تشترط شركة "مصر للطَران" فٍ حالة الحجز عبر اإلنترنت بأن َكون حامل بطاقة االئتمان أحد المسافرَن وَتم مراجعة ذلك عند انهاء إجراءات السفر بالمطار ،وفٍ حالة عدم التمكن من تقدَم بطاقة االئتمان المستخدمة لشراء التذكرة فإن مصر للطَران تحتفظ بحقها فٍ عدم قبول الركاب. وفً هذا الصدد ٌتعٌن عند شراء تذكرة عبر موقع مصر للطٌران أن تكون أحد المسافرٌن ،وتقدٌم بطاقة االئتمان الخاصة بك والتً تم استخدامها لشراء التذاكر عند انهاء إجراءات السفر.

مصر للطَران تنظم ندوة حول أهمَة الكشف المبكر عن سرطان الثدي غدا

تعقد الشركة القابضة لمصر للطَران غدا األربعاء ،ندوة تثقَفَة للعاملَن بالشركة والشركات التابعة لها ،والعاملَن بحقل الطَران المدنٍ تحت عنوان "صحة المرأة والكشف المبكر عن سرطان الثدٌ والرحم" للتوعَة بأهمَة الكشف عن سرطان الثدٌ والصحة العامة للمراة العاملة. وٌحاضر فً الندوة ،المقرر انعقادها بمبنى مصر للطٌران ،كل من الدكتور محمد خلف استاذ جراحة األورام بجامعة عٌن شمس ،والدكتور جمال عمٌرة استاذ جراحة األورام بالمعهد القومً لألورام ،والدكتور أحمد فهٌم رئٌس قسم النساء والوالدة بمستشفى مصر للطٌران ،والدكتور فرٌدي صفوت استشاري األشعة التشخٌصٌة بمستشفى مصر للطٌران .

انطالق 23رحلة داخلَة للمدن السَاحَة المصرَة من مطار القاهرة
كتب أحمد مصطفً -محمد طنطاوي شهد مطار القاهرة الدولً انطالق 19رحلة داخلَة تابعة للشركة الوطنَة مصر للطَران، متجهة إلً المدن السَاحَة المصرَة لالستفادة من العروض التً تقدمها مصر للطَران للسفر علً متن رحالتها ،فٍ إطار خطتها لتنشَط السَاحة الداخلَة ،كما سَرت بعض الشركات الخاصة رحلتَن إلً مدَنتٍ شرم الشَخ والغردقة. وسٌرت مصر للطٌران 4رحالت إلى مدٌنة الغردقة و 5رحالت إلى مدٌنة شرم الشٌخ و4 رحالت إلى مدٌنة األقصر و 4رحالت الى اسوان باإلضافة إلى تسٌٌر رحلة إلى كل من مدٌنتى برج العرب ومرسً علم. كما اقلعت من مطار القاهرة الدولً أٌضا 4رحالت ،تابعة الثنتٌن من الشركات الخاصة متوجهتٌن إلى مدٌنتى شرم الشٌخ والغردقة ،وشهدت معظم الرحالت التى انطلقت انتظا ًما فً مواعٌد اإلقالع حسب جدول التشغٌل المقرر. وقامت سلطات المطار بالتنسٌق مع شركة مصر للطٌران بتخصٌص فرق من العالقات العامة تابعة لشركتى المٌناء ومصر للطٌران داخل الصاالت ،لتسهٌل عملٌة تسفٌر السائحٌن وفقا لرحالتهم.

عودة الشارتر تنهً سنوات العزلة لفنادق طابا وإنشاء مطار بـ«نوَبع» َزَد الرحالت
كتب :محمد سامٍ | فً مؤشر واضح وقوي لعودة معدالت السَاحة الدولَة إلً مصر لمعدالتها الطبَعَة توالً رحالت الطَران الشارتر وصولها إلً مطار طابا بعد توقفها لعدة سنوات انخفضت فَها اإلشغاالت الفندقَة بفنادق طابا – نوَبع ألدنً معدالتها خالل مرحلة المعاناة والعزلة التً واجهتها السَاحة المصرَة من بعد ثورة َناَر. وأكد اللواء خالد فودة ،محافظ جنوب سٌناء ،أن هناك مؤشرات إٌجابٌة خاصة بالسٌاحة الدولٌة إلى مناطق جنوب سٌناء بصفة عامة وطابا بصفة خاصة ،موضحا أن هناك رحالت سٌاحٌة تم التعاقد علٌها مع عدة دول من بٌنها بولندا والتشٌك وجورجٌا وصربٌا ،اعتبارا من الموسم الشتوى المقبل الذى ٌبدأ نهاٌة أكتوبر ،ووصف ذلك بأنها بشائر خٌر وتفاؤل نحو زٌادة فى أعداد السائحٌن الوافدٌن إلى المحافظة التى عانت مناطقها السٌاحٌة وعلى رأسها شرم الشٌخ وطابا من حظر طٌران لمدة كبٌرة ومازالت تواجه هذا الحظر من كل من روسٌا وبرٌطانٌا على الرغم من قدوم سائحٌن روس وبرٌطانٌٌن إلى شرم الشٌخ عن طرٌق القاهرة وبعض المحافظات األخرى.

