About Hanesbrands Inc. Hanesbrands Inc. is a consumer goods company with a portfolio of apparel brands, including Hanes, Champion, Playtex, Bali, L’eggs, Just My Size, barely there, Wonderbra, Stedman, Outer Banks, Zorba, Rinbros and Duofold. The Company designs, manufactures, sources and sells a range of apparel essentials, such as T-shirts, bras, panties, men’s underwear, kids’ underwear, casualwear, activewear, socks and hosiery. It operates under six segments: innerwear, outerwear, hosiery, direct to consumer, international and other. In October 2009, the Company completed the sale of its yarn operations. In November 2010, the Company acquired GearCo, Inc., known as Gear For Sports, a seller of licensed logo apparel in collegiate bookstores and other channels.
