http://www.ahram.org.eg/ جهود مكثفة فى برلٌن إلعادة الحركة السٌاحٌة إلى شرم الشٌخ 48ساعة من اللقاءات المتواصلة مع شركات الطٌران ومنظمى الرحالت واالعالمٌٌن والمسئولٌن األلمان قام خاللها خالد فودة محافظ جنوب سٌناء بحضور توقٌع العدٌد من االتفاقٌات بٌن منظمى الرحالت وشركات الطٌران العادة الحٌاة إلى شرم الشٌخ والتأكٌد على ضرورة تحسٌن الصورة الذهنٌة عما ٌجرى فى مصر مؤكدا انها تحقق اآلن نهضة اقتصادٌة ؼٌر مسبوقة وتنفذ العدٌد من المشروعات القومٌة العمالقة التى ستضع مصر فى مصاؾ الدول الكبري..وقد جاءت زٌارة محافظ جنوب سٌناء فى التوقٌت المناسب وهو ما دفع قطاع السٌاحة األلمانً ،إلى إعادة النظر فى قرار مقاطعتها لتٌسٌر رحالت إلى شرم الشٌخ. وقد طالب الجانب األلمانى سواء من المسئولٌن الحكومٌٌن أو شركات السٌاحة والطٌران ان ٌقوم المسئولون المصرٌون بتكثٌؾ زٌاراتهم لالحتكاك بالرأى العام من خالل لقاءاتهم مع وسائل االعالم لتصحٌح الصورة الذهنٌة..كما طالبوا بإطالق حمالت تروٌجٌة لتنشٌط السٌاحة خاصة مع قرب حلول موسم الشتاء الذى ٌجعل من مصر مقصدا سٌاحٌا متمٌزا. وعقب إعالنه عن بدء تسٌٌر 6رحالت سٌاحٌة أسبوعٌا من عدة دول أوروبٌة إلى شرم الشٌخ أكد اللواء خالد فودة محافظ جنوب سٌناء خالل ورشة العمل التى انتهت فعالٌاتها امس بمقر السفارة المصرٌة ببرلٌن..ان كبرى منظمى الرحالت فى النمسا ETIوأخرى من بولندا قد طالبتا بعقد ورشة عمل أخرى عن شرم الشٌخ. وأمام حشد كبٌر من كبرى شركات الطٌران ومنظمى الرحالت واالعالمٌٌن األلمان أكد فودة ان مصر لٌس لدٌها ما تخفٌه حول أمن المطارات وان جمٌع الدول التى طالبت بإرسال وفود امنٌة تم الترحٌب بها وقدمنا لها كل الدعم الالزم..وطالب المحافظ الحضور ان ٌطلعوا بانفسهم على تقارٌر حكوماتهم حٌث جاءت جمٌعها لتؤكد سالمة االجراءات األمنٌة بالمطارات..مضٌفا ان الحكومة األلمانٌة لم تسمح بتٌسٌر رحالت الى شرم الشٌخ إال بعد ان تأكدت من جدٌة االجراءات..كما وصؾ الدكتور بدر عبد العاطى سفٌر مصر فى المانٌا العالقات المصرٌة ـ األلمانٌة بأنها فى أزهى عصورها وانه ألول مرة فى تارٌخ العالقات بٌن البلدٌن ٌتم توقٌع اتفاقٌات أمنٌة لمكافحة اإلرهاب باالضافة إلى االتفاقٌات االقتصادٌة ؼٌر المسبوقة التى تم توقٌعها مؤخرا. وأكد السفٌر ان وزٌر الخارجٌة سامح شكرى أدار ملؾ العالقات األلمانٌة المصرٌة باحترافٌة ومهنٌة شدٌدة..حٌث استطاع ان ٌقنع الجانب األلمانى بعدم االنسٌاق وراء بعض الدول التى قامت بوقؾ رحالتها الى مصر..مضٌفا ان هذا ٌفسر دعم السلطات األلمانٌة ؼٌر المسبوق لمصر وكانت الدولة األوروبٌة الوحٌدة التى دعمت السٌاحة المصرٌة.

