I had been invovlved in serving in the leadership and advisory f8nction for numerous practices over the last few years. Serving as the lead stakeholder that was responsible for getting consensus on the best EMR solution, then developing the implementation strategy to the point of handing off the project at the point of the EMR vendor training. After much reflection, used my kjnowledge and experience as to the market segment in year two still being a wide open market of physicians who have not yet even gotten to a point of choosing between two possible EMR vendors. With that, I have realigned with the President of the medical billing company that I founded i 1994 before heading to the healthcare corporate structure.
