In 2010, Eli Tomac burst onto the scene when he became the rst rider in AMA Pro Motocross history to win his professional debut, eventually nishing sixth in his rookie season of 250 AMA Pro Motocross competition. Just two years later in 2012 he established himself as a true star of the future by winning the Monster Energy Supercross 250SX West Championship, his rst career professional title. Tomac's ascension to the top of the division culminated with the 2013 AMA Pro Motocross 250 Class Championship before making his move to the 450cc ranks in 2014. He claimed his rst career 450 Class win in the summer of 2014 and carried that momentum into 2015, grabbing a pair of 450 Class wins in Monster Energy Supercross and a trio of overall victories in AMA Pro Motocross. in 2016 Tomac joined Monster Energy Kawasaki and in his rst season with the team captured a victory at Daytona Supecross, two AMA Pro Motocross wins, two MXGP wins and was crowned the 2016 Monster Energy Cup Champion. Tomac carried that momentum into 2017, scoring a dominant nine supercross win streak and second overall in the season standings. He then went on to win the AMA Pro Motocross Championship, his rst premier class championship. 2018 was another year to remember for Tomac, as he would once again prove his dominance in supercross by winning eight main events, and then would go on to defend his championship in the AMA Pro Motocross series where he would become the rst back-to-back champion in 12 years. Tomac rewrote the Kawasaki history books by having won the most overall motocross races on a Kawasaki in the premier class. Tomac continued his winning ways at the Monster Energy Cup and winning all three motos to earn the “Monster Million and become the rst two-time Monster Energy Cup winner. Tomac aims to grab his rst ever Monster Energy Supercross title in 2019, and once again successfully defend his AMA Pro Motocross title.
