قام العاملٌن بوزارة الطٌران المدنى بتدشٌن صفحات على مواقع التواصل االجتماعى «فٌس بوك» ،للمطالبة بعودة اللواء طٌار عادل محجوب رئٌس شركة المصرٌة للمطارات السابق لتولى حقٌبة الطٌران المدنى. وأضاف العاملٌن فى تصرحٌات خاصة لـ«بلدنا الٌوم» ،ان عودة اللواء " محجوب " للعمل مرة اخرى لحقل الطٌران المدنى ستكون اضافة قوٌة لمنظومة الطٌران المصرى لما ٌتمتع به هذا الرجل من امكانٌات وخطط استراتٌجٌة ورؤى مستقبلٌة للنهوض بهذا المرفق الحٌوى والهام للدولة المصرٌة ،فى ظل الظروف الصعبة التى تعانى منها البالد فى الوقت الراهن ،باالضافة الى تمتعه بحب واحترام لدى جمٌع العاملٌن ،وحرصه على اعطاء وعودة الحقوق الصحابها ،ومحاربته الفساد بجمٌع صورة ونزاهته ونظافة ٌده . وطالب العاملٌن القٌادة السٌاسٌة بالنظر الى مرفق الطٌران المدنى ، خصوصا فى ظل تردى االوضاع الحالٌة به.

http://www.almasalla.travel/ الخطوط الجوٌة السعودٌة تدشن رحالتها المباشرة إلى الجزائر وجهتها الدولٌة الجدٌدة دشنت الخطوط الجوٌة السعودٌة أمس ،رحالتها المباشرة والمنتظمة بٌن كل من المملكة والجزائر ،كوجهة دولٌة جدٌدة وبذلك تكون "السعودٌة" قد أكملت التشغٌل لجمٌع وجهاتها الدولٌة األربعة التً كانت قد أعلنت عنها فً بداٌة هذا العام 2016م وفق مبادرات برنامج التحول الذي ٌجري تنفٌذه فً الخطوط السعودٌة وشركاتها ووحداتها اإلستراتٌجٌة. وأوضح مدٌرعام الخطوط الجوٌة العربٌة السعودٌة المهندس صالح بن ناصر الجاسر لـ واس ،أن تدشٌن الرحالت المباشرة بٌن كل من جدة والمدٌنة المنورة وبٌن الجزائر ٌأتً ضمن الخطوات التنفٌذٌة لمبادرات برنامج التحول المتعلقة باالستثماراألمثل لألسطول الذي ٌشهد برنامجا ً غٌر مسبوق لتحدٌثه وتنمٌته لخدمة الخطط التشغٌلٌة المتمثلة فً زٌادة السعة المقعدٌة على القطاع الداخلً والتشغٌل إلى وجهات دولٌة جدٌدة. كما تم تخصٌص طائرات من طراز بوٌنج " "B777-300ERللتشغٌل بٌن المدٌنة المنورة والجزائر حٌث تبلغ السعة المقعدٌة لهذه الطائرة " "413مقعداً "30" ،منها لدرجة األعمال و " "383مقعداً لدرجة الضٌافة ،فٌما تم تخصٌص طائرة من طراز بوٌنج " "B777-200 للتشغٌل بن جدة والجزائر وتبلغ سعتها المقعدٌة " "341مقعداً "14" ، منها لدرجة األعمال و " 327مقعداً لدرجة الضٌافة ،كما أن الطائرات مجهزة بأفضل مستوٌات الراحة والرفاهٌة للضٌوف

