About Carter's, Inc. (NYSE:CRI) Carter’s, Inc. (Carter’s) is a branded marketer of apparel for babies and young children in the United States. The Company owns two brand names in the children’s apparel industry, Carter’s and OshKosh.

Carter’s offers multiple product categories, including baby, sleepwear, playclothes and other accessories. The Company’s Carter’s, OshKosh, and related brands are sold to national department stores, chain and specialty stores, discount retailers, and, as of January 2, 2010, through its 276 Carter’s and 170 OshKosh outlet and brand retail stores.
