About Reynolds American, Inc. Reynolds American Inc. (RAI) is a holding company. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, Inc. (Santa Fe), Lane, Limited (Lane), Conwood Holdings Inc., and American Snuff Company, LLC (formerly known as Conwood Company, LLC) and Rosswil LLC, collectively referred to as the Conwood companies. The Company operates through two business segments. The RJRTobacco segment consists of the primary operations of R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. The Conwood segment consists of Conwood Holdings, Inc., the primary operations of the Conwood companies and Lane. Two of RAI’s wholly owned subsidiaries, Santa Fe, and Niconovum AB, among others, are included in the All Other segment.