http://www.almasalla.travel/ االتحاد للطٌران تحتفل بمرور 10سنوات على انطالق رحالتها إلى بنغالدٌش كرمت االتحاد للطٌران شركاءها الرئٌسٌٌن فً بنغالدش فً إطار احتفالها بعقد من الشراكة الناجحة ومرور عشر سنوات على بدء رحالت الشركة من أبوظبً إلى داكا. حضر الفعالٌة نخبة من المسؤولٌن الحكومٌٌن ومسؤولً الطٌران المدنً فً بنغالدٌش إضافة إلى شركاء صناعة السفر وممثلً العمالء من الشركات بجانب موظفً االتحاد للطٌران العاملٌن فً داكا والتً أقٌمت تقدٌرا لوالء الشركاء والعمالء ودعمهم للشركة. وكان الدكتور سعٌد بن حجر الشحً سفٌر الدولة لدى جمهورٌة بنغالدٌش ومعالً رشٌد خان مٌنون وزٌر الطٌران المدنً فً بنغالدٌش وعضو البرلمان ضٌفً شرف االحتفال الذي أقٌم فً فندق "لو مٌرٌدٌان داكا" بحسب وام. وأطلقت االتحاد للطٌران رحالتها المنتظمة بٌن أبوظبً وداكا فً الرابع من ماٌو عام 2006بمعدل أربع رحالت أسبوعٌا .وارتفع عدد الرحالت بعد ذلك مباشرة إلى رحلة ٌومٌا مع تشغٌل طائرة من طراز بوٌنغ . 300-777ونقلت الشركة ما ٌزٌد على 1.5 ملٌون ضٌف بٌن العاصمتٌن وما ورائهما منذ انطالق الخدمة عام . 2006 وتشغل االتحاد للطٌران كذلك ثالث رحالت شحن مخصصة كل أسبوع وقد نقلت ما ٌقرب من 136ألف طن من البضائع عبر هذه الوجهة منذ انطالقها عام . 2006 وتجدر اإلشارة إلى أن التجارة الثنائٌة بٌن دولة اإلمارات وبنغالدٌش قد تجاوزت 1ملٌار دوالر أمرٌكً على مدار السنوات العشر الفائتة وهو ضعف ما كانت علٌه فً عام 2006 . وأشارت نٌرجا باتٌا نائب الرئٌس لشؤون منطقة شبة القارة الهندٌة باالتحاد للطٌران إلى أن بنغالدٌش تمثل جزءا محورٌا من شبكة الوجهات العالمٌة للشركة بما ٌوفر للضٌوف سهولة السفر إلى أبوظبً والوجهات فً مختلف أنحاء العالم . من جانبه أكد حنٌف زكرٌا المدٌر العام لمكاتب االتحاد للطٌران فً بنغالدٌش أن خدمة الحافلة المجانٌة التً توفرها االتحاد للطٌران بٌن داكا وكال من شٌتاغونغ وسٌلهٌت أتاحت سهولة االنتقال لضٌوف الشركة على متن رحالتها القادمة والمغادرة .وبالنسبة للمسافرٌن إلى الوالٌات المتحدة ٌوفر مركز التخلٌص المسبق إلجراءات السفر إلى الوالٌات فً مطار أبوظبً الدولً إلى الضٌوف مزٌدا من الراح

وقعت دولة الكوٌت وجمهورٌة اذربٌجان اتفاقٌة لتنظٌم الخدمات الجوٌة بٌن البلدٌن. وقال القائم بأعمال سفارة دولة الكوٌت فً اذربٌجان فٌصل جزاع المطٌري: "إن مراسم التوقٌع جرت فً باكو عاصمة اذربٌجان ،حٌث وقع االتفاقٌة عن الجانب الكوٌتً المدٌر العام لإلدارةالعامة للطٌران المدنً بالوكالة ٌوسف الفوزان فٌما وقعها عن جانب اذربٌجان رئٌس شركة الخطوط الجوٌة اآلذرٌة جهانكٌر عسكروف ". من جانبه وصف الفوزان االتفاقٌة بأنها "حدث مهم " فً عالقات البلدٌن موضحا ً أنها ستمهد الطرٌق أمام تطوٌر العالقات الثنائٌة فٌمجاالت االقتصاد والزراعة والثروة الحٌوانٌة واالستثمار والسٌاحة بدوره رحب عسكروف فً كلمة ألقاها بهذه المناسبة بالتوقٌع على االتفاقٌة مؤكداً أنها «ستساهم فً تعزٌز العالقات الثنائٌة بٌن البلدٌنفً المجاالت االقتصادٌة والتجارٌة والسٌاحٌة ». من جهته قال مدٌر عام ادارة الطٌران المدنً فً اذربٌجان عارف ممدوف : " انه من المتوقع أن ٌبدأ عمل الخطوط الجوٌة بٌن دولة الكوٌت واذربٌجان العام القادم ". واضاف أن اذربٌجان ستقوم بشراء طائرات عصرٌة جدٌدة وبناء مطارات تنسجم مع المعاٌٌر الدولٌة ،موضحا ً أن شركة الخطوط الجوٌةاآلذرٌة تعتزم سٌٌر رحالت مباشرة بٌن باكو والكوٌت فً المستقبل ت ّ

