فى إطار إهتمام وزاة الطٌران المدنً بدعم دول القارة االفرٌقٌة وخاصة دول حوض النٌل ،وتأكٌداً لدور مصر الرٌادى داخل القارة فى نشر الوعى الصحى وتقدٌم الخدمات الصحٌة والعالجٌة وخاصة فى مجال جراحة االطفال . قامت وزارة الطٌران المدنً بالتعاون مع كلٌة الطب جامعة االسكندرٌة قسم جراحة االطفال وبالتنسٌق مع لجنة الشئون االفرٌقٌة بمجلس النواب بتقدٌم الدعم الالزم للقافلة الطبٌة نٌل األمل المتجهة لدولة تنزانٌا حٌث قدمت شركة مصر للطٌران كافة التسهٌالت والتخفٌضات فى أسعار تذاكر سفر القافله لتنزانٌا الجراء أكثر من 50عملٌة جراحٌة دقٌقة ومتقدمة فى مجال جراحات االطفال ،وذلك عن طرٌق مؤسسة نٌل األمل التى تعد الوسٌط المصرى بٌن كل من مستشفى مازٌموجا بزٌنزبار ومستشفى موهٌمبلى بدار السالم . هذا وقد أصدر شرٌؾ فتحى وزٌر الطٌران المدنى تعلٌمات بتقدٌم كافة التسهٌالت والدعم اللوجٌستى لهذه القافلة لتؤدى دورها على أكمل وجه ،مضٌفا ً أن مصر تحرص دائما ً علً تقدٌم ٌد العون والدعم لألشقاء األفارقة فى كافة المجاالت ،كما تعمل على ترسٌخ قنوات مستمرة للتعاون العلمى بٌن البلدان األفرٌقٌة

همسة طائرة المشتاقون ..حائرون..مرعوبون عبد الخالق خلٌفة تحدثت فى أحد مقاالتى عن المبتزٌن والمشتاقٌن والدور الخطٌر الذى ٌلعبونه فى فساد وإفساد المسئولٌن فى الوزارات المختلفة وكٌؾ انهم كونوا داخل الوزارات تكتالت ومراكز قوى للفساد واالفساد ٌجتمع معها وحولها كل ضعفاء النفوس ومجٌدى اللعب للتخدٌم على جماعات المصالح داخل الوزارات ...وقلت إن «المشتاقٌن» وهم تلك الفئة التى تحلم بالجلوس على الكرسى هم اكثر فسادا وافسادا من الفاسدٌن النهم ٌخدمون الجمٌع «مراكز قوى الفساد والمبتزٌن والمطبالتٌة والشماشرجٌة وكذابى الزفة واصحاب االقالم الماجورة » لخدمة اهدافهم....الؽرٌب ان هؤالء المبتزٌن والمشتاقٌن ٌختبئون فى الجحور مثل الفئران طالما وجدوا من ٌخدم على مصالحهم فال ٌظهرون ابدا اال اذا اقتضت الضرورة فانهم ٌخرجون بانفسهم طالما استشعروا الخطر اصبح قرٌ ًبا منهم. اقول هذا القول ٌا سادة ....النه عندما تحدثت فى مقالى السابق عن ضرورة محاسبة ومعاقبة كل من تسبب فى تاخٌر مبنى الركاب 2بمطار القاهرة وطالبت وزٌر الطٌران الحالى شرٌؾ فتحى «الذى فشلت الحملة التى شنها ضده احد الفاسدٌن السابقٌن المطاح بهم من القطاع من محاولة لتلوٌث سمعته ومعه الشرفاء مستؽلٌن اصحاب الذمم الخربة من مدعى االعالم والصحافة» بضرورة محاسبة كل من تسبب او اهدر المال فى هذا المشروع وخاصة ان سابقه أحال ملفه الى الرقابة االدارٌة لٌخلى مسئولٌته من اى فساد او افساد وقع فى المشروع ...