The Company operates in five business segments: Packaging Resources, Consumer Solutions, Consumer & Office Products, Specialty Chemicals, and Community Development and Land Management. On July 1, 2008, the Company completed the sale of its Kraft business. In October 2009, the Company sold its Paxonix businessto software development services company, Persistent Systems.
