الٌوم ..مطار القاهرة ٌستقبل أولى رحالت الخط المباشر من «تشنغدو» الصٌنٌة إنجً خلٌفة
ٌستقبل مطار القاهرة الدولً الٌوم الثالثاء أولى رحالت الخط المباشر بٌن القاهرة ومدٌنة تشنغدو الصٌنٌة عبر خطوط سٌتشوان. وقالت مصادر مطلعة إن من القرار حضور كل من محافظ القاهرة ومحافظ الجٌزة وزٌرة السٌاحة ورئٌس سلطة الطٌران المدنً ورئٌس سلطه الطٌران الصٌنً سفٌر الصٌن بمصر. ٌذكر أن خطوط سٌتشوان الصٌنٌة سوف تسٌر رحلتٌن أسبوعٌا من مطار القاهرة إلى مدٌنة تشنغدوٌ ،ومً الثالثاء والجمعة. كانت شركة خطوط سٌتشوان الجوٌة الصٌنٌة ،أعلنت أنها ستفتح خط طٌران مباشرا ٌربط بٌن مدٌنة «تشنغدو» والقاهرة لتصبح ثالث مدٌنة صٌنٌة تقدم خدمات الطٌران المباشر إلى مطار القاهرة ،بعد بكٌن وقوانغتشو.

محافظ البحر األحمر :تشغٌل مطار "برنٌس" مطلع 2019 أعلن اللواء أحمد عبدهللا محافظ البحر األحمر ،أن مطار برنٌس جنوب مدٌنة ً جاهزا للتشغٌل الستقبال الرحالت السٌاحٌة الدولٌة مطلع مرسى علم ،سٌكون العام القادم لٌستوعب العدٌد من المسافرٌن ،وتقدٌم الخدمات للمنتجعات والمنشآت السٌاحٌة جنوب المحافظة. جدٌر بالذكر أن العمل ٌجرى على قدم وساق لتحوٌل المطار من حربى إلى مدنى، بتكلفة 430ملٌون جنٌه ،حٌث تم االنتهاء من الممر المدنً للطائرات. أضاف "عبدهللا" ،خالل تصرٌحات صحفٌة له ،الٌوم اإلثنٌن ،على هامش المؤتمر الصحفً التً نظمته شركة FTIاأللمانٌة ،لعمل عرض تقدٌمً عن نقل مركز خدمات العمالء على مستوى العالم من ألمانٌا إلى منتجع الجونة بمدٌنة الغردقة، لدٌنا العدٌد من اإلمكانٌات والمقاصد السٌاحٌة الموجودة داخل مصر من مزارات تارٌخٌة وأثرٌة ،نمتلك 176ألف غرفة سٌاحٌة ،داخل 256منتجعا وفندقا، باإلضافة إلى وجود مطار بالغردقة ٌستوعب أكثر 13ملٌون راكب سنو ًٌا ومطار بمدٌنة مرسً علم ٌستوعب أكثر من 3ونصف ملٌون راكب سنو ًٌا.

النائب أٌمن أبو العال :نشاط كبٌر فً قطاع السٌاحة ..وانتعاش خطوط الطٌران لشرم الشٌخ أمٌرة العادلً
قال الدكتور أٌمن أبو العال رئٌس الهٌئة البرلمانٌة لحزب المصرٌٌن األحرار ،إن هناك حراكا كبٌرا فى قطاع السٌاحة فى مصر نتٌجة مجهودات الحكومة خالل الفترة األخٌرةُ ،مثمنا جهود محافظ جنوب سٌناء اللواء خالد فودة فى عودة نشاط السٌاحة لمدٌنة شرم الشٌخ بشكل أفضل مما كانت علٌه من نفس التوقٌت فى العام الماضى.
وأضاف أبو العال فى بٌان له الٌوم ،أن وجود خطوط طٌران مباشرة بٌن أذربٌجان ومدٌنة شرم الشٌخ أمر جٌد للغاٌة وٌساعد فى زٌادة أعداد السائحٌن الوافدٌن فى مصر كما ٌساعد فى إحداث انتعاشة سٌاحٌة خالل الفترة المقبلة. وأكد أبو العال ،أن وزارة السٌاحة كانت قد أعلنت من قبل عن التعاون مع الجالٌات المصرٌة فى الخارج للتروٌج للسٌاحة إال أن هذا األمر لم ٌتم تفعٌله بعد لذا على وزارة السٌاحة أن تعقد اجتماعا مع ممثلٌن عن الجالٌات المصرٌة فى الخارج وتضع معهم خطة لتجذب السائحٌن األجانب من مختلف دول العالم لمصر.

