ٌو ..ؼضب ركاب مصر للطٌران بسبب تأخر الرحلة بمطار أسٌوط سادت حالة من االستٌاء والؽضب بٌن العشرات من المسافرٌن بمطار أسٌوط الدولً والمتجهٌن من احتجاجا على تأخر طائرة الرحلة رقم محافظة أسٌوط إلى دولة الكوٌت على طٌران شركة مصر للطٌران، ً 403لما ٌزٌد عن 12ساعة ،والتً كان من المحدد إقالعها فً الخامسة مساء. وطالب عدد من الركاب باسترجاع أموالهم وثمن تذاكر الطٌران ،وأفاد مصدر مسئول بمطار أسٌوط بوجود عطل فً الطائرة أدى إلى تأخرها عن موعد إقالعها المقرر ،مؤكدًا أن المطار ؼٌر مسئول عن أي تأخٌر أو تعطٌل قد ٌحدث للطائرات وأن المسئولٌة تقع على الشركات التابعة لها تلك الطائرات. مؤخرا العدٌد من المشكالت الناجمة عن تأخر الطائرات عن ٌُذكر أن خط طٌران أسٌوط الكوٌت قد شهد ً مواعٌدها المقررة ،حٌث شهد المطار احتجاجات به من قبل الركاب لتأخر طائرة مصر للطٌران عن مواعٌد إقالعها.

تلقى النائب العام المستشار نبٌل صادق بالغ ضد كال من شرٌؾ فتحى ،وزٌر الطٌران ،ورئٌس مجلس إدارة الشركة القابضة لمصر للطٌران السابق ،و الكابتن حسام كمال وزٌر الطٌران السابق ،و الكابتن هشام النحاس ،رئٌس مجلس شركة الخطوط الجوٌةٌ ،تهمهم فٌه بالتستر على الفساد ومعاونة الفاسدٌن . وذكر البالغ الذى ٌحمل رقم 5935لسنة 2016بالغ النائب العام ،أنه تم إرجاع المضٌفتٌن اللتٌن تم القبض علٌهما متلبسٌن بشبكة اداب " بأكرا " ،والمعروفة إعالمٌا َ " بشبكة أداب أكرا " وتم ترحٌلهما وتم فصلهما من الشركة عام ،2007وتم عودتهما الى العمل فى 2012وذلك بمعرفة الشئون القانونٌة . وأضاؾ البالغ ،أن كابتن طٌار " باهر لوٌس " قاد رحلة مصر للطٌران المتجهة الى شرم الشٌخ ،وكان فى الرحلة وزٌر خارجٌة رومانٌا وزوجته ،وقام الكابتن بفصل التٌار االلى وأصبحت الطائرة خارج السٌطرة، وحدث كسر لزوجة الوزٌر وكسر للمضٌفة ،وتم القاء القبض علٌة فى مطار شرم الشٌخ ،وتم احالتة للتحقٌق وتم الكشؾ الطبً علٌه الذى اثبت أنه تنتابه نوبة عصبٌة وكتبوا تقرٌر ،وتم فصله وتم عودته مرة أخرى وهذا بعلم قٌادات الشركة . وأوضح البالغ ،أن وزٌر الطٌران وآخرٌن تستر على قضاٌا تهرب المخدرات وتعاطى مثل مضٌؾ مفصول " كومسٌون طبً " لتناوله الهٌروٌن ،وحلل 3مرات واعادوه للعمل فى شهر ٌناٌر 2016فى بانكوك وجدوه مٌتا فى الفندق ومعه جرعات هٌروٌن وؼٌرها من القضاٌا مثل المضٌفة التى تم القبض علٌها فى المؽرب وهى تحمل الحشٌش . وطالب البالغ النائب العام ،باتخاذ كافة اإلجراءات القانونٌة الالزمة حٌال البالغ ،وفتح تحقٌق عاجل وموسع لكشؾ الفساد والمفسدٌن داخل وزارة الطٌران وشركة مصر للطٌران .

