Meet the Developer:
Sue O’Connell is a K–5 mathematics education leader with years of experience as an elementary teacher, reading specialist, math coach, and professional learning specialist. She is well-known for developing engaging and meaningful math tasks focusing on conceptual understanding, procedural fluency, and mathematical reasoning. Sue is the lead author for the Math in Practice and Math by the Book series, grade-by-grade, K–5 professional learning resources. She also coauthored the bestselling Putting the Practices Into Action, Mastering the Basic Math Facts in Addition and Subtraction, and Mastering the Basic Math Facts in Multiplication and Division