2 وأشار فودة إلى جهود مكثفة بالتعاون بٌن المحافظة ووزارة السٌاحة ومستثمرى جنوب سٌناء فى عدد من األسواق المصدرة للسٌاحة بهدف االرتفاع بمعدالت نمو الحركة السٌاحٌة ورفع نسبة اإلشغاالت الفندقٌة خالل الموسم الشتوى حتى تعود شرم الشٌخ كما كانت على قائمة أهم المقاصد السٌاحٌة على مستوى العالم ،وقال إن هناك خطة للمشاركة فى البورصات السٌاحٌة التى ستعقد فى األسواق الرئٌسٌة وتتولى لجنة تسوٌق شرم الشٌخ سٌاحٌا تحدٌد آلٌات التحرك فى تلك البورصات لتحقٌق أقصى استفادة من المشاركة فى تلك األسواق التى تتحدد خاللها توجهات حركة السٌاحة الدولٌة وتضم صُناع القرار السٌاحى فى العالم. وعلى جانب آخر ،أعلن المهندس سامى سلٌمان -رئٌس جمعٌة مستثمرى «نوٌبع -طابا» بجنوب سٌناء -رئٌس لجنة السٌاحة باالتحاد المصرى للمستثمرٌن ،عضو مجلس اإلدارة المعٌن بالمنطقة الحرة بنوٌبع ،أن اجتماعات سوف تعقد خالل األٌام القادمة ،بٌن كل من المهندس محمد فرٌد خمٌس ،رئٌس االتحاد المصرى للمستثمرٌن ،ومجموعة من رجال السٌاحة واألعمال ،مع كل من الفرٌق ٌونس المصرى ،وزٌر الطٌران المدنى ،ووزٌرة السٌاحة ،الدكتورة رانٌا المشاط ،لمناقشة إنشاء «مطار» بمدٌنة «نوٌبع» تشجٌعا لسٌاحة ً مؤخرا عبر مطار «طابا» ،بالتزامن مع إعالن قرب وضع الشارتر ،التى بدأت فى العودة حجر أساس المنطقة الحرة بالمدٌنة. وأضاف «سلٌمان» لـ«المصرى الٌوم» إنه ٌجب على الدولة ،تبنى مشروع إنشاء مطار بمدٌنة «نوٌبع» لٌحل محل مطار «طابا» الذى ٌقع فى مجرى السٌول ،فى ظل إغالق مطار «سانت كاترٌن» الذى بات مهجورا ،باعتبارهما مطارات صغٌرة ال تستطٌع خدم السٌاحة بصورة مرضٌة بمنطقة شرق سٌناء ،وجذب السٌاحة بشكل واسع ،ألن السائح األجنبى ٌفضل أال ٌزٌد وقت رحلته من المطار للفندق عن 60دقٌقة ،حتى تكون مدٌنة جاذبة للسائح العربى واألجنبى،

كَف َساهم مطار سفنكس فً دفع عجلة التنمَة لمصر؟ حنان عز الدَن بدأ التشغَل التجرَبً لمطار سفنكس الدولً ،لَتماشً مع أألهداف االستراتجَة لرؤَة مصر ،2030الرامَة إلً تحقَق خطة الدولة فً التنمَة االقتصادَة المستدامة ،وتىفَر الﺒﻨُة الﺘﺤﺘُة لتشجَع االسﺘﺜﻤار الخارجً وتنشَط حركة السَاحة. وفى مرحلة التشغٌل التجرٌبى ٌتم السماح باختبار ومتابعة الكفاءة التشغٌلٌة للمطار بطرٌقة عملٌة ،حٌث ٌتم التركٌز على اختبار كل األنظمة التشغٌلٌة واألمنٌة ،وتحدٌد المشكالت الفنٌة إن وجدت ومعالجتها قبل االفتتاح الرسمى للمطار ،وهو أحد المشروعات التوسعٌة واالستثمارٌة التى تسهم فى دفع عجلة التنمٌة لمصر ،وتقدر تكلفته اإلنشائٌة بحوالى 300 ملٌون جنٌه. والهدف الرئٌسى من إنشاء المطار هو تخفٌف الضغط الكبٌر عن مطار القاهرة واستٌعاب حركة النمو المستمر للركاب ،باإلضافة إلى تنشٌط حركة السٌاحة الوافدة ،كما ٌخدم المطار أهالى مدن 6أكتوبر والشٌخ زاٌد و 6محافظات أخرى من بٌنها الفٌوم وبنى سوٌف والمنٌا، لٌصبح أحد أهدافه تسهٌل وصول الرحالت الجوٌة إلى المنطقة. وٌقع المطار بالقرب من قاعدة غرب القاهرة الجوٌة ،بالكٌلو 45على طرٌق القاهرة – اإلسكندرٌة الصحراوى ،وٌبعد 12كٌلو مترا عن منطقة األهرامات ،كما أنه ٌقع بالقرب من المتحف المصرى الكبٌر ،بمنطقة الهرم مما ٌجعل له تأثٌرا على الحركة السٌاحٌة ،وٌسهم وجوده بالقاهرة فى تنشٌط سٌاحة الٌوم الواحد ،لقربه من المزارات السٌاحٌة باإلضافة إلى أنه ٌخدم مدٌنتى 6أكتوبر والشٌخ زاٌد. المطار مجهز الستقبال الطائرات متوسطة الحجم ،والتى ٌصل متوسط عدد ركابها إلى 150 ملٌون راكب حول العالم ،وهناك مستقبل واعد لهذا المطار ،كما أن هناك خطة طموحة إلقامة قرٌة للبضائع ،إذ أن موقع المطار المتمٌز ٌؤهله ألن ٌكون منطقة تصدٌر للمحاصٌل الزراعٌة لدول أوروبا ودول العالم ،فضال عن أنه مطار واعد للسٌاحة فى مصر ،فهو ٌخدم السٌاحة التارٌخٌة مثل المتحف الكبٌر واألهرامات ،وأٌضا سٌاحة الٌوم الواحد ،عن طرٌق رحالت الشارتر وخالل الفترة المقبلة سٌتم التواصل بٌن وزارة الطٌران المدنى وجمٌع الوزارات والهٌئات الستغالل المطار الجدٌد االستغالل األمثل سواء للتصدٌر أو خدمة السٌاحة أو الركاب.

