Auctioneer’s Note: An Iowa based custom plastic molding company, has consolidated their manufacturing facilities. The updated business plan resulted in the closing of the Albia, Iowa facility. The real estate has been sold and the new owner has taken possession. All items must be removed immediately!! The Albia, Iowa facility was producing parts until December 2022.

Removal: The injection molding machines need to be removed no later than Friday March 24, 2023. Removal will begin March 9, 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. All items except the injection molding machines need to be removed by Monday, March 14, 2023. After March 9, all removal times are by appointment.