طٌران مباشر من أذربٌجان إلى شرم الشٌخ 8نوفمبر المقبل كتبت آمال رسالن
كشف اللواء خالد فودة محافظ جنوب سٌناء ،أن هناك محاوالت كبٌرة لتطوٌر حركة الطٌران التى تؤتى لشرم الشٌخ ،عبر فتح خطوط جدٌدة للمساعدة فى تدفق الحركة السٌاحٌة لجنوب سٌناء ،حٌث أنه فى 8نوفمبر ستبدأ أولى الرحالت المباشرة من أذربٌجان إلى شرم الشٌخ ،وذلك بعد تفاهمات جرت مع المسئولٌن هناك خالل زٌارته ألذربٌجان ،حٌث تم االتفاق مع المسئولٌن وتابعت السفارة المصرٌة هناك تنفٌذ االتفاقات. وأشار فودة فى تصرٌحات خاصة للٌوم السابع إلى أن هناك إهتمام عالمى بمدٌنة شرم الشٌخ ،الفتا إلى أنها ستكون مدٌنة شرم الشٌخ حاضرة فى "تجمع المدن التى تسعى للسالم" والذى سٌعقد فى هٌروشٌما بالٌابان. وحول الموسم الشتوى أكد أن العاملٌن فى قطاع السٌاحة فى محافظة جنوب سٌناء ٌؤكدون فى لقاءاتهم معه أن حجوزات الموسم الشتوى جٌدة جدا ،وهناك تدفق كبٌر للوفود السٌاحٌة ،مما ٌسٌر إلى أنه سٌكون موسم ناجح جدا إمتدادا لما شهده الموسم الصٌفى من انتعاشة سٌاحٌة ،كما أكد أن الجمٌع مستعد لتدفق السٌاحة الروسٌة، الفتا إلى أن مصر تفتح أذرعها للجمٌع.

شركات السٌاحة بملتقى المغرب :موسم شتوى واعد فى مصر والحجوزات تخطت % 100 تشهد السٌاحة المصرٌة موسما شتوٌا واعدا هذا العام ،وتخطت نسبة الحجوزات % 100 خاصة فى عطالت الكرٌسماس ،هذا ما أكده أصحاب شركات السٌاحة المشاركون فى الملتقى الذى نظمه المكتب اإلقلٌمى الوطنى المغربى للسٌاحة فى أبوظبى لمنطقة الشرق األوسط وآسٌا بالشراكة مع احدى الشركات ،إلطالق الحملة التروٌجٌة للمغرب" للسنة الثانٌة على التوالى فى مدٌنتى الدار البٌضاء ومراكش بالمملكة المغربٌة. من جانبه قال أحمد عبد العلٌم ،مدٌر إحدى شركات السٌاحة المصرٌة ،فى تصرٌحات خاصة لـ"الٌوم السابع" إن الملتقى ٌعد فرصة جٌدة لعقد لقاءات مع أصحاب الشركات المغربٌة والشركات المشاركة من مختلف الدول العربٌة والهند ،للتروٌج للمقصد السٌاحى المصرى مما ٌسهم فى زٌادة الحركة السٌاحة الوافدة. وأضاف "عبد العلٌم" أن نسبة الحجوزات مرتفعة للغاٌة وبلغت % 100خاصة فى جنوب الصعٌد خالل الموسم الشتوى الجارى ،مشٌرا إلى أن األسواق الجدٌدة مثل السوق الهندى والصٌنى ٌشهدان طفرة فى األعداد السٌاحٌة خالل الفترة المقبلة ،الفتا إلى الشركات بدأت التوسع فى األسواق الجدٌدة وعدم االعتماد على األسواق التقلٌدٌة. وكشف "عبد العلٌم" عن عودة السٌاح الفرنسٌٌن بقوة خالل فترة الكرٌسماس ،مشٌرا إلى ارتفاع مؤشر الحجوزات بمعدل غٌر طبٌعى لقضاء عطالته فى مصر ،قائال" :إن جمٌع الرحالت القادمة من فرنسا عبر الطٌران المباشر أو الشارتر كاملة العدد ،الفتا إلى أن سعر التذكرة بلغت ٌ 1000وور ،معلنا أن شركته لدٌها حجوزات سٌاحٌة حتى مارس .2019 وأشار "عبد العلٌم" إلى أن العائق أمام تدفق السٌاحة الوافدة من مصر إلى المغرب تتخلص فى صعوبة الحصول على التأشٌرة ،موضحا أن بعض الشركات السٌاحة المغربٌة طرحت إمكانٌة تسهٌل هذا اإلجراء فى حال وجود مجموعات سٌاحٌة ،مشٌرا إلى أن هناك طلب على المغرب نظرا لعدم ارتفاع العملة حٌث ٌساوى الدرهم المغربى تقرٌبا 2جنٌه مصرى ،مؤكدا أن الشعب مضٌاف ولدٌه حضارة عرٌقة كما ٌتمٌز المطبخ المغربى بالتنوع فى األكالت ،والسائح المصرى دائما ٌبحث فى المقام األول عن عملة الدولة ونوعٌة الطعام وطبٌعة الشعب لتحدٌد وجهته السٌاحٌة قبل السفر.