وٌضم المبنى الرئٌسى للمطار صالة سفر على مساحة 975مترا مربعا ،وأخرى للوصول بمساحة 1100متر مربع ،بسعة 300راكب فى الساعة ،و 5كاونترات ،وصالة لكبار الزوار ،باإلضافة الى 27مكتبا إدراٌا ومكاتب الجوازات والجمارك واألمن وبرج المراقبة الجوٌة وعدد من المبانى الخدمٌة بمساحة 26ألف متر. وٌحتوى المطار على مدرج واحد مدنى بطول 3650مترا ،باإلضافة إلى 3ممرات فرعٌة ( )TWYوترمك بمسطح 126ألفا ،و 800متر مربع ،بطول 200متر ،وعرض 634مترا، ٌتسع لـ 9طائرات ،ومجهز الستقبال الطائرات ذات الطرازات العرٌضة وتم تزوٌد المطار بأحدث أجهزة المراقبة الجوٌة ونظام الهبوط اآللى ( )ILS/DMEواألجهزة األمنٌة ذات الكفاءة العالٌة ،ومنها أجهزة الكشف عن المتفجرات والمعادن والسوائل (X- )Rayلتفتٌش الركاب والبضائع ،باإلضافة إلى أحدث كامٌرات المراقبة الحرارٌة واإلنذار اآللى ضد الحرٌق ،كما تم إنشاء محطة كهرباء رئٌسٌة تقوم بتغذٌة 8محطات فرعٌة ،وخزان مٌاه خرسانى بسعة 1500متر مكعب لتغذٌة شبكتى المٌاه وإطفاء الحرٌق ،فضال عن مبنى لألرصاد الجوٌة ومسجد وساحة انتظار تستوعب المئات من السٌارات. والمطار الجدٌد لدٌه إمكانات كبٌرة ،وٌساهم فى تخفٌف الضغط عن مطار القاهرة ،واستقبال رحالت "الشارتر" ،إذ ٌتكون من صالة رئٌسٌة وبرج للمراقبة و 42مبنى خدمٌا ،وتبلغ المساحة اإلجمالٌة للمبانى 25ألفا و 500متر مربع ،وٌتكون المبنى الرئٌسى من صالة للسفر، وأخرى للوصول ،وصالة لكبار الزوار ومكاتب إدارٌة للجوازات ،ومنطقة جمارك ،وأمن موانئ ،كما ٌضم 4محطات كهرباء فرعٌة ،وٌمتلك المطار 4مبان كمحطات للكهرباء الفرعٌة ،ومبنى لألرصاد الجوٌة ،فضال عن مسجد ومرآب ٌتسع لمئات السٌارات. وٌستوعب المطار 300راكب فى الساعة ،وتقع بوابته الرئٌسٌة على طرٌق اإلسكندرٌة الصحراوى ،وبه مربض للطائرات بمسطح 126ألفا و 800متر مربعٌ ،تسع لـ 9طائرات وتم إنشاؤه وفقا لزاوٌة مٌل محددة وقدرة على تحمل أوزان الطائرات العمالقة. وبدأ العمل فى المطار بالتعاون بٌن الهٌئة الهندسٌة للقوات المسلحة ،والشركة المصرٌة ً شهرا ،لمدة 12ساعة ٌومٌا ،وعمل فى المشروع لالستثمارات ،واستمر العمل فى تنفٌذه 12 200مهندس و 35استشارٌا و 2500عامل ،وتم تزوٌد المطار بأحدث كامٌرات المراقبة الحرارٌة فى العالم. جدٌر بالذكر أن القاهرة بها مطار دولى واحد ٌقع شرقى العاصمة ،كما ٌجرى العمل على تجهٌز مطار جدٌد للعاصمة اإلدارٌة الجدٌدة 50 ،كٌلومترا شرقى العاصمة الحالٌة.

