Wellbeing Themes September 2022- 2023 We asked for some of your best tips for wellbeing and you answered: “To remain positive. We can do this!”

“Meticulously plan the week ahead including meal preps”

“Remember nobody else will put you first so you have to do that for yourself”

“Keep on top of tasks and deadlines and plan in advance”

“ Make time for yourself no matter how much work you have. Do nothing related to school/work atleast few weekends in a month. Leave work stress in there don’t bring out of thematic school main entrance otherwse its not worth it. Don’t take anything personally at work it’s all professional nothing more and nothing less”
