صحٌفة فرنسٌة :آثار "تً إن تً" بحطام طائرة مصر للطٌران قالت صحٌفة "لوفٌؽارو" الفرنسٌة ،إن محققٌن من معهد البحث الجنائً الفرنسً ،عثروا على آثار لمادة "تً إن تً" المتفجرة ،األسبوع الماضً فً أنقاض طائرة شركة مصر للطٌران التً تحطمت فً أٌار/ماٌو الماضً ،وأثار هذا األمر خالفا بٌن السلطات الفرنسٌة والمصرٌة. وأضافت الصحٌفة ،نقال عن مصدر مقرب من التحقٌقات ،أن منشأ آثار المادة المتفجرة ال ٌزال ؼٌر واضح ،وأن السلطات القضائٌة المصرٌة لم تسمح للمحققٌن الفرنسٌٌن بفحص الحطام بالتفصٌل. وقالت الصحٌفة إن مصر ترٌد كتابة تقرٌر مشترك مع فرنسا ٌوثق وجود آثار لمادة "تً إن تً" على الحطام ،لكن فرنسا رفضت ذلك ،ألن المحققٌن لم ٌتمكنوا من إجراء فحص دقٌق لتحدٌد كٌؾ وصلت إلى الحطام. وسقطت طائرة مصر للطٌران ،وهً من طراز "إٌرباص إٌه "320فً شرق البحر المتوسط بٌنما كانت فً طرٌقها من بارٌس إلى القاهرة فً 10أٌار/ماٌو الماضً .وقتل كل من كانوا على متنها وعددهم 66شخصا ،من بٌنهم 15راكبا فرنسٌا .ولم ٌعرؾ بعد سبب تحطم الطائرة. وقالت لجنة التحقٌق فً تموزٌ/ولٌو إن تسجٌال صوتٌا من أحد الصندوقٌن األسودٌن للطائرة ٌذكر حرٌقا على متنها فً الدقائق األخٌرة قبل تحطمها. وأظهر تحلٌل سابق لمسجل بٌانات الطائرة وجود دخان فً إحدى دورات المٌاه وقمرة ألنظمة الطٌران اإللكترونً ،بٌنما أظهر حطام تم انتشاله من مقدمة الطائرة عالمات على أضرار بفعل ارتفاع درجات الحرارة وسخام.

شهد مطار القاهرة الدولى مساء الٌوم السبت ،ماساة إنسانٌة ألسرة مصرٌة قادمة من بارٌس ،حٌث توفى طفلها قبل هبوط الطائرة بمطار القاهرة بٌنما كانت األسرة ترافق جثمان طفلها اآلخر ،الذى توفى خالل رحلة عالج بمستشفٌات فرنسا.
تلقى برج المراقبة بمطار القاهرة إشارة من قائد رحلة مصر للطٌران رقم 800والقادمة من بارٌس ٌطلب ضرورة تواجد طبٌب حجر صحى وسٌارة إسعاؾ فور هبوط الطائرة ،حٌث تبٌن وفاة طفل مصرى ــ 5سنوات ــ وأن والده فى حالة انهٌار شدٌد ،حٌث كان ٌرافق جثمان ابنه اآلخر ،والذى توفى خالل رحلة عالج بأحد المستشفٌات الفرنسٌة. وقام رجال األمن والحجر الصحى بنقل جثمان الطفل المتوفى على الطائرة بسٌارة إسعاؾ للمستشفى إلعداده للدفن ،بٌنما تم اإلفراج عن جثمان الطفل المشحون بالطائرة وتسلٌمه لوالده لدفن اإلثنٌن فى جنازة واحدة.

قال مسؤولو مطار الملك خالد الدولً بالرٌاض تعلٌقا ً على تكدس أمتعة المسافرٌن فً الرحالت الداخلٌة عبر الصالة الخامسة التً تم افتتاحها مؤخراً ،أن هذه الحقائب تعود لمسافرٌن جاءت رحالتهم من جدة عن طرٌق الخطوط السعودٌة وطٌران ناس ،ولم ٌتم شحنها على رحالتهم ذاتها . وأضاؾ ― المطار ― على الحساب الرسمً على موقع ‖توٌتر― أن الحقائب لم ٌتم تصعٌدها من جدة على نفس رحالت المسافرٌن ،وأرسلت على رحالت مختلفة.

TNT traces on EgyptAir plane debris split investigators: Le Figaro French investigators who found trace levels of the explosive material TNT on debris of an EgyptAir plane that crashed in May were prevented from further examining it, Le Figaro reported on Friday, a charge Egyptian officials denied. The origin of the traces remains unclear and Egyptian judicial authorities did not allow French investigators to examine the debris in detail, Le Figaro said, citing a source close to the investigation. EgyptAir flight MS804, an Airbus A320, plunged into the eastern Mediterranean en route from Paris to Cairo on May 19. All 66 people on board were killed, including 15 French passengers. The cause of the crash remains unknown. Egypt wishes to write a joint report with France to validate the presence of TNT on the debris. France has refused to do this because the investigators were not able to carry out an adequate inspection to determine how the traces could have got there, Le Figaro said. Responding to Le Figaro's report, sources on the Egyptian-led investigation committee denied the French team's work had been obstructed.