أكدت مصادر رفَعة بسلطة الطَران المدنٍ المصرٌ ،أن هناك ترتَبات تتم بَن الجانبَن المصرٌ والروسٍ لبدء استئناف رحالت الطَران الشارتر الذٌ َنقل السَاح الروس من مختلف المدن الروسَة إلً المقاصد السَاحَة المصرَة مثل الغردقة وشرم الشَخ ومرسً علم ،وأن هذه الترتَبات َمكن أن َتم إقرارها خالل الزَارة الحالَة التٍ َقوم بها الرئَس عبدالفتاح السَسٍ لموسكو. وأوضحت المصادر ذاتها ،أنه فً حال موافقة الجانب الروسً على السماح باستئناف رحالت الطٌران العارض أو المستأجر «الشارتر» ،فإن أولى هذه الرحالت قد تصل إلى الغردقة كمحطة أولى ،فً منتصف نوفمبر المقبل ،لكن قد تكون بأعداد قلٌلة لكن ٌمكن أن تصل إلى ذروتها وتعود إلى سابق عهدها فً فبراٌر ،2019مشٌرا إلى أن تعامل السائح الروسً مع المدن السٌاحٌة المصرٌة ال ٌحتاج إلى ترتٌبات طوٌلة بقٌة الدول ،وأن السائح ٌمكنه أتخاذ قرار بالسفر وترتٌب رحلته وبدء تنفٌذها فً مدة ال تتجاوز أسبوع واحد. وكشف أن الرئٌس عبدالفتاح السٌسً سٌناقش هذا الملف مع المسؤولٌن الروس، وأنه حصل على تأكٌدات من الفرٌق ٌونس المصري وزٌر الطٌران بجاهزٌة كافة المطارات المصرٌة ،الستقبال أي عدد من الرحالت الروسٌة الشارتر للبالد ،وأن المطارات ستقدم تسهٌالت غٌر مسبوقة للسائحٌن خاصة فً منح التأشٌرات بالمطارات للسائحٌن المسموح لهم بذلك وفقا للقوانٌن المصرٌة ،وأٌضا فً عملٌات إنهاء إجراءات السفر والوصول بكافة المطارات ،التً أكد على جاهزٌتها بنسبة . %100

2 من جانب أخر أعلنت كل من شركة مصر للطٌران للخطوط الجوٌة ،أنها ستبدأ من نوفمبر المقبل رفع عدد رحالتها بٌن القاهرة وموسكو بواقع رحلة ٌومٌة ،بدال من ثالث رحالت فً األسبوع ،وبالتزامن وضعت شركة الخطوط الجوٌة الروسٌة على موقعها الرسمً جدول التشغٌل لرحالتها بٌن القاهرة وموسكو ،والذي تضمن رفع معدل رحالتها إلى رحلة ٌومٌة ،منوهة إلى أنها قد ترفع عدد الرحالت الٌومٌة فً حال زاد الطلب على المعروض ،وكان عدد كبٌر من منظمً الرحالت الروس قد طالبوا بضرورة السماح لشركات الطٌران والشركات السٌاحٌة بتنظٌم رحالت شارتر مباشرة بٌن روسٌا والمدن السٌاحٌة فً مصر قبل بدء فصل الشتاء ،نظرا ألن هذه الرحالت تقلل من تكلفة البرامج السٌاحٌة وتكون مناسبة للعدٌد من السٌاح الروس الراغبٌن فً الهروب من الصقٌع الروسً إلى الدفء المصري.

الرئَس السوري َعتزم زَارة القرم وَبحث بدء رحالت طَران قالت وكاالت أنباء روسَة الَوم الثالثاء إن الرئَس السوري بشار األسد لدَه خطط مبدئَة لزَارة القرم فً أبرَل عام 2019وإنه َجري محادثات بشأن بدء رحالت طَران منتظمة بَن سورَا وشبه جزَرة القرم. ونقلت الوكاالت ذلك عن أعضاء فى وفد من القرم ٌزور سورٌا األسبوع الجارى وبٌنهم رئٌس الوزراء المدعوم من روسٌا سٌرجى أكسٌونوف .وتقع القرم تحت عقوبات غربٌة منذ أن ضمتها روسٌا من أوكرانٌا فى عام .2014 وتعد روسٌا حلٌف رئٌسى لألسد فً الصراع السورى المستمر منذ أكثر من سبع سنوات. وزار زعٌما منطقتٌن انفصالٌتٌن فً جورجٌا تدعمهما روسٌا وهما أوسٌتٌا الجنوبٌة وأبخازٌا دمشق هذا العام. واستقبل الرئٌس السورى بشار األسد الٌوم الثالثاء فى دمشق رئٌس جمهورٌة القرم سٌرجى أكسٌنوف ،وأكد أن الزٌارة تشكل بداٌة جدٌدة لبناء عالقات تعاون بٌن الجانبٌن فى مختلف المجاالت. وقالت قناة "روسٌا الٌوم" إن األسد هنأ رئٌس القرم وشعبها على تحقٌق إرادتهم بالعودة إلى وطنهم روسٌا.

