Before You Begin
Read all instructions before beginning project. Do not pre-wash fabrics. Press fabrics with a dry iron on cotton setting before cutting. Use a ¼ in (6.35 mm) seam allowance and sew fabrics with right sides together (RST) unless otherwise noted. Press seams in the direction of the arrows. wof = width of fabric
Note: A printed panel may become slightly skewed during the finishing process. Check if panel is square before cutting by folding the panel so selvages meet. If all edges do not meet, pull firmly from corner to corner until the edges meet. Continue until all corners are square.
Cutting
Use a rotary cutter and ruler to cut the size and number of squares and rectangles from each fabric listed below.

Sewing
1. Sew two Pixie Pals strips 14 in x 42 in (35.56 cm x 106.68 cm) end to end RST; trim seam allowance to ¼ in (.635 cm). From the sewn strip, cut one Pixie Pals strip 14 in x 48 ½ in (35.56 cm x 121.92cm).
2. Sew three Solid Bright Yellow strips 1 ¾ in x 42 in (4.445 m x 106.68 cm) end to end RST with diagonal seams; trim seam allowance to ¼ in (.635 cm). From the sewn strip, cut two Solid Bright Yellow strips 1 ¾ in x 48 ½ in (4.445 m x 121.92 cm). Refer to Diagram A to sew one Solid Bright Yellow strip 1 ¾ in x 48 ½ in (4.445 m x 121.92 cm) RST to the top and bottom of the Pixie Pals strip 14 in x 48 ½ in (35.56 cm x 121.92 cm).
3. Sew three Fairy Flight strips 5 ½ in x 42 in (13.97 cm x 106.68 cm) end to end RST with diagonal seams; trim seam allowance to ¼ in (.635cm). From the sewn strip, cut two Fairy Flight strips 5 ½ in x 48 ½ in (13.97 cm x 121.92 cm). Refer to Diagram A to sew one Fairy Flight strip 5 ½ in x 48 ½ in (13.97 cm x 121.92 cm) RST to the top and bottom of the Pixie Pals strip. Note: Check orientation of design.
4. Sew three Solid Bright Yellow strips 1 ½ in x 42 in (3.81 m x 106.68 cm) end to end RST with diagonal seams; trim seam allowance to ¼ in (.635 cm). From the sewn strip, cut two Solid Bright Yellow strips 1 ½ in x 48 ½ in (3.81 cm x 121.92 cm). Refer to Diagram A to sew one Solid Bright Yellow strip 1 ½ in x 48 ½ in (3.81 cm x 121.92 cm) RST to the top and bottom of the Pixie Pals strip to make the Quilt Center. The Quilt Center should measure 48 ½ in x 28 ½ in (121.92 cm x 72.39 cm).
5. Refer to Diagram B to sew one Solid White strip 2 ½ in x 42 in (6.35 cm x 106.68 cm) to the left side of one Solid Light Blue strip 2 ½ in x 42 in (6.35 cm x 106.68 cm) RST to make one Strip Set 1 which should measure 4 ½ in x 42 in (11.43 cm x 106.68 cm). Repeat to make a second Strip Set 1.

6. Refer to Diagram C to cut twenty-four Unit 1 strips 4 ½ in x 2 ½ in (11.43 cm x 6.35 cm) from the two Strip Set 1 strips.
7. Refer to Diagram D to sew one Solid White strip 2 ½ in x 42 in (6.35 cm x 106.68 cm) to the left side of one Solid Bright Yellow strip 2 ½ in x 42 in (6.35 cm x 106.68 cm) RST to make one Strip Set 2 which should measure 4 ½ in x 42 in (11.43 cm x 106.68 cm). Repeat to make a second Strip Set 2.
8. Refer to Diagram E to cut twenty-four Unit 2 strips 4 ½ in x 2 ½ in (11.43 cm x 6.35 cm) from the two Strip Set 2 strips.
9. Refer to Diagram F to sew one Unit 1 strip 4 ½ in x 2 ½ in (11.43 cm x 6.35 cm) RST to the top of one Unit 2 strip 4 ½ in x 2 ½ in (11.43 cm x 6.35 cm) to make one Unit 3 square which should measure 4 ½ in x 4 ½ in (11.43 cm x 11.43 cm). Repeat to make twenty-four Unit 3 squares.
10. Place six Rise and Shine squares 4 ½ in x 4 ½ in (11.43 cm x 11.43 cm) and six Unit 3 squares as shown in Diagram G. Pin RST, sew and press to make the top row. Place six Unit 3 squares and six Magical Flowers squares 4 ½ in x 4 ½ in (11.43 cm x 11.43 cm) as shown in Diagram G. Pin RST, sew and press to make the bottom row. Refer to Diagram G to sew the top row to the bottom row RST to make Block One which should measure 48 ½ in x 8 ½ in (121.92 cm x 21.59 cm). Repeat to make a second Block One.