والن الجمٌع ٌعلم ان شرٌؾ فتحى رجل صاحب قرار وال ٌخشى فى الحق لومة الئم وانه سٌحٌل اٌا من كان الى النٌابة العامة اذا ثبت فساده ،فقد صارع هذا الفاسد االخوانى االعظم وأحد اهم المشتاقٌن للجلوس على كرسى وزارة الطٌران المدنى «هذا الكرسى الذى جلس علٌه شرفاء هذا الوطن من ابناء القوات الجوٌة وابناء الشركة الوطنٌة مصر للطٌران» بالذهاب الى احد رجال الدولة السابقٌن ممن لهم كلمة مسموعة لدى سٌادة الرئٌس مطالبا اٌاه بالتوسط له للعودة الى القطاع بأى شكل من االشكال فى محاولة من هذا الفاسد االخوانى للتستر على فساده ...ولكن الن الفساد ال وطن له وال صاحب وال أهل وعندما تفوح رائحته نجد الجمٌع ٌفر منه ...فقد رفض هذا المسئول الكبٌر السابق التوسط له مطالبا اٌاه بعدم العودة الٌه مرة اخرى وان علٌه ان ٌتحمل نتٌجة أخطائه النه هو نفسه فى موقعه الجدٌد ٌحارب الفاسدٌن وكل من اهدر اموال الوطن ...فخرج هذا الفاسد ٌجر اذٌال الخٌبة ٌحاول ان ٌفتش فى دفاتر مراكز قوى الفساد بالطٌران المدنى لمحاولة طمس كافة الحقائق واالوراق التى تخص فساده وافساده بالرؼم من انه وقت خروجه حمل معه من االوراق والمستندات عن مخالفاته وافساده ما ٌحتاج به الى خزائن كبٌرة تفوق تلك التى مألها من اموال الوزارة ...والسؤال االن هل ٌنجح هذا الفاسد فى طمس الحقائق ام ان الشرفاء له بالمرصاد؟؟؟ همسة طائرة...سألنى احد القٌادات الحالٌٌن بالطٌران المدنى قائال« ما نعلمه عنك انك ال تحارب المسئول اذا ؼادر كرسٌه بل ٌروق لك ان تحاربه وهو فى عزته وقوته ...فلماذا تتحدث دائما عن هذا الفاسد االعظم وقد ترك كرسٌه؟؟...فكانت اجابتى ان هذا المسئول لم ٌؽادر كرسٌه النه ببساطة كون امبراطورٌة من الفاسدٌن مازالوا على كراسٌهم ٌخدمون علٌه وعلى مصالحه اكثر مما كان داخل السلطة!!!

% 12نمو الطلب على السفر الجوى بالمنطقة خالل العام الجارى أفادت دراسة لمركز آسٌا باسٌفٌك للطٌران «كابا» ،بأن «طٌران اإلمارات» تخطط إلضافة 275ألؾ مقعد إلى السوق األمٌركٌة فً عام ،2016إلى جانب 600ألؾ مقعد أضٌفت خالل العام الماضً فقط. وأضافت أن «االتحاد للطٌران» زادت السعة مع تشؽٌلها لطائرة «أٌه »380إلى السوق األمٌركٌة ،كما أعلنت الخطوط الجوٌة القطرٌة سعٌها إلضافة وجهات جدٌدة خالل العام الجاري ،مشٌرة إلى أن اإلمارات تعد من أكبر أسواق النقل الجوي فً المنطقة. وتفصٌالً ،أكدت دراسة لمركز آسٌا الباسٌفٌك للطٌران «كابا» ،المتخصص فً أبحاث النقل الجوي ،أن سوق أمٌركا الشمالٌة ستظل هدفا ً استراتٌجٌا ً لشركات الطٌران الخلٌجٌة الثالث «طٌران اإلمارات»، «االتحاد للطٌران»« ،الخطوط القطرٌة» ،مشٌرة إلى أن «طٌران اإلمارات» وقعت اتفاقٌة مشاركة بالرمز مع خطوط «آالسكا» الجوٌة فً أكتوبر عام ،2015وتخطط إلضافة 275ألؾ مقعد آخر إلى السوق األمٌركٌة فً عام ،2016إلى جانب 600ألؾ مقعد أضٌفت خالل العام الماضً وحده. وأضافت أن شركة «االتحاد للطٌران» بدورها زادت السعة مع تشؽٌلها لطائرة «أٌه »380إلى السوق األمٌركٌة ،كما أعلنت الخطوط الجوٌة القطرٌة سعٌها إلضافة وجهات جدٌدة خالل العام الجاري ،مشٌرة إلى أن اإلمارات تعد من أكبر أسواق النقل الجوي فً المنطقة مع مواصلة ناقالتها الستالم المزٌد من الطائرات سنوٌا ً والتوسع المستمر ألساطٌلها ،خصوصا ً «طٌران اإلمارات» و«االتحاد للطٌران». وبٌنت أن «طٌران اإلمارات» مستمرة فً توسٌع عالقات الشراكة مع مختلؾ الناقالت ،األمر الذي ٌسهم فً ربط محطاتها بالمزٌد من الوجهات حول العالم ،جنبا ً إلى جنب مع نمو عملٌات الناقالت االقتصادٌة فً المنطقة التً تخدم المحطات اإلقلٌمٌة بالدرجة األولى ،مشٌرة إلى أنه من المتوقع للناقالت الجوٌة فً المنطقة أن تستمر فً تحقٌق معدالت نمو مستفٌدة من توسعاتها المتواصلة وموقعها االستراتٌجً كمركز للنقل الجوي بٌن أسواق حٌوٌة وناشئة للنقل الجوي ،هذا إلى جانب معدالت النمو القتصادات دول المنطقة. وأوضحت «كابا» أنه من المتوقع للطلب على السفر الجوي فً المنطقة أن ٌنمو بنسبة تراوح بٌن 11 و %12مع نمو السعة المقعدٌة بنسبة تراوح بٌن %11.1و %12.5خالل العام الجاري ،مشٌرة إلى أن تزامن النمو االقتصادي القوي مع توسع شرٌحة السكان والشباب والموقع الجؽرافً المالئم والسٌاسات الحكومٌة لالستثمار فً الطٌران كلها تقود النمو. ولفتت إلى أن تراجع أسعار النفط سٌدعم المركز المالً للناقالت فً المنطقة.ونوهت بأن خطط اإلنفاق فً قطاع النقل الجوي فً المنطقة بالنسبة للبلدان المصدرة للنفط ،خصوصا ً تلك المتعلقة بتطوٌر المطارات تصل إلى 145ملٌار دوالر أمٌركً ،أكثر من ( 533ملٌار درهم). ٌشار إلى أن «طٌران اإلمارات» ،أطلقت خالل السنة المالٌة الماضٌة خدمات إلى ثمانً محطات ركاب جدٌدة ،كما أضافت رحالت وزادت السعة المتاحة إلى 34مدٌنة عبر شبكة محطاتها القائمة فً إفرٌقٌا وآسٌا وأوروبا والشرق األوسط وأمٌركا الشمالٌة