طَران االتحاد َعلن إطالق مشروع لتدوَر النفاَات وتحوَلها وقوداً للطائرات أعلنت شركة طَران االتحاد اإلماراتَة إطالقها مشروع بحثٍ بالتعاون مع مركز أبوظبٍ إلدارة النفاَات (تدوَر) من اجل “استكشاف سبل تحوَل النفاَات البلدَة إلً وقود طائرات” علً أن تشمل أهداف المشروع “تبنٍ مصادر الوقود المستدام والعمل علً استخدام وقود الطائرات النهائٍ الناتج عن المشروع فٍ رحالت طَران االتحاد”. وتم توقٌع مذكرة التفاهم حول “المشروع الرائد” فً مقر شركة طٌران االتحاد ونقل موقع ( ):24عن محمد عبد هللا البلوكً ،الرئٌس التنفٌذي لشؤون العملٌات التشغٌلٌة فً طٌران االتحاد قوله إن تقنٌة تحوٌل النفاٌات إلى وقود حٌوي تع ُّد “إحدى التقنٌات المتقدمة التً ترى االتحاد للطٌران أنها ستحدث تأثٌراً إٌجابٌا ً كبٌراً فً قطاع الطٌران ،إلى جانب دورها فً توفٌر حلول مبتكرة إلدارة النفاٌات والتحول إلى بٌئة أكثر نظافة واستدامة”. وأوضح البلوكً أن استخدام الطاقة المستدامة والتوسع فً ذلك االستخدام “خطوة هامة نحو تقلٌل االعتماد على الوقود األحفوري ،بما ٌتٌح للشركة تحقٌق النمو المستدام ومعادلة تأثٌر االنبعاثات الكربونٌة”؛ بٌنما صرح مدٌر عام مركز أبوظبً إلدارة النفاٌات باإلنابة ،سالم خلفان الكعبً ،بأن مذكرة التفاهم “تأتً ضمن التزام المركز بتنفٌذ استراتٌجٌة دعم استدامة عملٌات إدارة النفاٌات” وأنها تتماشى مع التزام المركز “باألجندة الوطنٌة لدولة اإلمارات 2021والمخطط الرئٌسً إلدارة النفاٌات فً أبوظبً ،2040والتً تهدف إلى تحوٌل النفاٌات البلدٌة الصلبة بعٌداً عن المطامر (مكبات النفاٌات) بنسبة 75فً المائة”. وال تتوقف نتائج هذا المشروع على النتائج البٌئٌة بل إنه ٌساهم أٌضا ً فً تحقٌق “منافع اقتصادٌة على صعٌد التكلفة التشغٌلٌة للرحالت الجوٌة ،حٌث ٌمكن أن تصبح تكلفة اإلنتاج أقل بنسبة %50عن متوسط أسعار الوقود التقلٌدي للطائرات” ،وحسب الدراسات األولٌة فإن حجم النفاٌات البلدٌة فً إمارة أبوظبً والتً ٌمكن تحوٌلها لوقود طائرات أو موارد أخرى للطاقة تقدر بنحو سبعمائة ألف طن سنوٌا ً.

