Some teachers who start on our Guaranteed Payment Scheme stay as Supply Teachers throughout their time in the UK.
Other teachers use their GPS contract as a way of sampling a range of schools before taking on a longerterm contract in a school they love working in.
We offer our Guaranteed Payment Scheme to high quality, loyal teachers who want to work exclusively through Supply Desk.
Teachers who are offered and accept the contract will be prioritised for work and we will try hard to get you supply work in your preferred schools, and encourage them to book you up in advance, based on your availability.

Your local Teach in Consultant will work with you to make sure you are fully compliant before you arrive.
Most teachers heading over to the UK are in need of some local expert advice on where the best places are to live are, the cost of rentals and how to find a flatmate
You may also want support with setting up a bank account and getting your National Insurance Number.
Whether it is teaching related or life related, your local and UK Consultants are here to help you have a hassle-free transition to the UK
You will need to gain UK working rights in order to teach in schools in the UK. Your Teach in Consultant will help you navigate this process.
When you arrive in the UK you will meet up with your UK Consultant, and they will help you get ready to work and get settled in their area!
If you sign up on our Guaranteed Payment Scheme you will need to work exclusively with us and be available at 7am to accept work You will receive a call or text from your local Supply Desk branch If you have not been contacted by 8am, you need to call the office to check in and confirm your availability

When you receive your daily booking, your UK Consultant will send you directions to the school, the name of a key contact from the school and confirm your role for the day
If you get lost or need additional support, just ask!
When you arrive, you will sign in at the office and generally there is work prepared that you will need to deliver Always have some additional resources up your sleeve! You are expected to mark work during your working day in a primary setting At the end of the day you will sign out and leave the school
It is a great idea to leave notes for the teacher you are replacing that update them on how the classes were and what content was covered