33طائرة بوٌنج تسلمتها ناقالت إماراتٌة فً 18شهراً تسلمت الناقالت الوطنٌة« ،االتحاد للطٌران» و«طٌران اإلمارات» و«فالي دبً» 33 ،طائرة من طرازات «بوٌنج» خالل 18شهراً ،وذلك فً الفترة بٌن ٌناٌر عام 2015حتى ٌونٌو الماضً ،لتستحوذ تلك الناقالت على %43من إجمالً الطائرات التً تم تسلمها فً الشرق األوسط ،بحسب بٌانات شركة بوٌنج األخٌرة. وأشارت البٌانات حسبما ذكرت «االتحاد» ،إلى أن إجمالً الطائرات التً تم تسلٌمها لناقالت الشرق األوسط خالل الـ 18شهراً ،بلؽت 77طائرة ،منها 15طائرة لطٌران اإلمارات من طراز ،777و 8طائرات لـ«االتحاد للطٌران» ،منها طائرتان من طراز ،777و 6طائرات من طراز ،9-787و 10طائرات لـ«فالي دبً» من طراز.800-737 وتسلمت طٌران القطرٌة 20طائرة فً 18شهراً ،وجمهورٌة العراق 5طائرات ،و ُعمان للطٌران 8طائرات ،وطٌران السعودٌة 10طائرات. وفٌما ٌتعلق بعدد الطلبٌات من طراز بوٌنج لمنطقة الشرق األوسط فً 18شهراً ،فقد بلؽت 36طلبٌة ،منها طلبٌتان لـ«االتحاد للطٌران» من طراز ،F 777و 20طلبٌة ل ُعمان للطٌران من طراز ،MAX 737و 14طلبٌة لطٌران القطرٌة تتنوع بٌن X 777وF. 777 وٌبلػ إجمالً الطائرات التً لم ٌتم تسلٌمها للناقالت اإلماراتٌة :طٌران اإلمارات ،واالتحاد للطٌران ،وفالي دبً 359 ،طائرة ،منها 184طائرة لطٌران اإلمارات ،و 91طائرة لالتحاد للطٌران ،و 84طائرة لفالي دبً ،كما تنتظر ناقالت عربٌة تسلم طائرات جدٌدة منها 67طائرة لطٌران القطرٌة ،و 10طائرات للطٌران الكوٌتً ،و 24طائرة للطٌران ال ُعمانً ،و 4طائرات للطٌران السعودي ،إضافة إلى 16طائرة لطٌران الخلٌج ،و 6طائرات للملكٌة األردنٌة ،و28 طائرة لجمهورٌة العراق. وبلػ إجمالً طلبٌات طٌران اإلمارات 289طائرة ،تم تسلٌم 105منها ،فً حٌن بلػ إجمالً طلبٌات طٌران االتحاد 120طلبٌة ،تم تسلٌم 29منها ،فً حٌن بلػ إجمالً الطلبٌات لفالي دبً 136طلبٌة ،تم تسلٌم 52طائرة منها. وكانت شركة بوٌنج أعلنت توقعها بأن ٌكون هناك طلب على 39620طائرة جدٌدة خالل العشرٌن سنة المقبلة بزٌادة قدرها %4,1عن توقعات العام الماضً ،منها 3310طائرات لمنطقة الشرق األوسط ،وقدّ رت الشركة القٌمة اإلجمالٌة لهذه الطائرات الجدٌدة بنحو 5,9 ترٌلٌون دوالر أمٌركً ،وستحتاج منطقة الشرق األوسط إلى 58000طٌار ،و 66000فنً صٌانة ،و 92000من أفراد طاقم الطائرة خالل العشرٌن سنة المقبلة.