الخطوط القطرَة تترنح ..وفشل محاوالت «الحمدَن» إلنقاذها الهند ترفض شراكة الدوحة بمجال الطَران شدد موقع «أَرالَن جَكس األمَركٍ» ،علً أن الخطوط الجوَة القطرَة تتعرض ألزمة حقَقَة جراء المقاطعة العربَة لها ومنعها من التحلَق فوق أجوائها العربَة ،بسبب دعم الدوحة المستمر لإلرهاب ،فً وقت فشلت جمٌع المحاوالت التً انخرطت فٌها ادارتها إلنقاذ ماٌمكن إنقاذه ،وكشفت عملٌات الفشل المتتالً لصفقات سعت الدخول فٌها ،وان عزلة قطر لم تعد قاصرة على الدول التً أعلنت المقاطعة وإنما امتدت لعواصم أخرى باتت تتعامل مع الحكومة القطرٌة ومؤسساتها بحذر شدٌد ،ورفضت الحكومة الهندٌة بشكل قاطع الدخول فً أي شراكات مع الدوحة فً مجال الطٌران. ووجهت شركات الطٌران الهندٌة لطمة قوٌة لتنظٌم الحمدٌن وخطوطهما عندما رفضت جمٌعها التعاون مع الخطوط القطرٌة والدخول معها فً شراكات تمكنها من دخول مجال الطٌران المحلً فً الهند رغم العروض المغرٌة التً قدمتها لتلك الشركات خالل شهر سبتمبر الماضً وبحسب مصادر هندٌة فإن الخطوط القطرٌة قامت بمحاوالت للحصول على عقد شراكة مع أكثر من شركة طٌران هندٌة وكان أبرزها العرض الذي قدمته لشركة «إندٌا جو» طمعا ً منها فً غزو سوق الطٌران المحلً الهندي نظراً الزدهاره بشكل كبٌر حٌث إن بعد المسافات بٌن مدن الهند المختلفة ٌجعل من الطٌران المحلً ثانً أكبر وسٌلة انتقال هندٌة بعد القطار السرٌع. إال أن عروض قطر جمٌعها واجهت الرفض من قبل الخطوط الهندٌة المختلفة نظراً لما تمر به إمارة قطر من أزمات مختلفة على الصعٌدٌن السٌاسً واالقتصادي وكذلك دعمها لإلرهاب هذا باإلضافة إلى أزمة عمال الهند األخٌرة فً قطر التً لم تنته بعد حٌث إن عمال مشروعات قطر الذٌن لم ٌحصلوا على مستحقاتهم المادٌة حتى اآلن ٌفكرون جدٌا ً تصعٌد الموقف دولٌا ً بمساعدة حكومة الهند التً مازالت تمهل قطر فترة لحل تلك األزمة.

القوانَن الهندَة من ناحٌة أخرى صرح سكرتٌر وزارة الطٌران المدنً الهندي ار إن تشوبً بأن ما تخطط له قطر لن ٌحدث مطلقا ً حتى فً حال نجاحها فً التعاقد مع أحد الخطوط الجوٌة الهندٌة الخاصة ألن اللوائح والقوانٌن صرٌحة وتنص على أنه ال ٌمكن لمستثمر أجنبً تملك نسبه تزٌد عن 50فً المئة من أي شركة طٌران وهذا بالطبع مخالف لمخططات قطر التً ترغب فً الحصول على نسبه تزٌد عن 51فً المئة حتى ٌكون لها السٌادة اإلدارٌة. وأضاف تشوبً إن قطر طرحت فكرة تأسٌس شركة طٌران محلٌة فً الهند ،ولكن تلك الفكرة أٌضا مستحٌل تحوٌلها إلى واقع أوالً بسبب القوانٌن التً تنص على عدم السماح ألي مستثمر أجنبً بتأسٌس شركة طٌران دون وجود شرٌك هندي ٌكون له النسبة األكبر من األسهم وحتى لو نجحت قطر فً الحصول على شرٌك فالبد أن ٌكون له السٌادة فً األسهم واألرباح واإلدارة وإال ستعتبر قطر منتهكة لسٌاسات الهند. تهدَدات قطر على هامش ما ٌحدث بدأت قطر فً إصدار بعض التهدٌدات المبطنة للتحاٌل على الحكومة الهندٌة مثل التصرٌحات التً خرجت من مسؤول الطٌران القطري بأن قطر تفكر جدٌا ً فً اإلنسحاب بشكل كامل من سوق الخطوط الجوٌة الهندٌة خالل 12شهراً. مضٌفا ً أن رفض التعاون الهندي ال ٌتناسب مع خطة قطر فً مجال الطٌران وأنه إذا لم ٌتم التعاون مع الهند فهناك العدٌد من األسواق األخرى التً ستبدأ قطر باللجوء إلٌها ،إال أن تلك التصرٌحات والتهدٌدات مرت مرور الكرام دون تعلٌق واحد من قبل الحكومة الهندٌة فً داللة أن تلك التهدٌدات ال تعنً شٌئا ً ولن تؤثر مثقال ذرة على حجم سوق الخطوط الجوٌة المنتعش بالفعل. من ناحٌة أخرى بدأت الخطوط القطرٌة فً التراجع بشكل ملحوظ داخل السوق الهندي من خالل األرقام التً ٌتم رصدها سنوٌا ً والتً تؤكد أن المسافرٌن بدأوا فً إقصائها من قائمة اختٌاراتهم وذلك بسبب عدم استقرار األوضاع وحجب الخطوط القطرٌة من الهبوط فً بعض الدول باإلضافة للتراجع الملحوظ فً مستوى الخدمة الذي ظهر بشكل ملحوظ فً الفترة األخٌرة «األمر الذي ال ٌتماشى مع غالء سعر التذكرة القطرٌة» خاصة بعد حادث وفاة طفل رضٌع نتٌجة اإلختناق فً إحدى طائرات قطر وفشل طاقم الطائرة حتى فً توفٌر اإلسعافات األولٌة له. أزمة مستفحلة وفً السٌاق كشف موقع «أٌرالٌن جٌكس» األمٌركً ،عن األزمة التً تتعرض لها الخطوط الجوٌة القطرٌة جراء المقاطعة العربٌة لها ومنعها من التحلٌق فوق أجواء الدول العربٌة بسبب دعم الدوحة المستمر لإلرهاب. وأوضح الموقع أن الخطوط القطرٌة كانت ُتسٌر ما ٌقرب من 50رحلة ٌومٌة إال أنه بعد المقاطعة وإٌقاف شركات الطٌران الخلٌجٌة تعاملها مع الدوحة ،تم وقف عدد كبٌر من الرحالت وخسرت الشركة 69ملٌون دوالر فً السنة المالٌة المنتهٌة فً مارس ،2018مقابل أرباح قٌمتها 750ملٌون دوالر حققتها فً العام السابق له. وأضاف الموقع أنه نتٌجة للمقاطعة ومنع قطر من استخدام األجواء العربٌة ،لجأت الدوحة لتأجٌر عدد كبٌر من طائراتها التً مكثت لفترات على األرض دون تحلٌق ،حٌث استأجرت الخطوط الجوٌة البرٌطانٌة طائرات من الدوحة.

