Where China is China is not very close to the United States. It takes almost 2 days to get to China in a airplane! China is below Mongolia and Russia. It's impossible to drive to china because you can't drive in the water. Burma is literally right below China. China is close to the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean!


Yummy chapter 2 The food in china is very different compared to the United States. We eat chicken and they eat duck. They also eat frog and snake. And they eat noodles and rice. They have a lot more foods. They use chop sticks in China. In China they have some of the same restraints but they serve different foods usually. My brother ate snake in china befor!

Language chapter 3 China does not have letters! They use symbols and charters. There are over 50000 charters. But only 1500 are used today. Tone of voice is very important when speaking Chinese. Because if you don't do the right tone it gives the word a different meaning.


Celebrations chapter 4 The celebrations in China are different from the ones in then United States. Most Chinese citizens don't celebrate any American holidays. The spring feasible also called Chinese New Year is a celebration of the new year. It usually falls in January or February. Because they use a moon calendar. China celebrates two golden weeks every year. On the 8th full moon comes the moon festival . This night the moon is the brightest. Family and friends gather together and celebrate. And have moon cakes.

I am adopted from China and I've learned a lot about China. So I decided to write a book about china. I've always wanted to go back. I hope some day I get to visit china again. I am 8 right now and I'm in 3rd grade.