وصل اجمالً عدد المسافرٌن عبر مطار أبوظبً الدولً خالل شهر أكتوبر الماضً الى 1.9لٌرتفع عددهم منذ بداٌة العام وحتى الـ 30من الشهر الماضً الى 7مالٌٌن مسافر بزٌادة %1.9مقارنة بالفترة ذاتها من العام الماضً . وحسب بٌانات "مطارات أبوظبً" عن حركة المسافرٌن عبر مطار أبوظبً الدولً خالل شهر أكتوبر فقد وصل إجمالً عدد المسافرٌن المغادرٌن إلى 1,903,556مسافرا فٌما وصل إجمالً عددهم عبر مبنى المسافرٌن رقم /3/إلى 1,273,845مسافرا ما ٌعادل %67من إجمالً المسافرٌن عبر المطار بحسب وام. وسجلت حركة الطائرات فً مبنى المسافرٌن رقم /3/زٌادة بنسبة ،%39,2 بإجمالً 7,418حركة مقارنة بـ 5,328حركة بالفترة ذاتها من العام الماضً. وارتفعت حركة المسافرٌن من وإلى مدٌنة بومباي الهندٌة بنسبة ،%19 بإجمالً 62,415مسافراً خالل شهر أكتوبر مقارنة بـ 52,604مسافراً خالل الفترة ذاتها من العام الماضى

إنضمت ألسطول شركة الخطوط الجوٌة الملكٌة األردنٌة طائرة حدٌثة بوٌنغ من طراز " 787درٌم الٌنر" والتً حطت فً مطار الملكة علٌاء الدولً فً 17نوفمبر ً قادمة من مصانع شركة بوٌنغ فً مدٌنة سٌاتل 2016 األمرٌكٌة ،لتكون بذلك الطائرة السادسة التً تدخل أسطول الشركة من هذا الطراز. طائرات "درٌم الٌنر" ح َّلت محل طائرات كانت عاملة فً الشركة سابقا ً وهً اٌرباص من الطرازٌن 340 و ،330حٌث خرجت من الخدمة منذ عامٌن خمس طائرات من هذٌن الطرازٌن ،كما ستغادر طائرتً اٌرباص من طراز 330األسطول قرٌبا ً.

كشفت مطارات أبو ظبً عن بٌانات حركة المسافرٌن عبر مطار أبو ظبً الدولً لشهر أكتوبر ،2016والتً أظهرت وصول إجمالً عدد المسافرٌن إلى 1,903,556مسافر .كما وصل عدد المسافرٌن منذ بداٌة العام وحتى 30أكتوبر إلى 20,432,279 مالٌٌن مسافر ،بزٌادة نسبتها 5.4بالمئة مقارنة بالفترة ذاتها من العام 2015التً سجلت .19,393,074 فً أكتوبر ،2016سجلت حركة الطائرات 14,763حركة ،أي زٌادة بنسبة 1.3بالمئة مقارنة بأكتوبر .2015أما على صعٌد حركة الشحن ،فقد سجل المطار 73,649طن مقارنة بـ 69,005 طن فً أكتوبر ،2015أي زٌادة بنسبة 6.7بالمئة.