"هونغتشَاو الدولٍ" أول مطار َدار كلَا من قبل اِالت بالصَن اأصبحت صالة الوصول رقم " "1فٍ مطار هونغتشَاو الدولٍ ببلدَة شنغهاٌ الصَنَة، أول محطة فٍ البالد تدار كلَا ً من خالل اِالت ،بداَة من عملَة تسجَل الوصول الذاتٍ، وطباعة التذاكر وفحص األمتعة ،وصوالً إلً اإلقالع ،دون الحاجة إلً االنتظار فٍ طوابَر طوَلة ومرهقة. بحسب ما ذكرته صحٌفة "جلوبال تاٌمز" الصٌنٌة ،فإنه بمجرد وصولك إلى صالة المطار، سٌتولى إجمالً 28جهاز عملٌات تسجٌل الوصول الذاتً ،بٌنما ستتولى 18ماكٌنة أخرى طباعة تذاكر السفر وعالمات المطالبة باألمتعة ،ما ٌسمح للمسافرٌن بمسح بطاقات الهوٌة الخاصة بهم فقط ،ولٌتمكنوا من الحصول على التذاكر وفحص األمتعة بأنفسهم. وتكتمل إجراءات الصعود على متن الطائرة بعد اجتٌاز الركاب الفحص األمنً ،وهً عملٌة تتم أٌضا ً بشكل آلً ،حٌث ٌستغرق األمر نحو 12ثانٌة فقط إلكمال عملٌات تحلٌل بٌانات المسافرٌن عن طرٌق تقنٌة التعرف على الوجه. وقال تشانغ شٌاو جون ،وهو مسؤول تابع لهٌئة مطار شنغهاي" :بعد فحص بطاقات الهوٌة واستٌفاء التعرف على الوجوه فً 8آالت لفحص األمان الذاتًٌ ،صل الركاب إلى التوقف النهائً عند ركوب الطائرة". وتعد مرافق التشغٌل اآللً جزءاً من مشروع التجدٌد النهائً الذي بدأته بلدٌة شنغهاي فً دٌسمبر/كانون األول ،2014وٌتضمن المشروع أٌضا ً تجدٌد مرافق المرور فً المطار والبنٌة التحتٌة المحٌطة به ،وفقا لما ذكره داي شٌاو جون ،نائب رئٌس هٌئة مطار شنغهاي. وباإلضافة إلى خدمات تسجٌل الوصول واإلقالع اآللٌة الجدٌدة ،تم تجهٌز المطار أٌضا ً بـ11 مرحاضا ،و 9غرف تمرٌض ،و 10غرف استراحةٌ ،مكن الوصول إلٌها بواسطة الكراسً المتحركة ،كما أن المطار مزود بخدمة "واي فاي" عالٌة السرعة ،ومحطات لشحن بطارٌة الهاتف الخلوي. وأكد شٌاو جٌان أن الخدمات اآللٌة أصبحت اتجاها ً متزاٌداً بٌن المطارات الدولٌة ،لتقصٌر عملٌة تسجٌل الدخول واإلقالع ،موضحا ً أن المحطة ستكون قادرة على استٌعاب 10مالٌٌن رحلة ركاب بعد عام من التجدٌد.

