Al-Suwaiyel is a renowned figure in Saudi Arabia, known for holding key leadership positions, including as a professor, dean, and Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology. He has been a member of the Board of Economic Affairs and Development and served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for both the Communications and Information Technology Commission and the Saudi Postal Corporation. Al-Suwaiyel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in General Engineering (1972), a Master's degree (1975), and a Ph.D. in Computer Science (1979) from the University of Southern California.

El-Hadi M. Aggoune, an accomplished electrical engineer and professor, earned his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of Washington. He is currently a Professor and the Director of the AI and Sensing Technologies (AIST) Research Center at the University of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Aggoune's research focuses on wireless communication, sensor networks, power systems, neurocomputing, and scientific visualization, with numerous publications and patents to his credit.

Dr. Bari has over 20 years of industrial experience in these fields and currently serves as the Regional Director at WAIYS. His specialization includes low latency, real-time AI, cognitive technology, and sustainable supercomputing using neuromorphic computing chip technology. He has held pivotal roles at KACARE, Ajlan & Bros, and Siemens (Saudi Arabia), where he introduced the 'MindSphere In-Kingdom Cloud.' Dr. Bari holds an MPhil in Microelectronic Engineering and Semiconductor Physics, a PhD in High-temperature Superconducting Qubits from the University of Cambridge, and an International Executive MBA from University College Dublin. As a visiting Professor at the School of Physics, University College Dublin, Dr. Bari has authored 10 patents and 20 publications. His interests are wide-ranging, including Cognitive Infrastructure, Quantum Computing, Robotics, Space Technologies, Autonomous Systems, Ethical AI, and the Metaverse.

Yasser Bahjat did the graduate study program in Future Technologies from Singularity University at NASA Research Center in Silicon Valley. He is a bilingual novelist, authoring "Yaqteenya: The Old World" in both Arabic and English. Bahjat is a multi-faceted professional, co-founding Yatakhayaloon, founding several companies, and excelling as an engineer, entrepreneur, business development consultant, and futurist.

Senior General Manager of Digital Enablement & PMO, with a broad background in digital economy, IT, governance, and technology entrepreneurship. A social entrepreneur since 2012. STEM volunteer for over 15 years and serves on the IEEE's executive committee.
