understand. We were there for a second opinion and will stay there. It all seemed very state of the art. What a pleasant experience starting with his wonderful staff and then him.” –DS