Ethiopian to resume flights to Mogadishu
Ethiopian Airlines, the largest Aviation Group in Africa and SKYTRAX certified 4 Star global airline, announced the resumption of its flight to Mogadishu, Somalia, effective 2 November 2018. Regarding the resumption of the Mogadishu flights, Mr. Tewolde Gebremariam, Group CEO of Ethiopian Airlines, said: ”It gives us a great pleasure to resume flights to Mogadishu, the capital Somalia after stopping the service over four decades ago. Deputy Minister leads aviation experts to 13th ICAO Conference Ghana will present a paper to support the existence of the African-Indian Ocean (AFI) in improving its contribution to regional air navigation development at the 13th Air Navigation International Civil Aviation Conference (ICAO). The delegation made up of seasoned experts from the Ghana Meteorological Agency (GMA) and aviation experts are led by the Deputy Aviation Minister, Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah. The meeting which is held every 10 years is on the theme ’’From Development to Implementation’’ and is being attended by over 800 participants from ICAO member states of which Ghana is a member. The conference will provide an opportunity for member states and aviation stakeholders to work towards ever-evolving global strategies for safety and air navigation planning, development and implementation. Members of the delegation include; Acdre Rexford Acquah (rtd), Board Chairman, GCAA, Madam Tina Swatson, Board member, GCAA, Mr. Simon Allotey, Director General , GCAA, Mr. Charles Kraikue, Ag.Deputy Dirctor-General(Tech) and Dr. Mawutor Tanu , Director General , Ghana Meteorological Agency.

The technical discussions at the conference will lead to a more efficient and effective decision-making process during the ICAO Assembly and will allow for the focus to be on strategic issues based on sound technical advice. The functions of the Regional Aviation Safety Group include analysis of safety information and hazards to civil aviation at the regional level. It also involves the review of the action plans developed within the region to address identified hazards; conduct follow-ups to Global Aviation Safety Plan (GASP) activities as required and the coordination with the relevant PIRG on safety issues.

Expert calls for review of laws guiding charter flight operations Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) licensed Aircraft Dispatcher and Ground Instructor, Mrs. Victoria Adegbe, has called for a review of the laws guiding Charter Flight Operations so that Aircraft Dispatchers can be mandated to ensure safety. Featuring as the only speaker representing West and North Africa at the 6th Safety in African Aviation Conference held in Kigali, Rwanda , she stated said safety rule in commercial aviation was the aircraft dispatcher, however in the case of Charter flights; the dispatcher only has delegated functions but not responsibilities that ensure safety. ACI taking proactive measures against airport new threats – Dunoma Airports Council International )ACI( Africa’s President and Managing Director of Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Engr. Saleh Dunoma, has called on African airport managers to develop protocols that will help curb or eliminate security and safety challenges at airports. Engr. Dunoma said ACI Africa as a regional body was assessing and analysing new threats and initiating proactive steps to nip them in the bud. ADVERTISEMENT Dunoma stated this while delivering the opening speech at the 27th ACI Africa Board and Regional Committee Meeting, Conference and Exhibition with the theme: ”Challenges of Safety and Security in African Airports“ taking place in Abidjan, Cote D’ Ivoire. TAP Express CEO: Aviation innovation too slow, expensive CEO Valter Fernandes used the podium at MRO Europe in Amsterdam to call for action on long aviation lead times, saying the industry has lost its edge because innovation is too slow and expensive. Fernandes’ airline operates nine Embraer E190s and four E195s from its two main hubs at Lisbon and Oporto, providing feed for parent carrier TAP Air Portugal. Delivering a keynote address, Fernandes said it is not costeffective for small- and mid-sized airlines to tailor their own cabins, so they rely on the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). However, this involves high costs and long lead times, stifling innovation. ”Three years is the typical timespan that you have, between taking a decision and having it on your aircraft and flying with it,“ he said, adding this is ”way too slow.“ Fernandes gave the example of inflight entertainment (IFE) systems, which have a two-year lead time. ”That’s way too much. When the system starts to fly, it is more or less obsolete.“ Advertising, mouse over for audio Onboard Wi-Fi should have become standard five or six years ago, he said.

2 ”We’ve lost the power to surprise our customers. They don’t expect much these days. They expect the flight to be on time and that’s about it,“ he said. ”My main issue is how slow it is and the fact that we’re behind other industries. We’re moving along, but falling behind. People are not amazed by our product anymore.“ Fernandes showed images of aircraft cabins and galleys from 30 years ago. Aside from some new lighting solutions, he said very little has visibly changed. ”I drool over what the car industry has achieved,“ he said. ”We are not adapting fast enough to what today’s customers need and we have to address that quickly. Some of the hurdles of our industry are, quite bluntly, an anachronism.“ He said modernization could come more quickly, without compromising safety. Fernandes went on to describe aircraft-cabin design as a ”complex cookie cutter,“ that outwardly looks the same; however, this façade conceals lots of minor variations which make life incredibly difficult for airlines. The airlines, themselves, are not blame-free. ”We don’t specify exactly what we want,“ he said. To fix the situation, Fernandes called for greater standardization, with cabins that can be easily reconfigured through an aircraft’s 20-year lifespan without the need for complex engineering support. ”Nobody expects a solution to last 20 years, so we need to adapt to that lifecycle,“ he said. Small- to medium-sized airlines do not have the manpower or voice to go-it-alone on this issue. Fernandes called for the formation of a focus group to tackle this innovation-blocker and he also plans to raise the issue with the Star Alliance. ”We can do this faster, but I think everyone needs to be on board. We need to create a focus group. In end, small- to medium-sized airlines with 50 aircraft or fewer have a hard time being heard,“ he said.
