وبعد عرض أوراق القضٌة على شرٌف فتحً ،وزٌر الطٌران المدنً ،وافق على إحالة المخالفٌن للمحاكمة ،بنا ًء على طلب وزارة العدل وف ًقا لنص المادة رقم 21من القانون 4٧ لسنة ،19٧3التً تتطلب موافقة الوزٌر المختـص على إقامة الدعوى التأدٌبٌة وافق على إحالتهم للمحاكمة التً أصدرت حكمها المتقدم.

The sooty emissions from Mount Veniaminof were visible from the Aleut village of Perryville nearly 25 miles (40 kilometers) to the south, locals said. But the wind was pushing the plume away from the community of 101 people. "It's a big, black, ugly cloud," lifelong resident Victoria Tague said of the ash, which later slipped behind a cloud cover. Alaska Volcano Observatory scientists said that overnight emissions from Veniaminof generated an ash plume up to 15,000 feet (4,572 meters). The cloud drifted more than 150 miles (241 kilometers) to the southeast. The ash emissions prompted an aviation warning. Observatory geophysicist Dave Schneider said that level of emissions would affect mostly smaller aircraft. Ash above 20,000 feet (6,100 meters) could threaten jet airplanes. Veniaminof is 480 miles (772 kilometers) southwest of Anchorage on the Alaska Peninsula. It became active again in early September. About a month ago, Perryville was dusted by drifting ash. When people saw Wednesday's distant ash cloud from the volcano, they were "a little alarmed," said Gerald Kosbruk, president of community's the tribal government.

NEW DELHI: India might soon announce a programme to provide viability gap funding (VGF) for cargo flights connecting its hinterland to major urban hubs, building on the success of the earlier plan to promote regional air connectivity through federal cash incentives. “To promote regional cargo flights, a model to provide VGF on similar lines as being provided for regional flights will be announced. We will also be looking at the possibility of linking the Regional connectivity scheme )RCS( under the UDAN plan,” said an aviation ministry official, who did not want to be identified. The official added that a study would be conducted to finalise a programme for cargo flights under the new logistics and cargo policy to be announced soon. Under the existing UDAN plan for regional connectivity, the government has fixed fares on flights to unserved and underserved destinations in the country at Rs 2,500/ hour of flights and offers monetary subsidies to airlines. < .. MUMBAI: Shares of budget carrier SpiceJetNSE 0.00 % have soared 35 per cent since October 5 due to falling crude prices and improved sentiment in the aviation sector after the Tata Group was linked to a revival plan at Jet Airways. The stock gained 5.6 per cent to Rs 82.60 on Wednesday, too. Bloomberg consensus estimates showed that it has further upside potential of 26 per cent. Despite muted performance in the September quarter, analysts are bullish on SpiceJet as fleet expansion in the second half of FY19 should drive growth, they said. “We remain bullish on SpiceJet’s long-term prospects given its focus on operating efficiency and growth revival,” said Jal Irani, analyst, Edelweiss Securities. “The company’s yield is almost similar to IndiGoNSE -1.62 %, but superior asset utilisation ensures that it earns 10 per cent higher revenue per seat flown. Unlike competition, SpiceJet’s current scale prevents piceJet’s stock fell 25 per cent between August and September, mainly because of a steep increase in fuel prices. While the company is among the most efficient operators in the domestic airspace, SpiceJet has undergone financial restructuring of late. It currently operates 36 leased B737-800 in the domestic airspace, commanding 13 per cent market share. The stock is currently trading at 14 times its FY20 earnings.

SpiceJet reported operating profit at Rs 130 crore for the September quarter, much below Street estimates, because of lower yields and higher costs. SpiceJet reported a 4 per cent on-year decline in the September quarter yields, lower than IndiGo’s 9 per cent fall. “SpiceJet has revised upward its aircraft addition guidance to 18 B737 MAX aircraft and 8 Bombardier Q-400 in H2FY19,” said Ashutosh Somani, analyst, JM Financial. “The arbitration award disallowing the issue of warrants to the erstwhile promoters and fixing the maximum liability for the company came in as a welcome relief.” The company had received Rs 580 crore from the outgoing promoters as advance money toward the proposed allotment of certain securities. In accordance with the court order, it had deposited Rs 250 crore with the registrar and provided a bank guarantee of Rs 330 crore relating to a dispute with the erstwhile promoters. Recently, the arbitral tribunal said that no warrants can be issued and that the company is required to refund Rs 310 crore along with 12 per cent interest for 30 months.

flydubai announced the start of flights to Shymkent in Kazakhstan (CIT). The twice a week service will be offered from 28 December 2018. flydubai has been flying to Kazakhstan since 2014 and together with the relaunched service to Shymkent and existing flights to Almaty and Astana will operate 13 weekly flights to three points in the country. Emirates will codeshare on this route as part of the Emirates flydubai partnership announced in July 2017.
