WEEK 1
INTRODUCTION
We often focus on our strengths and neglect our weaknesses. However, addressing our weaknesses can help us improve and ultimately open up unexpected opportunities. Reflection is a great door to self-awareness. We build and perform better when we reflect.
REFLECT What are my strengths and weaknesses? Ask for honest feedback from someone in your network. Take notes on the feedback you receive and think about how you can work on them. Write a daily journal entry of key insights from your day.

WEEK 2
VALUE CREATION: THE ROLE OF GRIT
Value creation is about achieving career objectives. We need to begin by identifying our personal goals and objectives. Once identified, inform people that you are keen and eager to grow. Take opportunities as they arise and surround yourself with people that can get you to where you want to be. Remember that talent is only a small piece of the puzzle. To create value, we also need grit. We need to sacrifice more than others. Set goals that actually challenge you. If it isn't challenging, then there probably isn't any grit in your execution. Create a plan. This will help focus your grit in the right direction and create value.
REFLECT "If you have a destination in mind, then the way becomes important." - Tosin "You are responsible for what happens to you." - Erik "Most of our time is spent on our careers. Make sure you do what you are passionate about." - Matt

WEEK 3
VALUE CAPTURE: MAXIMIZING OPPORTUNITIES
Value capture is how we get the benefits from what we have created. Don't be rigid in your decision making but rather gain strength by being bold. Boldness comes from understanding your industry and where people are being hired. What are the needs? This is helpful to decide how to change. Positioning and luck are also factors in success. Build a personal reputation and identify people that can help you along the way. Your ability to solve problems helps maximize value. Learn to distinguish between interest and position. A higher salary is a position. But if we offer to solve a problem, we are able to also satisfy our interests. Be conscious about the decisions you make. You define where you go and how fast you get there. REFLECT "Value capture is how we get the benefits from what we have created." - Kirill Think about what you want to achieve and be conscious about the decisions you make. Seek to solve problems. This will direct you to opportunities. "At every stage of life, we need to reinvent" - Tosin

RELATIONSHIPS

To leverage on relationships, treat people the way you would like to be treated. Make friends everywhere you go because this is a valuable source of wealth. REFLECT "Reputation matters. Treat people the way you would like to be treated." - Josep "Fight for what you believe." -Josep "Cultivate the relationship genuinely so that with time they become your allies in the work place." - Lamé "Be a dependable part of the network." - Lamé "Relationship building is an opportunity to gain social capital." - Viktoriya "Never eat lunch with the same people." - Viktoriya

PERSONAL JOURNEY: WHAT KEPT YOU GOING
Speak up and volunteer for opportunities as they arise. Through volunteering, you gain sponsors who speak on your behalf. Don’t put blinkers on!" - Isabella "Persevere through all the pain." "Start with smaller interest until you're able to reach your larger interests." - Ada "Keep investing in your skills. Keep being curious." - Uros "Don't look at failure as something you're lacking but use it as an experiment for yourself and observe what happens." - Jennifer "Keep going. Chose the right people to support you in your journey. It's up to you to decide if you will be affected by other people's opinion." - Jocelyne

WEEK 6
MAKING YOUR NEXT MOVE
We can achieve so much more than what we think we can. But we need to overcome the imposter syndrome. Our failures and difficulties can teach us to use skills we didn't even know we had. So get the clutter out of your head and make your next move. REFLECT "What will be your legacy when you're gone? This is what will make you extremely powerful." "Clear up the clutter in your brain. No one is actually thinking about you the way you think about yourself." - Tosin "Be comfortable with the uncomfortable." "If you're pursuing a new challenge lean in to it and tackle it head on." - Angela "Your new role is based on what you're capable of not what you're not. You are given a job based on your skills. So be open and be flexible." - Giuseppe "Never be defined by your past. If our mentality is positive, then we can liberate ourselves." "Develop your mental strength." - Giorgia Ranzi "Pioneer and reform the role. Don't let stereotypes define you." "Redefine impossible because it doesn't truly exist.