2 وأوضح أن عدد الشركات العاملة بالسوق المغربى لٌس كثٌرا ،وأن هناك ضعفا فى التسوٌق والتروٌج للمقصد السٌاحى المصرى فى المغرب ،الفتا إلى أن معظم الشركات المغربٌة لٌس لدٌها أى معلومات عن المدن السٌاحٌة المصرٌة الجدٌدة مثل الساحل الشمالى ،مشٌرا إلى أن الجانب المغربى لدٌه رغبة قوٌة فى تحفٌز الحركة السٌاحة الوافدة لمصر. من جانبه قال عبد العظٌم العلى مدٌر إحدى الشركات السٌاحة بالبحرٌن ،إن هذا الملتقى ٌعد فرصة حقٌقٌة لالطالع على تنوع المشهد السٌاحى المغربى الذى سٌكون بدون شك عامال أساسٌا فى تعزٌز توافد السٌاح البحرٌٌن على المغرب ،خاصة المهتمٌن بالسٌاحة العائلٌة والثقافٌة ،من خالل طرح برامج سٌاحٌة بأسعار جاذبة وخدمات ممٌزة ،للتغلب على مشكلة ارتفاع أسعار التذاكر الطٌران لبعد المسافة ،الفتا إلى أن الخطوط البحرٌنٌة تسٌٌر رحالت ٌومٌة للمغرب. وأكد "العلى" أن الوجهات السٌاحٌة المفضلة للسائح البحرٌنى مصر وتركٌا وأوروبا وشرق آسٌا ،كما أن هناك وجهات جدٌدة نجحت فى الحصول على حصة من السٌاحة البحرٌنٌة مثل أذربٌجا وجورجٌا. أما عن مصر قال "العلى" أن البلدٌن تربطهما عالقات وطٌدة .مصر أم الدنٌا وخٌرها على الجمٌع" الفتا إلى أن المواطنٌن البحرٌٌن ٌفضلون الدراسة فى الجامعات المصرٌة العرٌقة، الفتا إلى عودة المقصد السٌاحى المصرى بقوة خالل السنوات المقبلة ،مؤكدا أن الحمالت التروٌجٌة على السوشٌال مٌدٌا تحقق صدى إٌجابى فى تحسٌن الصورة الذهنٌة وكذلك دافع لزٌادة الحركة السٌاحة الوافدة لمصر. وقال أومٌش كابور رئٌس أحدى شركات السٌاحة الهندٌة ،إن ملتقى الدار البٌضاء سٌكون بمثابة منطلق جدٌد لتعزٌز الشراكات الواعدة بٌن الشركات الهندٌة ونظرائهم المغاربة ،سٌمكن ممثلى القطاع السٌاحى بالشرق األوسط والهند من االطالع مباشرة على هذه المعطٌات وما تزخر به المملكة من مقومات تمٌزها عن غٌرها فى هذا المجال. وأضاف "كابور" أنه فى حال فتح خط طٌران مباشر بٌن المغرب والهند ،سٌكون له مردود إٌجابى فى زٌادة أعداد السٌاح الهندٌٌن ،الفتا إلى المغرب من الدول السٌاحٌة التى تمتلك مقومات تؤهلها فى الحصول على حصتها العادلة من السوق الهندى ،موضحا أن المغرب لدٌها خطة لجذب السٌاحة العائلٌة والثقافٌة.

