Happy New Year to all! The environment of our company is changing more rapidly than we could imagine. In order to succeed in the fierce competition in the market and aim to be a global airline, all our employees in both domestic and overseas offices need to take the ownership of improving the global coping capacity. It’s predicted that more visitors will come to visit Japan by the recent depreciation of Japanese Yen and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games etc., therefore global customer support will be in great demand. Although various skills are required in order to win global customers, the most important skill is communication skill. The language skills are essential not only for interactivities with clients, but also for the internal communication in ANA. As the company strategy of improving our language skills, we started EF online training since July 2014 and it has been more than 5 months until now. It will soon be the middle point for the one year course learners. How is your daily study?
At the beginning of this year, we ask all our
learners again to take advantage of this training program to improve their language skills and become the winning talents in the global market.
In January and February, we will collect