EgyptAir denies 737-800 deferral reports EgyptAir has denied reports it has asked Boeing to defer delivery of a batch of 737-800s. The Egyptian flag carrier said Nov. 21 that reports in several international media outlets last week, quoting the country’s civil aviation minister Sharif Fathi as saying the carrier had asked for the deferral, were incorrect. Fathi was cited as saying the reason for the deferral was the Egyptian government’s recent decision to float the country’s currency as part of the conditions it needed to meet to obtain a $12 billion loan from the International Monetary Fund. ―False rumors have been circulating about delaying our delivery plan of our order Boeing 737-800NG,‖ EgyptAir CEO Safwat Mosallam said in a statement. ―No such decision has been made to change the delivery schedule.‖ He said Boeing was on track to deliver the aircraft according to plan: ―EgyptAir has finalized all formalities for the delivery. We are to receive the first airplane as agreed on time this December.‖

Conner, 61, has agreed to continue to serve as Boeing vice chairman until his retirement at the end of 2017 and work closely with McAllister in the months ahead ―on a purposeful handoff.‖ Conner will also provide ―strategic oversight and guidance‖ for what the company calls its transition to a single integrated services business and remain involved in product development strategy at BCA. ―With Ray Conner’s retirement timeline in sight and an expanding global services market to pursue, these moves will further strengthen and grow Boeing and better serve our customers, employees, shareholders and other partners in the years ahead,‖ said Boeing chairman, president and CEO Dennis Muilenburg. ―We are immensely grateful to Ray for his leadership and contributions to Boeing over nearly four decades, and we will continue to rely on his vast experience and keen insights in supporting the leadership and business transitions under way.‖ McAllister, 53, joins Boeing after 27 years with GE Aviation, where he served since 2014 as president and CEOof GE Aviation Services. Scheduled to begin operating as the company’s third major business unit in the third quarter of 2017, Boeing Global Services will provide what Boeing calls a broad portfolio of services and incorporate the capabilities of various Boeing subsidiaries, including Aviall and Jeppesen. Plans call for the division to employ a small core headquarters group based in Dallas, where Aviall currently maintains a sizeable presence. However, Boeing said it expects the vast majority of the work performed by Boeing Global Services to remain at existing locations for the foreseeable future. Deal, 52, has served as senior vice president of Boeing’s Commercial Aviation Services business since 2014. Previously, he served as vice president and general manager of supply chain management and operations for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, responsible for supplier management, fabrication, propulsion systems and quality groups. Deal joined the company as an engineer on the C-17 program and held senior roles in sales and marketing. ―Stan is an exceptionally capable and experienced leader, and he’s ideally prepared to stand up an integrated Boeing services business to expand our share of a global commercial and defense services market worth an estimated $2.5 trillion over the next 10 years,‖ said Muilenburg. ―Substantial services growth is core to Boeing’s strategy as we enter our second century, and this move is a key enabler to accelerate our efforts and provide increasing value to our customers.‖

Schedules call for first flight of the 144-seat narrowbody in the second half of 2017, in time for entry into service in 2019. Assembled at Embraer’s main factory in São Jose dos Campos, Brazil, the wing includes wing spars and skins manufactured at the company’s Evora plant in Portugal. It is the largest of the three different wing designs conceived for the three E2 models. This past February Embraer decided to add 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) of wingspan, thereby increasing aspect ratio, improving lift-to-drag ratio and increasing maximum takeoff weight by 4,400 pounds. The original plan had involved two models of wing—one for the E175-E2 and the other for the E190/195-E2—using new automated technology on the same robotic station. The changes extend range by 450 nautical miles at sealevel starts and as much as 290 nautical miles in hot and high conditions. For example, the new wing would add 250 nautical miles to the previous 1,700 nautical mile range from Denver. The company now lists the 195-E2’s range at 2,450 nautical miles