وقال فودة خالل ورشة العمل التى أقامها المكتب السٌاحى ببرلٌن برئاسة تامر مرزوق وكانت تحت عنوان شرم الشٌخ مدٌنة السالم تحدٌات الحاضر وخطط المستقبل إن مدٌنة شرم الشٌخ لٌس لها مثٌل فى العالم من حٌث روعة شواطئها وطقسها الرائع ومقوماتها السٌاحٌة التى ال توجد فى أى دولة أخري..وقال ان بها 60ألؾ ؼرفة فندقٌة و 10آالؾ أخرى تحت االنشاء..مؤكدا ان نسبة االشؽاالت حتى امس كانت %35فقط..فى حٌن انها فى نفس هذه الفترة من العام الماضى كانت تزٌد عن .%70 وقال انه لن ٌتكلم عن األمن فى المطار ولكنه سٌكتفى بتقارٌر الوفود األمنٌة األلمانٌة التى زارته مؤخرا والتى أكدت جمٌعها سالمة االجراءات وكذلك فعلت فرنسا وأرسلت له خطاب شكر وأشار الى زٌارة وفد البرلمان االنجلٌزى لشرم الشٌخ وقٌامه بالذهاب فجأة ودون ترتٌب الى مدٌنة سانت كاترٌن التى تبعد 250كٌلو عن شرم الشٌخ والتقوا بالبدو واهالى المدٌنة واشادوا باالجراءات األمنٌة على الطرق وداخل المدٌنة. وأكد المحافظ ان شرم الشٌخ تقع على بعد 600كٌلو من شمال سٌناء وال عالقة لها بما ٌجرى هناك ،مشددا على ان القوات األمنٌة المصرٌة سٌطرت تماما على األوضاع هناك ولدٌها القدرة على دحر اإلرهاب.

آى تى آى االلمانٌة تطلق 6رحالت لشرم الشٌخ أكد مصدر مسئول بقطاع السٌاحة بشرم الشٌخ ان اللواء خالد فوده محافظ جنوب سٌناء سوؾ ٌعلن الٌوم من العاصمة االلمانٌة برلٌن عن اتفاقه مع شركة اى تى اى االلمانٌة وشركات الطٌران على إطالق 3رحالت بدء من شهر سبتمبر المقبل. كما اكد المصدر ان فودة تعاقد مع نفس الشركة على تٌسٌر رحلة من سوٌسرا بداٌة من شهر سبتمبر ومد رحالت سلوفاكٌا حتى نهاٌة الموسم الشتوى المقبل اضافة الى رحلة لبولندا..

موسكو تستأنؾ رحالت«الطٌران الشارتر» مع تركٌا أعلن ألكسندر نٌرادكو رئٌس هٌئة الطٌران المدنً الروسٌة عن أن قرابة 15من شركات الطٌران الروسٌة بدأت استعداداتها الستئناؾ رحالت الطٌران العارض «الشارتر»إلى تركٌا، بعد الحصول على التصارٌح الالزمة لذلك.وقال نٌرادكو -فً تصرٌحات أدلى بها أمس على هامش إحدى فعالٌات شركة طٌران «ٌو تً آٌر» فً مدٌنة تٌومٌن الروسٌة ؼربً سٌبٌرٌا «ان كل الشركات التً كانت تنفذ سابقا رحالت الطٌران العارض إلى المنتجعات التركٌةترٌد مواصلة الرحالت إلى تركٌا». وأضاؾ أن»الشركات الروسٌة لن تكون فً حاجة إال لبضع ساعات من أجل استئناؾ برنامج رحالتها للطٌران الشارتر بعد صدور التصرٌح الالزمة من السلطات الروسٌة ،على ضوء ما تقوم به اآلن من مفاوضات مع المطارات التركٌة بشأن حجز مواعٌد للرحالت».

