Dr. Mohammed Al-Turki, Chair of IEEE Western Saudi Arabia Section, KSA
Dr. Al-Turki obtained his doctorate in Engineering from the University of Texas, Houston, USA, and is presently the Chief Executive Officer of MTMM Engineering Consultancy, a professional partnership between his own Saudi Arabian engineering firm – Dr. Eng. Mohammed Turki Office for Engineering Consultancy (MTEC) and its long time associate, Mott MacDonald Group, UK. In addition to his valuable contribution as Chair of IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) Western Saudi Arabia Section, he is also an active member of several distinguished international technical organisations, such as the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (UK) and the New York Academy of Sciences. Dr. Al Turki has convened and attended many workshops and seminars.

Professor David R. Wallace, Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA
Professor David Wallace is a Professor in Mechanical Engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Industrial Design degrees at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and in 1994, received his S.M. and Ph.D. degrees in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In 1995, he became a faculty member at MIT. Professor Wallace’s focus, in both research and teaching, is on innovative, socially responsible product design - ranging from computational tools and processes that increase the likelihood of successful innovation, to skills and techniques for designing and improving creativity. Through the application of his unusual background in both engineering and industrial design, Professor Wallace’s goals are to develop new methods that impact upon the practice of product development and to help inspire and equip the next generation of engineering innovators, all while continuing to learn new things and have fun in the process. His historic, pioneering new educational approaches, ranging from early quantitative experiments on the use of online media in the classroom, to television programs intended to inspire youths to pursue science and engineering careers, have earned him numerous teaching awards, both at MIT and at a national level.
Dr. Nabil A. Sultan, Head of Vision of Management, Business and Enterprise, University Campus Suffolk, UK
Dr. Nabil Sultan is UK educated with over 20 years of international work experience in higher education and vocational and professional training and assessment in Business and IT. He is currently Head of the Division of Management, Business and Enterprise at the School of Business, Leadership and Enterprise at University Suffolk Campus in Ipswich, UK. He is also Visiting Professor at the Servant Leadership Centre for Research and Education (SLCRE), Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Prior to that, he was Award Director of the International MBA program at the Business School of Liverpool Hope University. Dr. Sultan worked for UNDP in New York before moving into academia in the late 1990s working initially at the University of Liverpool. Dr. Sultan is internationally recognised for his publications in the fields of information management, cloud computing, leadership, renewable energy and the Arabian Gulf’s socio-economic affairs.
Professor Richard L. Skolnik, Lecturer in Global Health and Management, Yale University, USA
Professor Richard Skolnik is a Lecturer at the Yale School of Public Health and the Yale School of Management. He teaches introductory and advanced Global Health courses in Yale College and introductory courses in the School of Public Health and the School of Management. Professor Skolnik has more than forty years of experience in development and Global Health work. He spent twenty-five years at the World Bank, retiring as the Director for Health and Education for the South Asia Region. At the World Bank, he worked on education in West Africa and on health in the Middle East and North Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, West Africa, and South Asia. After leaving the World Bank, Professor Skolnik was the Vice President for International Programs at the Population Reference Bureau (PRB) and the Director of the Center for Global Health at The George Washington University, where he taught undergraduate global health courses for nine years. He also served as the Executive Director of the Harvard PEPFAR (President’s Emergency Plan For Aids Relief) program for AIDS treatment in Botswana, Nigeria, and Tanzania. He received a BA from Yale University and an MPA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Princeton University. Professor Skolnik is the author of the widely used Global Health textbook, Global Health 101.
