WARRANTY CONDITIONS: i3 grants the original purchaser of the i3 product a limited warranty, as defind in the product sheet, against hidden manufacturing defects. With this warranty declaration i3 exclusively warranties that the products are free of material and manufacturing faults. WARRANTY PERIOD: The warranty period starts on the date of purchase and the duration is defined in the product sheet. Warranty claims are only accepted by i3 if the defective product is presented within the warranty period, together with the original invoice and original receipt from the dealer who sold the product to the original purchaser. The performance of warranty claims shall cause neither an extension nor a restart of the warranty period. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS: The warranty excludes damage or defects for which i3 does not bear responisbility. The warranty does not apply to any product that is misused, neglected, damaged (scratches, pressure or break points), modified or used in a manner oher than its intent. The warranty does not apply to products if the care and maintenance instructions where not respected or were insufficient, neither if non-original replacement parts or consumables were used. The warranty excludes damage due to use in operating conditions which exceed normal office or private use, defects or variations in the electrical power supply or circuits, the air conditions or other ambient conditions and virus infections or use of the product with software which was not supplied with the product or which was incorrectly installed. Accessories and options are not coverd by the products warranty. Neither does it apply to any defects that are visible upon delivery of the goods. This warranty does not impair or influence the buyer’s statutory claims against the seller due to material damage. Such claims can be asserted instead of the warranties agreed to here at the buyer’s discretion. WARRANTY PROCESSING: i3 will repair/replace the goods at their own premises, that includes 1 way shipping back to the customer. The customer will be held solely responisble for shipping damage that occurs due to the use of any packaging material other than the standard packaging. If the customer no longer has the original packaging, proper packaging can be obtained. Should the customer complain about faults although they are excluded from the warranty, i3 reserves the right to charge the customer for costs thus incurred.
