1. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 33 ½” Fabric B strip to each side of (1) 33 ½” Fabric A square. Sew (1) 2 ½” x 37 ½” Fabric B strip to the top and bottom of the Fabric A square to make the Center Block (Fig. 1). Trim the block to measure 36 ½” x 36 ½”.

6. Sew (1) 1 ¼” x 36 ½” Fabric C strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 1 ¼” x 38” Fabric C strip to the top and bottom of the Center Block.
7. Sew (1) 2” x 38” Fabric D strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 2” x 41” Fabric D strip to the top and bottom of the Center Block.
8. Sew (1) 1 ¼” x 41” Fabric C strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 1 ¼” x 42 ½” Fabric C strip to the top and bottom of the Center Block.
9. Sew the Left Side Border and Right Side Border to the left and to the right sides of the Center Block. Sew the Top Border and Bottom Border to the top and to the bottom of the Center Block to make the quilt top.
10. Layer and quilt as desired.
11. Sew the (6) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric B strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.

8. Place (1) 2 ½” Fabric D square on the top right corner of (1) 4 ½” Fabric I square, right sides together (Fig. 8). Sew across the diagonal of the smaller square from the upper left corner to the lower right corner (Fig. 8). Flip open the triangle formed and press. Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle ¼” away from the sewn seam (Fig. 9).

1. Place (1) 2 ½” Fabric C square on the left side of (1) 2 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric A strip, right sides together (Fig. 1). Sew across the diagonal of the square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 1). Flip open the triangle formed and press. Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle, leaving a ¼” seam allowance (Fig. 2).
2 Place another 2 ½” Fabric C square on the right side of the 2 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric A strip, right sides together (Fig. 3). Sew across the diagonal of the square from the upper left corner to the lower right corner (Fig. 3). Flip open the triangle formed and press. 7. Sew together (1) 1” x 4 ½” Fabric C strip, (1) 1” x 4 ½” Fabric D strip and (1) Unit 2 strip, lengthwise and in that order from top to bottom, to make (1) 4 ½” x 3 ½” Unit 4 strip (Fig. 7). Repeat to make (4) Unit 4 strips total.
8. Place (1) Fabric C Template 1 triangle on top of (1) Fabric A Template 2 triangle, right sides together, aligning the left sides (Fig. 8). Sew the (2) triangles together along the left side. Press the smaller triangle open.
9. Place (1) Fabric C Template 3 triangle on top of the Fabric A Template 2 triangle, right sides together, aligning the right sides (Fig. 9). Sew the (2) triangles together along the right side. Press the smaller triangle open to make (1) Unit 5 strip (Fig. 10). Trim the unit to measure 4 ½” x 7 ½”.
10. Repeat Steps 8-9 to make (5) Unit 5 strips total.
11. Repeat Steps 8-9 and refer to Figure 11 for fabric identification, placement and seam direction to make (4) 4 ½” x 7 ½” Unit 6 strips.
13. Sew together (1) Unit 6 strip, (1) 1 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric B strip and (1) 1 ½” x 4 ½” Fabric C strip, in that order from top to bottom, to make (1) 4 ½” x 9 ½”

1. Place (1) 4” Fabric C square on the top left corner of (1) 7 ½” Fabric D square, right sides together (Fig. 1). Sew across the diagonal of the smaller square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 1). Flip open the triangle formed and press. Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle ¼” away from the sewn seam (Fig. 2).
2. Follow Figure 3 for the seam direction to add a 4” Fabric C square to each of the remaining corners of the 7 ½” Fabric D square to make (1) 7 ½” Block One square (Fig. 4).

5. Place (1) 4 ⅜” Fabric G square on top of (1) 4 ⅜” Fabric C square, right sides together. Draw a line across the diagonal of the top square (Fig. 6). Sew ¼” away from each side of the drawn diagonal line (Fig. 6). Cut the (2) squares apart on the drawn diagonal line (Fig. 7) to make (2) halfsquare triangles. Trim the half-square triangles to measure 4” to make (2) Unit 1 squares (Fig. 8). Repeat to make (88) Unit 1 squares total.
10. Sew (1) 2” x 16 ½”
Fabric B strip to each side of (1) 20 ½” x 16 ½” Fabric A rectangle. Sew (1) 2” x 23 ½” Fabric B strip to the top and bottom of the Fabric A rectangle to make (1) Block Four rectangle (Fig. 11). Trim the block to measure 22 ½” x 18 ½”. Repeat to make (4) Block Four rectangles total.