التحالؾ العربً ٌرفض هبوط طائرة تقل وفد الحوثً بمطار صنعاء أفادت وكالة "سبوتنٌك" بأن قوات التحالؾ العربً رفضت منح الطائرة العمانٌة التً تقل وفد المؤتمر الشعبً العام وجماعة أنصار هللا ،ترخٌصا بالهبوط فً مطار صنعاء للمرة الثانٌة على التوالً. صنعاء "المسلة" ....أفادت وكالة "سبوتنٌك" بأن قوات التحالؾ العربً رفضت منح الطائرة العمانٌة التً تقل وفد المؤتمر الشعبً العام وجماعة أنصار هللا ،ترخٌصا بالهبوط فً مطار صنعاء للمرة الثانٌة على التوالً. وأوضح مصدر بالوفد المشارك فً مشاورات الكوٌت ،فً حدٌث لـ"سبوتنٌك" ،الجمعة 12 أؼسطس/آب ،أن مسؤوال فً األمم المتحدة أبلػ الوفد المتواجد فً العاصمة العمانٌة مسقط، منذ أسبوع ،برفض قوات التحالؾ منح الطائرة التً ستقلهم السبت 13 ،أؼسطس/آب، ترخٌصا للهبوط فً مطار صنعاء. وهذه هً المرة الثانٌة على التوالً خالل أسبوع التً ٌرفض فٌها التحالؾ العربً منح ترخٌص للطائرة العمانٌة بالهبوط فً مطار صنعاء حٌث كان مقررا أن ٌعود الوفد الوطنً إلى صنعاء األربعاء الماضً بعد عودته من مشاورات الكوٌت ٌوم السبت الماضً إالى العاصمة العمانٌة مسقط. وكان مبعوث األمم المتحدة الخاص إلى الٌمن ،إسماعٌل ولد الشٌخ أحمد ،أعلن فً مؤتمر صحافً بالكوٌت ،السبت الماضً ،تعلٌق مشاورات الكوٌت حول األزمة الٌمنٌة .وأكد أن المشاورات "لم تفشل بل حققت ما لم تحققه جوالت المشاورات السابقة ،وأن لدٌه ضمانات من وفدي الحكومة الٌمنٌة وحركة أنصار هللا (الحوثٌٌن) بالعودة إلى طاولة المشاورات". واعتبر ولد الشٌخ ،أن المشاورات "أرست أرضٌة صلبة للتقدم على طرٌق إٌجاد حل سٌاسً شامل لألزمة".

الخطوط الجوٌة القطرٌة تسعى لالستحواذ على %26من (إٌركوستا) الهندٌة كشفت مصادر مطلعة أن الخطوط الجوٌة القطرٌة تجري مباحثات مباشرة لالستحواذ على %26من أسهم شركة "إٌركوستا" الهندٌة ،وذكرت المصادر أن اإلدارة العلٌا للشركة الهندٌة متواجدة فً الدوحة للتفاوض بشأن الصفقة ،وكانت "إٌركوستا" قد طلبت نحو 50 طائرة من طراز E190sبقٌمة ثالثة ملٌارات دوالر توضع فً الخدمة نهاٌة العام الحالً. وقد أجرت الناقلة الوطنٌة هذا العام أكثر من عملٌة استحواذ ،حٌث أعلنت فً وقت سابق عن شراء حصة %10من شركة "التام إٌرالٌنز" والتً تعتبر أكبر شركة طٌران فً أمرٌكا الالتٌنٌة فً صفقة ستضخ 613ملٌون دوالر فً الشركة التً تتخذ من تشٌلً مقراً لها، وستتم عملٌة االستحواذ فً إطار عملٌة لزٌادة رأس المال. وستعقد القطرٌة و"التام إٌرالٌنز" جمعٌة عمومٌة ؼٌر عادٌة فً الثانً من سبتمبر المقبل القتراح زٌادة رأس المال بواقع 613ملٌون دوالر من خالل إصدار أسهم جدٌدة بسعر عشرة دوالرات للسهم بحسب الراٌة. وفً شهر ٌولٌو الماضً ،أعلنت الخطوط القطرٌة أنها وقعت اتفاقا ً لشراء %49من شركة طٌران مرٌدٌانا اإلٌطالٌة بشروط محددة وتم تحدٌد الموعد النهائً إلتمام الصفقة فً مطلع أكتوبر المقبل. ورفعت الخطوط القطرٌة خالل العام الجاري حصتها فً شركة "آي.اٌه.جً" المالكة للخطوط الجوٌة البرٌطانٌة بنحو %4.34إلى ،%20وبلؽت قٌمة األسهم التً اشترتها الناقلة الوطنٌة نحو 375ملٌون إسترلٌنً.

