The Beat of Life
PULSO Volume 2 Issue No. 3
’ Pulso brings you very special occasions that we have celebrated in the last months. We hope that these events despite the covid situation did not stop you from giving and receiving love with your loved ones. We would also like to continuously strengthen the culture of recognition. Here, we are proud of our May MVPs, our A-list winners, and of course, to the many people who have done outstanding contributions for the Team and Clients. In August, please watch out for our leadership testimonial that we will initiate across levels all through out the new fiscal year. Please continue to be safe and healthy and we pray but peace of mind and healing for all.

Happiness Calendar:
Christine “Cabu” Caburian HCSC Client Experience Lead “Being challenged in life is inevitable, being defeated is optional.” – Roger Crawford In the month of June, we focused on our Truly Human Heart, and we were encouraged to find joy in the things that we do and give joy to others along the way. In the past month, I deliberately made my interactions with others more meaningful in the hope of giving others joy. Our Action Calendar for the month of July is encouraging us to rise up to any challenge that will come our way, to remain positive amidst these challenges
and to really plow through and find inspiration in solving them. Encouraging you and your teams to utilize this as a meaningful activity during your virtual huddles. Enjoy the rest of the month and hoping each of you and your families are safe and well during this time. Happy Jump Back Up July, Team!

Shane is one of the pioneer team leads for Claims integrity specific to AOC. With her expertise in claims, she was able to use it to her advantage in bringing value to the project. For the month of June, her team really performed well. Both production metrics were exceeded, claims target is 30 and the team ended at 30.47. For image, target is 18 and their actual average releases was 21.15. In terms of quality performance, both dollar and overall SIP/MM Accuracy had 100% quality score. Aside from this, she is vital in our project as she smoothly manages the Custom account group from inventory, game plan and filter allocation to name a few. She's also instrumental in manning the AOC pends that are controllable to Accenture, reports related to production, etc.
Charles has one of the highest scorecard in Provider at 104% vs. the 90% target. He has brought in so much expertise in giving details and insights for the PWI Advisor Tool which is the very first AI tool being developed in the Provider space. He was also one of the major Presenters when we gave a demo of the tool’s prototype in April that has been approved by HCSC for Accenture to develop. Today, Charles is part of the due diligence activity being done by the Value Team and Operations. He invests a huge part of his time daily in coordinating with the Developers and securing required process documentations to align the tool’s functionality to HCSC processes. His contributions to the AI tool’s due diligence exercise leads to the project’s on -track timeline. Charles is a Leader that delivers both value and brilliant basics for our Team and Clients.