6. Sew together (4) Unit 1 squares into a 2 x 2 matrix to make (1) 7 ½” Unit 2 square. Repeat to make (22) Unit 2 squares total.
7. Place (1) 4” Fabric F square on the top left corner of (1) Unit 2 square, right sides together. Sew across the diagonal of the smaller square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner. 11. Sew together (1) Block One square, (1) Block Two square and (1) Block Three square, in that order from left to right, to make Row One (Fig. 12). Repeat to make Row Five, and Row Nine.
12. Sew (1) Block Two square to each side of (1) Block Three square to make Row Two (Fig. 12). Repeat to make Row Four, Row Six, Row Eight and Row Ten.
13. Sew together (1) Block Three square, (1) Block Two square and (1) Block One square, in that order from left to right, to make Row Three (Fig. 12). Repeat to make Row Seven, and Row Eleven.
14. Sew together the (11) Rows from Steps 11-13, lengthwise and in numerical order from top to bottom, to make the 21 ½” x 77 ½” Column One (Fig. 12).

• (3) 12 ¼” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (9) 12 ¼” squares. From each square cut (1) 8 ½”square on-point (Fig. 1).

From the Camo Tracks (B), cut:
• (3) 5” x WOF strips. Sub-cut (18) 5” squares.
From the Solid White (C), cut:

Block Assembly
Note: The arrows in figures represent the fabric print direction. Pay attention to the fabric and unit orientations when assembling the various components. Use a ¼” seam allowance with right sides together (RST) unless otherwise noted.
1. Place (1) 5” Fabric B square on the top left corner of (1) 8 ½” Fabric A square, right sides together (Fig. 2). Sew across the diagonal of the smaller square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 2). Flip open the triangle formed and press. Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle ¼” away from the sewn seam (Fig. 3).
2. Follow Figure 4 for the seam direction to add a 5” Fabric B square to the lower right corner of the 8 ½” Fabric A square to make (1) 8 ½” Block One square (Fig. 5).
3. Repeat Steps 1-2 to make (9) Block One squares total.
4. Following the manufacturer’s instructions, trace the listed number of each template onto the paper side of the fusible web. Roughly cut out each template about 1/8” outside the drawn lines.
5. Press each template onto the wrong side of the fabrics as listed on the templates. Cut out each template on the drawn lines.
6. Refer to Figure 6 to center and press (1) Fabric D Rim, (1) Fabric A Tire and (1) Fabric E Rim Center onto (1) 8 ½” Fabric C square.
7. Finish the raw edges of each shape with a decorative stitch such as a buttonhole or satin stitch to make (1) 8 ½” Block Two square (Fig. 6).
8. Repeat Steps 6-7 to make (15) Block Two squares total.
9. Sew together (2) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric F strips and (2) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric C strips, lengthwise and alternating them from left to right, to make (1) Strip Set 1 (Fig. 7). Repeat to make a second Strip Set 1.
10. From the (2) Strip Set 1’s cut (24) 8 ½” x 2 ½” Unit 1 strips (Fig. 8).
11. Sew together (4) Unit 1 strips lengthwise to make (1) 8 ½” Block Three square (Fig. 9). Repeat to make (6) Block Three squares total.
12. Sew together (1) Block One square, (1) 1 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric G strip, (1) Block Two square, (1) 1 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric G strip, (1) Block One square, (1) 1 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric G strip, (1) Block Two square, (1) 1 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric G strip and (1) Block One square, in that order from left to right, to make Row One (Fig. 10). Repeat to make Row Three and Row Five. Pay attention to the Block One orientations.
13. Sew together (1) Block Two square, (1) 1 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric G strip, (1) Block Three square, (1) 1 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric G strip, (1) Block Two square, (1) 1 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric G strip, (1) Block Three square, (1) 1 ½” x 8 ½” Fabric G strip and (1) Block Two square, in that order from left to right, to make Row Two (Fig. 10). Repeat to make Row Four and Row Six.
14. Sew together the (6) pieced Rows in numerical order and (5) 1 ½” x 44 ½” Fabric G strips, lengthwise and alternating them from top to bottom, to make the 44 ½” x 53 ½” Center Block (Fig. 10).

