EMERGING LEADERS INSTITUTE

How are you preparing your new leaders of tomorrow?

The ECA, in partnership with FMI is pleased to launch the Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) in Alberta for the first time. Building on our relationship from our ECA/FMI Canadian Leadership Institute (CLI), which began in 2015, the ELI is a new program focused on developing emerging leaders. Participants are immersed in first class content for 4 half-days, working with FMI instructors on communications, delegation and team building skills, as well as time management, client management and problem-solving skills. The sessions are interactive, insightful and can be enjoyed virtually from your home or office.

ECA WomenBuild (WB), launched in 2020, seeks to inspire, support, encourage, connect and celebrate women in our industry. The group is open to women of ECA member firms, and is a place of inspiration, support and mentorship. Group members will enjoy unique networking events and educational opportunities while engaging with their industry peers.
