PERFORMANCE NOTES WOODWINDS Flutes Play keys with cross noteheads with right hand, hereby bending the tone slightly. Clarinets A soft dyad, in which both pitches should be heard simultaneously. One might sound a little before the other. Fingering:
Bass Clarinet A complex multiphonic, starting and ending on the designated fundamental.
BRASS Horns Blow air through instrument with no embouchure, articulating an “f”-sound in a low register.
Trumpets Blow air through instrument with no embouchure, using flutter-tongue and trilling between two valves. Staff lines indicate approximate register: high - middle - low.

French Horns notated in bass cleff, transpose up a perfect fourth. Double Bass harmonics are transposed.
