Where were you born? Did you grow up there?

I was born in Cedar Rapids, IA. Home of Masters champion Zach Johnson. Honestly loved growing up there but with time comes growth and change.

Is “acting your age” overrated?

It depends who you ask, if it’s my boss or parents then, yes, acting my age is important. I may be 25 but don’t feel a day over 18. Aging like a fine wine.

What do you do for a living?

I am an Orthopedic Trauma nurse. I love what I do, but at times can be stressful dealing with everything all at once.

What would you like to do for a living?

If you are any sort of true golf lover, then you’d choose golf. The difficulty, skill and focus for it. Plus, getting to play with friends, have couple drinks. What’s there not to like.

Aside from golf; what do you prefer for fun and relaxation?

I grew up in a house full of music. My father is a professional jazz musician. Any chance to listen to live music is the best way to relax and enjoy some free time.

What golf apparel do you like to wear?

I love Nike. I think it’s because of Tiger woods. Growing up watching him win the masters. He always had Nike on.

Tell us something about yourself that only your closest friends know.

Call me a baby, but I’d rather jump out of an airplane than go on a rollercoaster. My friends always make fun of me for it.

Given the choice; would you select love, success, or money to keep yourself happy? Success because that could be in any aspect in my life. Whether that is in love, family or money. I just want to be successful in any venture I choose in life.

Relaxed evening at home, or nightclub and cocktails?

Cocktails and if you’re ever in Orlando, Florida. There are a couple great spots for cocktails. Mathers, guesthouse, and the Wellbourn.

Favorite comedian?

Bernie Mac hands down. The funniest man to ever walk this earth.

Last book you read?

This is going to sound terrible but after studying medicine. I haven’t touched a book or textbook in a while. School drained me with studying and reading 24/7.