فتحت منطقة منؽولٌا الداخلٌة الذاتٌة الحكم فً شمالً الصٌن أول امس خطٌن جوٌٌن دولٌٌن ٌرتبط واحد منهما بتاٌالند واآلخر بروسٌا. وسٌتم تسٌٌر طائرة اٌرباص 330تابعة لشركة طٌران اٌر آسٌا (تاٌالند) على الخط المتجه بٌن أوردوس بمنؽولٌا الداخلٌة إلى باتاٌا بتاٌالند ،حٌث ستستؽرق الرحلة أربع ساعات ونصؾ الساعة بحسب شٌنخوا. وستسٌر الطائرات تابعة لشركة تٌانجٌن للخطوط الجوٌة على الخط المتوجه بٌن أوردوس واٌركوتسك بروسٌا ٌومً االثنٌن والجمعة ،حٌث ستستؽرق الرحلة ساعتٌن ونصؾ الساعة . وأصبح مطار أوردوس مطارا دولٌا فً شهر ٌناٌر الماضً باعتماد مجلس الدولة الصٌنً (مجلس الوزراء) حٌث كان الخط الجوي إلى العاصمة الكورٌة الجنوبٌة سٌول أول خط دولً لة
https://arabic.rt.com شركات طٌران روسٌة مستعدة الستئناؾ رحالت "شارتر" إلى تركٌا أعربت نحو 15شركة طٌران روسٌة عن استعدادها الستئناؾ رحالت الطٌران العارض (شارتر) إلى تركٌا ،بعد الحصول على التصارٌح الالزمة لذلك من السلطات الروسٌة. وقال رئٌس هٌئة الطٌران المدنً الروسٌة ٌوم السبت 13أؼسطس/اَب ،ألكسندر نٌرادكو، ردا على سؤال الصحفٌٌن حول موعد استئناؾ رحالت الطٌران العارض بٌن روسٌا وتركٌا، قال" :هناك حوالً 15شركة روسٌة مستعدة الستئناؾ الطٌران". وأضاؾ المسؤول الروسً على هامش العرض الجوي ،الذي نظمته شركة "ٌو تً آٌر" فً مدٌنة تٌومٌن الروسٌة الواقعة فً ؼرب سٌبٌرٌا ،أن كل الشركات التً كانت تنفذ سابقا رحالت الطٌران العارض إلى المنتجعات التركٌة" ،ترٌد مواصلة الرحالت إلى تركٌا". ولفت رئٌس هٌئة الطٌران المدنً الروسٌة إلى أن الشركات الروسٌة سٌلزمها بضع ساعات الستئناؾ برنامج رحالت الطٌران "شارتر" بعد صدور التصرٌح الالزمة من السلطات الروسٌة .وٌعود ذلك لكون الشركات الروسٌة تتفاوض حالٌا مع المطارات التركٌة بشأن حجز مواعٌد للرحالت. وقال مصدر للصحفٌٌن" :بعد توقٌع الرئٌس(الروسً) على مرسوم رفع الحظر عن بٌع التذاكر السٌاحٌة إلى تركٌا فً نهاٌة حزٌرانٌ/ونٌو الماضً ،بدأت شركات الطٌران العارض الروسٌة المفاوضات مع المطارات التركٌة بشأن حجز مواعٌد للرحالت". وكانت موسكو قد فرضت قٌودا وتدابٌر اقتصادٌة ضد تركٌا بعد اسقاط سالح الجو التركً قاذفة روسٌة فً سورٌا ،ودخلت هذه القٌود حٌز التنفٌذ فً بداٌة العام الجاري ومنها حظر رحالت الطٌران العارض بٌن البلدٌن. وبعد اعتذار الرئٌس التركً ،رجب طٌب أردوؼان ،فً ٌونٌو/حزٌران عن اسقاط الطائرة الروسٌة اتفق الجانبان على استئناؾ العالقات بٌن روسٌا وتركٌا ،ولكن األوضاع األمنٌة والسٌاسٌة فً تركٌا حالت دون حدوث ذلك. وفً 9أؼسطس/اَب ،صرح الرئٌس الروسً ،فالدٌمٌر بوتٌن فً أعقاب لقائه الرئٌس التركً فً مدنٌة سان بطرسبورغ الروسٌة بأن روسٌا تعتزم رفع التدابٌر والقٌود االقتصادٌة المفروضة على الشركات التركٌة بشكل تدرٌجً ،منوها بأن رحالت الـ"تشارتر" ستستأنؾ قرٌبا.