New Saudi domestic airline Nesma to launch in November Nesma Airlines is set to launch domestic flights in Saudi Arabia in November, the carrier‘s managing director has said. Ashraf Lamloum told Al Arabiya that the Ha‘il-based airline‘s business model would be built around direct flights to the northern city, as well as feeder services. Nesma currently operates flights between Egypt and Saudi Arabia with three Airbus A320 aircraft. Its domestic services will connect Ha‘il with 12 other Saudi airports, using two ATR 72-600 turboprops. Other new airlines set to launch in the kingdom soon are VIP charter outfit Sky Prime, and Saudia-owned budget carrier Flyadeal. Another operator, Dammam-based Saudi Gulf Airlines, was granted its licence in June, with local media reports suggesting it could launch services within weeks. Al Maha Airways, a subsidiary of Qatar Airways, is also planning to launch services but is yet to receive its operating licence.

The double standards of US carrier complaints over Gulf codeshare deals It‘s been a relatively quiet summer for the Gulf airlines and their seemingly endless spat with American carriers. That all changed at the beginning of this month, when Delta Airlines cried foul over a decision by the US government to award a contract for federal worker travel between New York and Milan to JetBlue Airways, on flights that are operated by Emirates. The contracts were awarded by General Services Administration (GSA), which said codeshares are permitted under the Fly America Act and that the contracts awarded to JetBlue were done so because it offered cheaper fares than the three big US airlines — Delta, United Airlines and American Airlines. Delta‘s point is that the Fly America Act says that all travel paid for by US government federal employees must be on a US airline. At face value, it seems that, for once, the big American airlines have some substance to their complaints. But dig a little deeper and it‘s soon apparent that something smells — and it‘s not the contents of one of Delta‘s inflight meals. Yes, JetBlue does not operate services to Dubai (or anywhere else outside the US, for that matter). But there are many examples of the ‗Big Three‘ US carriers using foreign airlines for GSA contracts for their own benefit. Delta‘s service between Washington and Paris, for example, is operated exclusively by Air France. In this case, Delta could provide its own aircraft to service the route, but chooses not to. American Airlines, meanwhile, has chosen Etihad and Royal Jordanian to operate its GSA routes between Chicago and Abu Dhabi and Amman, respectively.

(2) In addition, of the 83 deals that the programme has awarded for 2017 that operate to Dubai, Doha and Abu Dhabi, 75 of those have been handed to Delta, American and United. Any government employee travelling to Dubai from one of 30 American cities must fly with a US legacy carrier. Some might argue that that in itself is a protectionist policy — but you won‘t hear any of the Gulf airlines complaining. What‘s in it for JetBlue? Well, as airlines don‘t tend to break out the revenue-sharing details of their code-sharing arrangements for commercial reasons, we don‘t know how much JetBlue stands to gain from the GSA contract. Probably not much in terms of direct revenue. But where it does undoubtedly benefit is through the thousands of passengers who step off an Emirates flight at a US airport and then step onto a JetBlue service for a codeshare connecting flight elsewhere in the country. At this point, it‘s worth remembering that services provided by the Gulf carriers actually provide more traffic for all American airlines; Emirates‘ own analysis puts the cost of additional revenue gained by US legacy carriers from interline passengers who connect with the Dubai giant‘s flights at $132m between 2010 and 2014. But the most salient point here is that the GSA programme is not designed to shore up revenues at US carriers. It is intended to get the best deal possible for the government, thus taking strain off the American taxpayer. If a JetBlue/Emirates contract is both lawful under the terms of the Fly America Act and cost-effective, then it stands to reason that the US government should take that option. That‘s how a free market operates.
(3) Handing out the contract automatically to Delta or another ‗Big Three‘ carrier would simply amount to yet another state subsidy that American legacy airlines already receive in terms of government assumption of airline pension obligations, bankruptcy debt relief, grants, loan guarantees, antitrust immunity and so on. Complaining about the lack of a level playing field when the big US carriers already use that same playing field to their own advantage is — as JetBlue CEO Robin Hayes has already succinctly put it — hypocrisy.

Malaysian 'Transiting' At Changi Airport For 18 Days Gets Two Weeks Jail SINGAPORE, Sept 17 (Bernama) -- A jobless Malaysian man was handed a two-week jail term after he pleaded guilty to three out of 31 charges of forging mobile boarding passes to enter various lounges at Changi Airport. The Straits Times reported today that Raejali Buntut who overslept at a Changi Airport lounge and missed his AirAsia flight back to Kuala Lumpur had decided to stay in the departure transit area on Aug 21. For almost three weeks - 18 days until last Wednesday - he remained in transit by using 31 forged mobile boarding passes to enter various lounges in the airport's terminals, said the report.....