11. Sew three Playful Stripe strips 5 ½ in x 42 in (13.97 cm x 106.68 cm) end to end RST; trim seam allowance to ¼ in (.635 cm). From the sewn strip, cut two Playful Stripe strips 5 ½ in x 48 ½ in (13.97 cm x 123.19 cm). Note: Check orientation of the design.
12. Sew three Solid White strips 1 in x 42 in (2.54 cm x 106.68 cm) end to end RST with diagonal seams; trim seam allowance to ¼ in (.635 cm). From the sewn strip, cut two Solid White strips 1 in x 48 ½ in (2.54 cm x 123.19 cm).
13. Sew three Solid Bright Yellow strips 1 ½ in x 42 in (3.81 cm x 106.68 cm) end to end RST with diagonal seams; trim seam allowance to ¼ in (.635 cm). From the sewn strip, cut two Solid Bright Yellow strips 1 ½ in x 48 ½ in (3.81 cm x 123.19 cm).
14. Refer to Diagram H to sew one Solid White strip 1 in x 48 ½ in (2.54 cm x 123.19 cm) RST to the top and bottom of one Playful Stripe strip 5 ½ in x 48 ½ in (13.97 cm x 123.19 cm). Sew one Solid Bright Yellow strip 1 ½ in x 48 ½ in (3.81 cm x 123.19 cm) RST to the top and bottom of the Playful Stripe to make Block Two which should measure 48 ½ in x 8 ½ in (123.19 cm x 21.59 cm). Repeat to make a second Block Two.
15. Refer to Diagram I to sew one Block One to the top and bottom of the Quilt Center. Sew one Block Two to the top and bottom of the Quilt Center to make the Quilt Top. The completed Quilt Top should measure 48 ½ in x 60 ½ in (121.92 cm x 153.67 cm).
16. To make the Magical Flowers Backing, remove the selvages and cut two pieces 56 in x 42 in (142.24 cm x 106.68 cm). Pin and sew the pieces RST along the short edges as shown in Diagram J. Trim the Back to measure 56 in x 68 in (142.24 cm x 172.72 cm).
17. Press the finished Quilt Top and Backing fabric. Tape the Backing wrong side up on a firm surface. Layer Batting and Quilt Top (right side up). Baste the layers together with safety pins. Quilt as desired.
18. Once the quilting is complete, square up the corners and edges, trimming excess Backing and Batting even with the Quilt Top.
19. To make the Pixie Dust Binding, remove the selvages and sew the short ends of the Solid Light Blue strips 2 ½ in x 42 in (6.35 cm x 106.68 cm) RST end to end at a 45 degree angle to make one continuous strip; press seams open. Press one short end ¼ in (.635 cm) to the wrong side. Fold in half lengthwise with wrong sides together; press. Leaving a 2 in (5.08 cm) tail on the folded end. Place cut edges of folded Binding even with the edge of the Quilt and sew, mitering the corners (Diagram K).
Finished Care Instructions
Machine wash in cold water; gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tip: Beforedrying,checkforfabricdyesthatmayhaverun. Iffabricdyes run,rewashandrinseusingacolorcatchertoabsorbloosedye. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low.