3 وكشف "كابور" أن مؤشر الحجوزات السٌاحٌة الوافدة من السوق الهندى إلى مصر جٌدة للغاٌة ،متوقعا أن تحقق طفرة عددٌة من السٌاح الهندٌٌن خالل عام ،2019مطالبا بزٌادة الحمالت التسوٌقٌة وعدد رحالت الطٌران المباشر من مومباى وكذلك تسٌٌر رحالت من نٌودلهى لتمكٌن السٌاح من زٌارة مصر فهناك طلب بقوة على المدن المصرٌة. من جانبه أعرب محمد صادق شاكر مدٌر المكتب اإلقلٌمى الوطنى المغربى للسٌاحة فى أبوظبى لمنطقة الشرق األوسط وآسٌا ،عن سعادته بإطالق هذه الحملة التروٌجٌة" " YougoMoroccoالتى تضم وكالء السفر والسٌاحة من دول منطقة الخلٌج والشرق األوسط وآسٌا والتى سوف تسفر عن زٌادة كبٌرة متوقعة فى عدد المسافرٌن من دول مجلس التعاون الخلٌجى لقضاء العطالت فى المغرب. وأوضح " شاكر" أن وكالء السفر من الدول المذكورة عقدوا لقاءات مباشرة مع نظرائهم فى المملكة المغربٌة والبالغ عددهم نحو 100منظم سٌاحى مغربى ،قدموا بشكل مفصل الخدمات التى تقترحها شركاتهم ،وتم بحث سبل الشراكة بٌن الجانبٌن ،والعمل على تعزٌز البرامج السٌاحٌة المتنوعة التى تجمع ما بٌن السٌاحة التراثٌة الغنٌة جنبا إلى جنب مع أرقى منتجات السٌاحة التى تشكل الخٌار المثالى للعائالت من منطقة الخلٌج وعدد من الدول العربٌة واآلسٌوٌة. وقال شاكر "لقد تمكنا فى هذا الصدد من إعداد برنامج حافل سٌمكن من اطالع المشاركٌن فى الحملة على المؤهالت السٌاحٌة التى ٌزخر بها المغرب بصفة عامة وعلى أبرز المعالم والوجهات السٌاحٌة فى مدٌنتى الدار البٌضاء ومراكش بصفة خاصة"

بسبب التقلبات الجوٌة« ..مطار الدمام» ٌطالب المسافرٌن بالتؤكد من مواعٌد الرحالت َّ حذر مطار الملك فهد الدولً بالدمام من وجود تقلبات مناخٌة فً المنطقة الشرقٌة خالل الساعات المقبلة. وقال الحساب الرسمً للمطار على “توٌتر”“ :أعزاءنا المسافرٌن ..تفٌد تقارٌر هٌئة األرصاد وحماٌة البٌئة بوجود تقلبات فً أجواء المنطقة الشرقٌة خالل الساعات القادمة؛ لذلك نرجو منكم أخذ الحٌطة والحذر عند قدومكم أو مغادرتكم من المطار”. وطالب المطار الجمٌع بضرورة التواصل مع شركات الطٌران لتأكٌد مواعٌد الرحالت.