9. Sew the (6) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric A strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.

Block Assembly
Note: The arrows in figures represent the fabric print direction. Pay attention to the fabric and unit orientations when assembling the various components. Use a ¼” seam allowance with right sides together (RST) unless otherwise noted.
1. Following the manufacturer’s instructions, trace the listed number of each template onto the paper side of the fusible web. Roughly cut out each template about 1/8” outside the drawn lines.
2. Press each template onto the wrong side of the fabrics as listed on the templates. Cut out each template on the drawn lines.
3. Refer to Figure 1 to arrange and press (2) Fabric D Popsicle Sticks, (1) Fabric B Eaten Popsicle #1 and (1) Fabric C Large Popsicle onto (1) 9 ½” Fabric A square.
4. Finish the raw edges of each shape with a decorative stitch such as a buttonhole or satin stitch to make (1) 9 ½” Unit 1 square (Fig. 1.

5. Repeat Steps 3-4 and refer to Figures 2-6 for fabric and component identification and placement to make (1) 9 ½” unit square for Unit 2 through Unit 6.
6. Sew (1) 1 ¼” x 9 ½” Fabric C strip to each side of (1) Unit 1 square. Sew (1) 1 ¼” x 11” Fabric C strip to the top and bottom of the Unit 1 square to make (1) 11” Unit 7 square (Fig. 7).
9. Place (1) 6 ½” Fabric H square on the top left corner of (1) 12 ½” Fabric G square, right sides together (Fig. 14). Sew across the diagonal of the smaller square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 14). Flip open the triangle formed and press. Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle ¼” away from the sewn seam (Fig. 15).
7. Sew (1) 1 ¼” x 11” Fabric B strip to each side of (1) Unit 7 square. Sew (1) 1 ¼” x 12 ½” Fabric B strip to the top and bottom of the Unit 7 square to make (1) 12 ½” Block One square (Fig. 8).
8. Repeat Steps 6-7 and refer to Figures 9-13 for fabric identification and placement while using the Unit 2 through Unit 6 squares to make (1) 12 ½” block square for Block Two through Block Six.
10. Follow Figure 16 for the seam direction to add a 6 ½” Fabric H square to each of the remaining corners of the 12 ½” Fabric G square to make (1) 12 ½” Block Seven square (Fig. 17).
11. Repeat Steps 9-10 to make a second Block Seven square.