Addressing delegates attending the opening of the 48th AFRAA annual general assembly at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe, on Monday, AFRAA secretary general Elijah Chingosho said African countries hit hard by the nosediving price of oil remain reluctant to release revenues to foreign airlines for repatriation. Chingosho named Angola, Nigeria, Egypt and Sudan as the countries in question. ―Nigeria and Egypt have repatriated some funds recently,‖ he said. ―However, it is critical that airlines should be able to fully repatriate their funds,‖ he said. AFRAA estimates that the four countries continue to withhold some $2 billion in revenues. Chingosho added that the high cost of fuel in some African countries has also proved a challenge to airlines, despite the oil price decline on the global market. Some international airlines have begun to consider suspending or cutting operations to Nigeria due to the high cost of fuel and the problem with repatriation of funds. Recently, Emirates Airline CEO Tim Clark told the international media that his airline might cut operations to Nigeria. Kenya Airways has stopped its flights to Abuja as part of its cost cutting measures. Chingosho said exorbitant fuel tax, airport charges and air ticket tax stand as big challenges facing African airlines. According to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), African airlines lost $700 million last year. Cumbersome taxes, hefty fuel price and stiff competition with mega international carriers have contributed to the huge loss African airlines are recording, added Chingosho. For his part, IATA vice president for Africa Raphael Kuuchi said that safety and security remains an area of concern in Africa despite significant improvements made in recent years. ―Safety and security, high operational cost and regulation issues are some of the hurdles that need to be addressed,‖ he said. According to Kuuchi, IATA has supported African airlines’ efforts to improve safety and security records by providing training and assisting their enrollment on the International Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) registry. IATA has increased the number of African airlines the registry from 18 to 32. This year five new African airlines joined the IOSA but four failed to maintain their registration. ―IATA will continue supporting African airlines in areas of safety and security,‖ Kuuchi assured African delegates. Kuuchi also mentioned declining market share of African airlines and falling oil prices as some of the existing challenges for African nations. More than 400 delegates consisting of airline CEOs, civil aviation and airport authorities, aircraft and engine manufacturers, IT and other service providers gathered in Victoria Falls to attend the 48th AFRAA annual general assembly. Representatives of IATA, ICAO, the African Union, the African Civil Aviation Authority and senior government officials of Zimbabwe are attending the conference, where officials expect to adopt a number of resolutions before it closes on November 22. Aviation contributes $72 billion to the continent’s GDP and supports 6.8 million jobs. According to IATA’s recent forecast, Africa’s passenger traffic will grow at a rate of 6.5 percent this year.

Investigators have identified six pieces of wreckage to have either definitely or almost certainly come from the jet, which vanished with 239 people while flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing in March 2014. Voice 370, a family association, said the debris collected so far has all been found off Africa's east coast. "Despite these hugely important finds, there has been no systematic, organized search by any responsible party. This leaves the (next-of-kin) no other choice except to take it upon ourselves to do something to find answers and closure," it said in a statement. An ongoing search in the southern Indian Ocean, where the plane is believed to have crashed, has been fruitless and could be suspended soon. Grace Subathirai Nathan, whose mother Anne Daisy was on the flight, said she will be going to Madagascar with three other Malaysians, two Chinese and a French next-ofkin. She said the group is financing the Dec. 3 to Dec. 11 trip from their own pockets. "We hope to mobilize the fishing villagers and coastal population to be on the constant lookout for new debris that could become new credible evidence," she told The Associated Press. The Voice 370 statement said the seven-member team will focus their search along high potential sites based on drift modeling, largely focusing in areas on and around Ile Saint Marie, a tropical island off Madagascar's east coast. The group said they may set up an incentive system using their own funds to encourage the search for debris, and will aim to set up a notification system and local collection point for potential aircraft debris. So far, none of the six pieces of debris has helped narrow down the precise location of the main underwater wreckage. Investigators need to find that in order to locate the flight data recorders that could help explain why the plane veered so far off course. Search crews are expected to finish their sweep of the 120,000-square kilometer (46,000-square mile) search zone in the Indian Ocean next month. Oceanographers have been analyzing wing flaps found in Tanzania and on the French island of La Reunion to see if they might be able to identify a potential new search area through drift modeling. But any new search would require more funding. Malaysia, Australia and China said in July that the $160 million hunt will be suspended once the current stretch of ocean is exhausted unless new evidence emerges that would pinpoint a specific location of the aircraft.