تدشٌن أولى مراحل إنشاء مطار جازان بدأ ،الٌوم ،العمل فً مطار الملك عبدهللا بجازان ،مع اإلعالن عن الشروع فً تجهٌز تصامٌم لمطار محافظة جزر فرسان. ودشن أمٌر منطقة جازان محمد بن ناصر بن عبدالعزٌز ،بحضور نائب أمٌر منطقة جازان األمٌر محمد بن عبد العزٌز بن محمد بن عبد العزٌز ،ورئٌس الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً عبدالحكٌم بن محمد التمٌمً ،الٌوم؛ أولى مراحل العمل بمشروع مطار الملك عبدهللا الجدٌد بجازان ،وذلك بقاعة االجتماعات الرئٌسة باإلمارة. ورفع أمٌر منطقة جازان فً كلمة له فً مستهل حفل التدشٌن ،الشكر والعرفان باسمه ونٌابة عن أهالً المنطقة لخادم الحرمٌن الشرٌفٌن الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزٌز آل سعود ،وسمو ولً عهده األمٌن بهذه المناسبة. وأكد أهمٌة تنفٌذ مشروع المطار الجدٌد الذي ٌأتً تلبٌة للحاجة المتزاٌدة على حركة النقل الجوي والكثافة العددٌة التً ٌشهدها المطار من قبل المسافرٌن والقادمٌن من أبناء المنطقة وزوارها ومنسوبً الشركات والقطاعات العاملة بجازان. وشدد على أهمٌة تنفٌذ المشروع بما ٌلبً تلك االحتٌاجات ،منوها ً إلى الجهود التً تبذلها الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً فً هذا المجال ،وكذا فٌما ٌخص تنفٌذ العدٌد من األعمال بالمطار الحالً بما ٌضمن تقدٌم أفضل الخدمات للقادمٌن للمنطقة ،طٌلة الفترة التً تسبق اكتمال تنفٌذ المطار الجدٌد. وقال األمٌر "محمد" :تنفٌذ مشروع المطار ٌأتً امتدا ًدا للرعاٌة الكرٌمة التً تولٌها حكومة خادم الحرمٌن الشرٌفٌن الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزٌز آل سعود ،وسمو ولً عهده األمٌن ،لكل ما ٌضمن راحة ورفاهٌة المواطن ،وٌسهم فً تنمٌة وتقدم الوطن. من جانبه قدم "التمٌمً" أسمى آٌات الشكر والعرفان لمقام خادم الحرمٌن الشرٌفٌن الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزٌز آل سعود ،وسمو ولً عهده األمٌن ،على ما ٌلقاه الطٌران المدنً من دعم كبٌر ومتواصل انعكس على الخدمات المقدمة. وقال "التمٌمً" :مشروع المطار الجدٌد ٌتكون من :مبنى صالة كبار الزوار ،وصالة السفر الرئٌسة التً تبلغ مساحتها اإلجمالٌة " "57.500متر مربع ،وتتكون من ثالثة طوابق ،مع طاقة ً سنوٌا وبتكلفة إجمالٌة تزٌد على ملٌارٌن و 500ملٌون استٌعابٌة تصل إلى 3.6ملٌون مسافر لاير.

2 وأضاف :الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً تقوم بمجموعة من المشارٌع التطوٌرٌة فً المطارات الداخلٌة واإلقلٌمٌة والدولٌة لمواكبة النمو المستمر فً حركة المسافرٌن فً مدن المملكة وتجهٌز وتطوٌر البنٌة التحتٌة لقطاع الطٌران لالنطالق ضمن رؤٌة المملكة 2030م. وشاهد أمٌر منطقة جازان والحضور عرضا ً مرئٌا ً عن المطار ومراحل تنفٌذه ،والخدمات التً سٌقدمها ألبناء الوطن ومنطقة جازان بوجه خاص عن مشروع المطار الذي سٌنفذ بموقع السبخة على بعد 30كلٌومتراً شمال مركز مدٌنة جٌزان. وٌتكون المطار من :مبنى صالة كبار الزوار ،وصالة السفر الرئٌسة ،بطاقة استٌعابٌة تبلغ 3.6 ً سنوٌا ،وبتكلفة إجمالٌة تزٌد على ملٌارٌن و 500ملٌون لاير ،وٌقام على مساحة ملٌون مسافر إجمالٌة تبلغ " "57.500متر مربع .وسٌتم تنفٌذه خالل ثالث سنوات ونصف ،لٌكون واحداً من أهم المشروعات التنموٌة والمعالم الحضارٌة التً تبرز ما وصلت إلٌه منطقة جازان وجمٌع مناطق وطننا العزٌز من تطور ونمو فً مختلف المجاالت. وشاهد أمٌر المنطقة والحضور عرضا ً مماثالً من أمانة منطقة جازان عن مطار جازان الجدٌد الذي ٌقع فً منطق ٍة وسط بٌن مختلف محافظات المنطقة ،وكذا الطرق التً تربط المطار بمدٌنة جٌزان من جهة ،ومدٌنة جازان للصناعات التحوٌلٌة وبقٌة محافظات المنطقة من جهة أخرى. إثر ذلك دشن أمٌر المنطقة إلكترونٌا ً أولى مراحل العمل بمشروع المطار ،مؤكداً اعتماد المبالغ الالزمة لتنفٌذ مشروع مطار محافظة فرسان ،فٌما تعمل الهٌئة حالٌا ً على إعداد التصامٌم الهندسٌة الخاصة بالمطار الذي تزٌد قٌمته اإلجمالٌة على 380ملٌون لاير ،والذي سٌتم اإلعالن عن البدء فً تنفٌذه خالل الفترة القلٌلة القادمة. وتسلم أمٌر المنطقة هدٌة تذكارٌة من رئٌس الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً بالمناسبة. وحضر التدشٌن :وكٌل إمارة منطقة جازان المكلف عبدهللا بن صالح المدٌمٌغ ،ووكٌل اإلمارة للشؤون التنموٌة خالد بن عبدالعزٌز القصٌبً ،وأعضاء مجلس المنطقة.