Pin, sew and press to create the Inner Top Border measuring 4 ½ in x 30 in (11.43 cm x 76.2 cm). Repeat to make the Inner Bottom Border.
3. Place a Mommy and Me rectangle 4 in x 4 ½ in (10.16 cm x 11.43 cm)on each side of a Sweet Jungle rectangle 4 in x 43 ½ in (10.16 cm x 110.49 cm) as shown in Diagram C. Pin, sew and press to make the Outer Top & Bottom Border measuring 4 ½ in x 45 ¾ in (11.43 cm x 116.21 cm). Repeat to make the Outer Bottom Border.
4. Place a Turkey Trot Stripe rectangle 4 in x 21 ½ in (10.16 cm x 54.61 cm) on each side of the Center Block as shown in Diagram D. Pin, sew and press. Place the Inner Top and Bottom Borders on the top and bottom. Pin, sew and press to make the Center Block 2 measuring 29 ½ in x 30 in (74.93 cm x 76.2 cm).
5. Add Solid White Border:
Place a Solid White rectangle 2 in x 29 ½ in (5.08 cm x 74.93 cm) on each side of Center Block 2 as shown in Diagram E. Pin, sew and press. Place a Solid White rectangle 2 in x 33 in (5.08 cm x 83.82 cm) on the top and bottom. Pin, sew and press.
Add Patch Borders:
Place a Tiny Tots Patch rectangle 3 ¾ in x 32 ½ in (9.5 cm x 82.55 cm) on each side as shown in Diagram E. Pin, sew and press. Place a Tiny Tots Patch rectangle 4 ½ in x 39 ½ in (11.43 cm x 100.33 cm) on the top and bottom. Pin, sew and press to create Center Block 3 measuring 39 ½ in x 40 ½ in (100.33 cm x 102.87 cm).
6. Add Solid White Border:
Place a Tiny Birds rectangle 2 in x 18 ½ in (5.08 cm x 46.99 cm) on each side of Center Block 3 as shown in Diagram F. Pin, sew and press. Place a Tiny Birds rectangle 2 in x 23 in (5.08 cm x 58.42 cm) on the top and bottom. Pin, sew and press.
Add Outer Borders:
Place a Sweet Jungle rectangle 4 ½ in x 42 ½ in (11.43 cm x 107.95 cm) on each side as shown in Diagram F. Pin, sew and press. Place an Outer Border 4 ½ in x 45 ¾ in (11.43 cm x 116.21 cm) on the top and bottom. Pin, sew and press to create the Quilt Top measuring 49 ½ in x 51 ½ in (125.73 cm x 130.81 cm).
Finishing
5. Remove the selvages from the Sweet Jungle Backing fabric. Cut one piece 40 ¼ in x 56 in (102.24 cm x 142.24 cm) and two pieces 16 ¼ in x 28 ¼ in (41.28 cm x 71.76 cm). Pin RST and sew the two smaller pieces on the short edges; press. Pin the two sections RST and sew along the long edges as shown in Diagram H. Press the seam open or to one side. The Backing should measure 56 in x 56 in (142.24 cm x 142.24 cm).
7. Press finished Quilt Top and Backing. Tape the Backing, wrong side up, to a firm surface. Layer Batting and Quilt Top (right side up). Baste the layers together with safety pins. Quilt as desired.
8. Once quilting is complete, square up corners and edges, trimming excess Backing and Batting even with the Quilt Top.
9. Binding – Follow Diagram I to make the Tiny Birds Binding. Remove selvages and sew the short ends of the six 2 ½ in (6.35 cm) x wof strips RST end to end at a 45° angle to make one continuous strip; press seams open. Press one short end ¼ in (6.35 mm) to the wrong side. Fold in half lengthwise with wrong sides together; press. Leaving a 2 in (5.08 cm) tail on the folded end, place cut edges of folded Binding even with the edge of the Quilt Top and sew, mitering the corners. Overlap ends, trim any excess and finish sewing the Binding. Fold Binding over to back and hand stitch.
Finished Care Instructions
Machine wash in cold water; gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tip: Before drying, check for fabric dyes that may have run. If fabric dyes run, rewash and rinse using a color catcher to absorb loose dye. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low.

8. Sew together (4) Unit 5 squares into a 2 x 2 matrix to make (1) 4 ½” Unit 6 square (Fig. 10). Repeat to make (4) Unit 6 squares total.

9. Sew (1) 2 ¾” x WOF Fabric C strip to the left side of (1) 2 ¾” x WOF Fabric B strip lengthwise to make (1) Strip Set 1 (Fig. 11). Repeat to make a second Strip Set 1. Using the Template 2 provided, center and cut (16) Unit 7 triangles from the Strip Set 1’s (Fig. 11).

10. Sew (1) 2 ¾” x WOF Fabric A strip to the left side of (1) 2 ¾” x WOF Fabric D strip lengthwise to make (1) Strip Set 2 (Fig. 12). Using the Template 1 provided, center and cut (16) Unit 8 triangles from the Strip Set 2 (Fig. 12).
11. Sew (1) 2 ¾” x WOF Fabric D strip to the left side of (1) 2 ¾” x WOF Fabric C strip lengthwise to make (1) Strip Set 3 (Fig. 13). Using the Template 3 provided, center and cut (16) Unit 9 triangles from the Strip Set 2 (Fig. 13).

