About Fibria Celulose S.A. Fibria Celulose S.A. (Fibria), formerly Votorantim Celulose e Papel S.A., is a Brazil-based producer of market pulp. During the year ended December 31, 2009, it produced 4,789 kilotons of eucalyptus pulp (including 50% of Veracel). Its forest base is diversified and comprised a land area of approximately 1.043 million hectares located in six Brazilian states. Out of this total, 585.1 thousand hectares consisted of forested areas and 393.4 thousand hectares of wild life conservation areas. Fibria produces bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp at three pulp mills, the Aracruz pulp mill, which has an annual production capacity of 2.3 million tons; the Tres Lagoas pulp mill, which has an annual production capacity of 1.3 million tons, and the Jacarei pulp mill, which has an annual production capacity of 1.1 million tons.
