I am an holistic journalist and certified wellness coach. I specialize in stress & energy management, conscious living, and emotional empowerment for those living with chronic illness. I have one book of poetry published and one screenplay. I am currently writing my second book on chronic illness, "The Memory of Health," due out in 2010.