12. Place (1) Unit 8 triangle on top of (1) Unit 7 triangle, right sides together, aligning the left sides (Fig. 14). Sew the (2) triangles together along the left side. Press the smaller triangle open.

13. Place (1) Unit 9 triangle on top of the Unit 7 triangle, right sides together, aligning the right sides (Fig. 15). Sew the (2) triangles together along the right side. Press the smaller triangle open to make (1) Unit 10 (Fig. 16). Trim the block to measure 4 ½” square.

15. Sew (1) 2” x WOF Fabric C strip to the left side of (1) 2” x WOF Fabric A strip lengthwise to make (1) Strip Set 4 (Fig. 17). Repeat to make (3) Strip Set 4’s total. Using the Template 4 provided, center and cut (16) Unit 11 diamonds from the Strip Set 4’s (Fig. 17).

19. Sew (1) Unit 12 square to each side of (1) Unit 10 square to make the top row. Repeat to make the bottom row. Sew (1) Unit 10 square to each side of (1) Unit 6 square to make the middle row. Sew together the (3) rows lengthwise to make (1) 12 ½” Unit 12 square (Fig. 21). Repeat to make (4) Unit 12 square total.
20. Place (1) 3 ½” Fabric B square on the top left corner of (1) 6 ½” Fabric D square, right sides together (Fig. 22). Sew across the diagonal of the smaller square from the upper right corner to the lower left corner (Fig. 22). Flip open the triangle formed and press. Trim away the excess fabric from behind the triangle ¼” away from the sewn seam (Fig. 23).
16. Place (1) Fabric D Template 3 triangle on top of (1) Unit 11 diamond, right sides together, aligning the left sides (Fig. 18). Sew the (2) pieces together along the left side. Press the triangle open.
17. Place (1) Fabric D Template 1 triangle on top of the Unit 11 diamond, right sides together, aligning the right sides (Fig. 19). Sew the (2) pieces together along the right side. Press the triangle open to make (1) Unit 12 (Fig. 20). Trim the unit to measure 4 ½” square.
18. Repeat Steps 16-17 to make (6) Unit 12 squares total.
21. Follow Figure 24 for the seam direction to add (1) 3 ½” Fabric E square to the lower right corner and (1) Fabric C square to both the lower left and upper right corners of the 6 ½” Fabric D square to make (1) 6 ½” Unit 13 square (Fig. 25).
22. Repeat Steps 20-21 to make (16) Unit 13 squares total.

23. Place (1) Fabric E Template 5 triangle on top of (1) Fabric F Template 6 triangle, right sides together, aligning the left sides (Fig. 26). Sew the (2) pieces together along the left side. Press the smaller triangle open.
24. Place (1) Fabric C Template 7 triangle on top of the Fabric F triangle, right sides together, aligning the right sides (Fig. 27). Sew the (2) pieces together along the right side. Press the smaller triangle open to make (1) Unit 14 (Fig. 28). Trim the unit to measure 6 ½” square.
25. Repeat Steps 23-24 to make (16) Unit 14 squares total.
28. Sew (1) Unit 13 square to each end of (1) Unit 16 rectangle to make the top row. Repeat to make the bottom row. Sew (1) Unit 16 rectangle to each side of (1) Unit 12 square to make the middle row. Sew together the (3) rows lengthwise to make (1) 24 ½” Block Three square (Fig. 31). Repeat to make (4) Block Three squares total.

32. Sew (1) 2” x 72 ½” Fabric F strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 2” x 75 ½” Fabric F strip to the top and bottom of the Center Block.
33. Sew (1) 5 ½” x 75 ½” Fabric G strip to each side of the Center Block. Sew (1) 5 ½” x 85 ½” Fabric G strip to the top and bottom of the Center Block.
34. Layer and quilt as desired.
35. Sew the (9) 2 ½” x WOF Fabric E strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams, to make the binding. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together and press.
36. Bind as desired.