Saudia inaugurates direct flights to its new destination Ankara in November 2016 Saudia is ready to operate direct flights to the Turkish capital, Ankara. Ankara will become the second leg in Turkey after Istanbul, and the third new destination that Saudia adds to its network of international direct flights through 2016 after it has launched a new direct route between Riyadh and Maldives’ capital, Malé, in March 2016, and started operating direct flights between Riyadh and Munich on 4 July 2016. Later in 2016, Saudia will operate direct flights to Algeria as well. The direct flights between Ankara and each of Madinah and Jeddah are set to commence on 18 November 2016. United and IBT Reach Agreement in Principle for Technicians United and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) announced jointly today that they have reached an agreement in principle for a joint contract covering the company's approximately 9,000 technicians and related employees. The parties will complete final language and put the resulting tentative agreement out to vote by the technicians and related employees. "This is a great day for the entire United family. Each day we rely on our incredibly dedicated and professional technicians to keep us flying safely. More Airlines Likely to Suffer Outages Due to Outdated Technology Airlines will likely suffer more disruptions like the one that grounded about 2,000 Delta flights this week because major carriers have not invested enough to overhaul reservations systems based on technology dating to the 1960s, airline industry and technology experts told Reuters. Airlines have spent heavily to introduce new features such as automated check-in kiosks, real-time luggage tracking and slick mobile apps. But they have avoided the steep cost of rebuilding their reservations systems from the ground up, former airline executives said. Scott Nason, former chief information officer at American Airlines Group Inc, said long-term investments in computer technology were a tough sell when he worked there. "Most airlines were on the verge of going out of business for many years, so investment of any kind had to have short payback periods," said Nason, who left American in 2009 and is now an independent consultant. The reservations systems of the biggest carriers mostly run on a specialized IBM operating system known as Transaction Processing Facility, or TPF. It was designed in the 1960s to process large numbers of transactions quickly and is still updated by IBM, which did a major rewrite of the operating system about a decade ago. A host of special features, ranging from mobile check-ins to seat selection and cabin upgrades, are built on top of the TPF core, or connected to it. "They have surrounded that old industry infrastructure with modern technology," said Bob Edwards, United Continental Holdings Inc's former chief information officer until 2014.

IBM Senior Vice President Tom Rosamilia said in a statement that TPF "was not named as the source or issue in any of the recent outages" and that it "is one of the most modern and reliable systems in the airline infrastructure." Rosamilia added that the vast majority of airlines use TPF "to process up to a million complex transactions per second, uninterrupted by frequent feature updates or the failure of other systems." Pressure for Profits Delta spokeswoman Kate Modolo said in a statement that a small fire on Monday resulted in a "massive failure" at the airline's technology center. Delta was forced to cancel flights because critical systems did not switch over to backup power as intended, she said.

US and Canadian airlines are projected to spend an average of 3 percent of their revenue on information technology this year - compared to 8 percent by commercial banks and 4 percent by healthcare firms, according to Computer Economics, a firm that tracks IT spending.