Service Employees International Union Local 1 officials said Monday they will walk off the job on Tuesday, Nov. 29, at Chicago O'Hare International Airport. About 500 workers committed to a strike after a vote last week. The workers are trying to organize with the union's help. They work mainly for private contractors at the airport and include baggage handlers, cabin cleaners, janitors and wheelchair attendants. The workers are seeking union rights and a $15-per-hour wage. During a press conference Monday morning, an O'Hare employee spoke on behalf of airport workers, calling on United Airlines and other carriers to "take responsibility and stand up for good wages at O'Hare." "We should not have to live paycheck by paycheck," the woman said, noting that she makes $11.50 an hour for a job that used to pay $22.50. It wasn't immediately clear how such a strike would affect operations at O'Hare. The Chicago Department of Aviation has said it doesn't anticipate any disruption in service.

United Orders 24 Embraer Jets
Embraer said that it has signed a firm sale agreement with United Airlines for 24 E175 jets. The order represents a transfer of 24 E175 jets previously placed with Republic Airways Holdings currently in Embraer's backlog, which will be canceled. The 24 aircraft ordered by United are scheduled for delivery in 2017, Embraer said. The contract has a total value of $1.08 billion, at list price.

Over the next 20 years, the company forecasts a demand for 3,860 new airplanes, valued at US$565bn, in Southeast Asia; while an investment of US$160bn for 1,020 new airplanes is expected in the Oceania region. ―Southeast Asia and Oceania remain important markets for Boeing as airlines continue to add capacity, modernize their fleets and shift their business models to adapt to this competitive market,‖ said Dinesh Keskar, senior vice president of Asia Pacific and India Sales, Boeing Commercial Airplanes. ―While we see the majority of the demand being for single-aisle airplanes such as the 737 MAX, fuel-efficient twin-aisle airplanes such as the 787 Dreamliner and the 777X will also be needed, enabling airlines to profitably open new routes, never before possible.‖ The annual report projects that more than 75% of the airplanes needed in both regions will be for singleaisle airplanes, as they continue to see a rise in the number of low cost carriers as well as strong annual traffic, with growth rates of 6.4% and 4.7%, for Southeast Asia and Oceania, respectively.Worldwide, Boeing projects a demand for 39,620 new airplanes, over the next two decades.

Embraer has received the Provisional Type Certificate for the KC-390 Basic Vehicle, issued by the Instituto de Fomento e Coordenação Industrial – IFI (Industrial Fostering and Coordination Institute), the Brazilian Air Force organization responsible for military certification, attesting that the KC-390 in this basic configuration complies with the certification basis requirements. The joint work of the Embraer and IFI teams has proven useful in bringing better integration, as well as improving and validating program processes and procedures aiming at the initial operational capability declaration (IOC), in the second half of 2017, and the certification of the final operational capability (FOC), in the second half of 2018.

All four aircraft are on long term operating leases with Ethiopian Airlines. This acquisition brings Aergo’s fleet to 30 aircraft.

Lufthansa Group faces strikes Nov. 22-23
Lufthansa Group will be affected by two strikes Nov. 22-23. On Nov. 22, Lufthansa low-cost subsidiary Eurowings said its trade union Verdi announced a cabin crew strike at Dusseldorf and Hamburg from 5 a.m. until 8 p.m. local time. On Nov. 23, Lufthansa pilot union Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) called for its 14th pilot strike. The 24-hour strike will affect all long- and short-haul flights. The Lufthansa pilots are demanding a wage increase of 22% over a period of five years, an average growth per year of 3.66%. Lufthansa said in a statement that it has several times offered to solve the labor conflict with mediation, which VC has rejected.
