Our registered SEND Teaching and Support staff are flexible and adaptable and because of this we can match candidates to settings based on:
• The needs of the individual pupil or class
• The requirements and demands of the role
• The needs of the Senior Leadership Team and setting
The candidates we recommend to you will be in-line with your individual setting requirements and will have undertaken all the safeguards you'd expect in a leading Education Recruitment Consultancy, in line with the Conduct Regulations and DFE guidelines
Bespoke long-term and permanent recruitment packages tailored to suit your unique needs
For long-term roles we offer a free trial day for your shortlisted candidate(s), which allows you to see first-hand how they interact with your pupil(s) and ascertain if there is a good culture fit. We pay the candidate so there is no cost to you.
Our no-commitment extended working interview is offered to our clients to enable a supply candidate to be trialled for an extended period without obligation. If you decide to appoint them on a permanent basis, we won’t charge a release fee, we just ask that you provide us with a notice period as set out in our terms of business.