Commercial air traffic at Moroccan airports recorded 1,767,106 passengers during July 2016, an increase of 12.14%, compared to the same period of 2015. The share of Mohammed V airport was 876,960 passengers (up 14.07%), while the share of Marrakech Menara Airport accounted to 291,643 passengers (up 5.17%) and Agadir Al Massira Airport passengers were 123,551 (up 3.85%). Registered aircraft movements at the Kingdom’s airports during July 2016 recorded 15,899 movements, an increase of 4.45% compared to the same period of 2015. Mohammed V Airport’s share of these movements was 50.2%, Marrakech Menara Airport’s share was 14.23%, and Agadir Airport’s share was 6.55%.

More Airlines Likely to Suffer Outages Due to Outdated Technology Airlines will likely suffer more disruptions like the one that grounded about 2,000 Delta flights this week because major carriers have not invested enough to overhaul reservations systems based on technology dating to the 1960s, airline industry and technology experts told Reuters. Airlines have spent heavily to introduce new features such as automated check-in kiosks, real-time luggage tracking and slick mobile apps. But they have avoided the steep cost of rebuilding their reservations systems from the ground up, former airline executives said. Scott Nason, former chief information officer at American Airlines Group Inc, said long-term investments in computer technology were a tough sell when he worked there. "Most airlines were on the verge of going out of business for many years, so investment of any kind had to have short pay-back periods," said Nason, who left American in 2009 and is now an independent consultant. The reservations systems of the biggest carriers mostly run on a specialized IBM operating system known as Transaction Processing Facility, or TPF. It was designed in the 1960s to process large numbers of transactions quickly and is still updated by IBM, which did a major rewrite of the operating system about a decade ago. A host of special features, ranging from mobile check-ins to seat selection and cabin upgrades, are built on top of the TPF core, or connected to it. "They have surrounded that old industry infrastructure with modern technology," said Bob Edwards, United Continental Holdings Inc's former chief information officer until 2014. "Those systems have to always reach back into the old core technologies to retrieve a reservation or to figure out who flies between Dallas and New York City." When a power outage shuts off that reservations system - as happened on Monday to Delta Air Lines Inc's "Deltamatic" system TPF falls out of sync with the newer technologies that passenger service agents use to assist travelers, Edwards said.

Rosamilia added that the vast majority of airlines use TPF "to process up to a million complex transactions per second, uninterrupted by frequent feature updates or the failure of other systems." Pressure for Profits Delta spokeswoman Kate Modolo said in a statement that a small fire on Monday resulted in a "massive failure" at the airline's technology center. Delta was forced to cancel flights because critical systems did not switch over to backup power as intended, she said. Nason cautioned that comparing technology spending by airlines to some other industries, including banking, can be tricky. Banks have lower capital costs and they rely more heavily on information technology for their core business. Still, technology experts say that level of spending by the major airlines is not sufficient, pointing to the recent failures as evidence. Part of the challenge is that US airlines are under pressure from investors to top recent record profits and boost stock prices, even as economic troubles overseas have reduced travel demand. Delta, for example, is looking to boost its operating profit margin to between 17 per cent and 19 per cent by 2018. That's up from last year's margin target of 14 per cent to 16 per cent.

Henry Harteveldt, founder of the travel consultancy Atmosphere Research Group, said some airlines are choosing to risk outages that might cost them $20 million to $40 million rather than invest, for example, $100 million on technology upgrades. He believes investors and the general public will apply increasing pressure on airlines to avoid outages at any cost. "We cannot afford, as a nation, for any of our airlines to be rendered useless by a technology failure," Harteveldt said. This comes barely a month after reporting an after-tax loss of $262 million in the 12 months to March this year, up from $257 million a year earlier. “From a turnover and direct operating costs analysis point of view, about half of the 54 routes are not contributing positively and we are working to turn this around,” said Mr Ngunze. Passengers to and from India were 14 per cent below prior years, despite the capacity reduction of 28 per cent due to the deployment of the narrow-bodied aircraft,” the airline said. It has already agreed wide-ranging pay and pension deals with cabin crew and ground staff.