Cathay cuts A340s as A350s roll in Cathay Pacific is moving to retire all its Airbus A340-300s by the end of 2017, as it prepares to take A350-900s in quick succession over the next two years. In the release of its first-half results, the Hong Kong carrier says it has retired two A340s so far this year, and will retire another in the second half of the year. The four remaining A340s will be retired in 2017. The airline has meanwhile been busy adding A350s, having already taken delivery of three of the widebodies since May, and with nine more due for the rest of the year. Ten more of the type are scheduled to be delivered in 2017. “The A350-900XWBs are fuel efficient and have the right range, capacity and operating economics for our requirements,“ it adds. The Oneworld airline will retire its last three 747-400 passenger aircraft by October. It has also delivered two 747 freighters to Boeing this year, and will hand over the final two in August and September. These aircraft were sold to Boeing as part of an order for three 7478Fs, which have already been delivered to Cathay. As of 30 June, Cathay operated a fleet of 145 aircraft, about half of which are owned, comprising of A330s, A340s, A350s, 747s and 777s. It has firm orders for 12 aircraft in 2016, with no leases due this year. The Cathay Pacific Group's operating profit for the first half of the year plunged 71.9% to HK$664 million ($85.6 million), impacted by intense competition and downward pressure on yields, as well as a hefty loss on fuel hedging. Attributable net profit also fell 82% to HK$353 million.

Bombardier hands over first Germanowned Challenger 650 Bombardier has delivered its first German-owned Challenger 650, bringing the large-cabin business jet’s global tally to 18 since it entered service in late 2015. Christophe Degoumois, vice-president of sales for Bombardier Business Aircraft in Europe, Russia and the CIS, says the milestone delivery to an undisclosed customer “confirms the [Challenger 600 series] aircraft’s leadership in Europe“, where the company has a 40% market share of the large-cabin sector, with an in-service fleet of more than 130 aircraft. Delta is bringing a little more privacy -- and luxury-- to the skies. The airline on Tuesday announced an all-suite business class that will provide fliers on international flights with their own personal space containing a flat-bed seat, an 18-inch entertainment system and individual storage space. The new seats, dubbed "Delta One suites," will fit one flier and give direct aisle access, which means there's no climbing over another passenger when going to the bathroom. But here's the real selling point: Each suite comes with a full-height sliding door. "Added comfort and privacy are important to business travelers, and that drove the design of the all-new Delta One suite," Tim Mapes, Delta's (DAL) senior vice president and chief marketing officer, said in a press release.
Delta One suites will be available starting in Fall 2017 on the airline's new Airbus A350 fleet, which will contain 25 planes. Each plane will have 32 suites. Delta plans to add the suites to its Boeing 777 fleet by 2020. IATA Cargo XML Standard Accepted by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency Geneva - The International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced today that IATA’s Cargo-XML messaging standard will be utilized by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agency (US-CBP) to collect advance cross-border data on US export shipments. The new data format will make electronic communication between the US-CBP’s Automated Commercial Environment )ACE( system, airlines and other air cargo stakeholders simpler and more efficient. In addition it will facilitate growth in trade, ensure cargo security, and foster participation in global commerce through advance electronic data submission for air cargo shipments. “Airlines, freight-forwarders, shippers and border agencies share the common goals of simplifying processes, enhancing efficiency and maximizing safety and security. The key to achieving this is industry collaboration and standardization on a global scale,“ said Nick Careen, IATA Senior Vice President for Airport, Passenger, Cargo and Security. “Having support for Cargo-XML from the US-CBP, one of the world’s largest federal law enforcement agencies, will positively contribute towards the industry achieving its objective - the global adoption of a standard air cargo messaging system.“ The US-CBP’s utilization of the new standards, developed from international regulations, is due to begin within the next few months.