الحرٌري ٌإكد أهمٌة اإلسراع بتوسعة مطار بٌروت وتطوٌره أكد رئٌس الحكومة المكلف سعد الحرٌري على أهمٌة اإلسراع بمشروع توسعة مطار رفٌق الحرٌري الدولً ألسباب عدة ،ولكونه ٌشكل جزءاً من برامج مؤتمر «سٌدر» ولتشجٌع القطاع الخاص للمجًء إلى لبنان واالستثمار فٌه. وأتى كالم الحرٌري خالل مشاركته فً اجتماع عقد فً السراي الحكومً خصص إلطالق المرحلة التحضٌرٌة لمشروع توسعة مطار رفٌق الحرٌري الدولً فً بٌروت ،والتً تشمل إعداد دراسات الجدوى المالٌة والفنٌة والقانونٌة لهذا المشروع الهادف إلى رفع القدرة االستٌعابٌة للمطار إلى 20ملٌون مسافر سنوٌا ً. وحضر االجتماع الذي دعت إلٌها األمانة العامة للمجلس األعلى للخصخصة ،وزٌر األشغال العامة والنقل ٌوسف فنٌانوس وممثلون عن وزارتً البٌئة والداخلٌة ومجلس اإلنماء واإلعمار والمدٌرٌة العامة للطٌران المدنً وشركة طٌران الشرق األوسط ،وعدد من الجهات المعنٌة ُدرج ضمن البرنامج االستثماري للبنى التحتٌة الذي عرضه لبنان خالل مؤتمر بالمشروع الم َ «سٌدر». وأكد الحرٌري فً كلمة ألقاها خالل االجتماع على أهمٌة هذا المشروع ،مشٌراً إلى أن المطار ٌشكل نافذة للبنان على العالم وللعالم على لبنان ،وأكد« :نحن بحاجة ملحة للعمل علٌه بسرعة كبٌرة وقد بدأنا منذ فترة بالعمل مع صندوق النقد الدولً على المخطط التوجٌهً العام والبرنامج االقتصادي». وأكد على دعم الحكومة ووزارة األشغال والقٌمٌن على المطار للمشروع ،مخاطبا ً الحضور بالقول« :الحكومة تقدم لكم دعمها الكامل إلنهاء هذا المشروع بأسرع وقت ممكن .علٌنا أن نتحرك بسرعة كبٌرة وسننجز ما علٌنا من أمور تقنٌة فً الحكومة المقبلة ،فالعجلة أمر بغاٌة األهمٌة .إن نجاح هذا المشروع أمر حٌوي للبنان لٌس فقط لكونه المطار ،بل ألنه ٌشكل جزءاً من برامج «سٌدر» بما فٌها من إصالحات مطلوبة وتشجٌع للقطاع الخاص للمجًء إلى لبنان واالستثمار فٌه ،وكما تعلمون هناك عدة أشخاص من عدة شركات عبروا عن رغبتهم بالمجًء واالستثمار فً مطار الرئٌس رفٌق الحرٌري الدولً.

2 من جهته ،أكد الوزٌر فنٌانوس على أهمٌة مشاركة القطاع الخاص فً مشروع توسعة المطار وتطوٌره للوصول به إلى المستوى الذي وصلت إلٌه مطارات عواصم الدول المتقدمة من حداثة وفعالٌة فً تقدٌم الخدمات للمسافرٌن. ولفت إلى أنه لغاٌة اآلن «لم ٌتم بعد تأمٌن المبلغ المطلوب بالكامل لمشروع المطار ولكن الحكومة وافقت على رصد مبلغ 18ملٌون دوالر للقٌام بأعمال الصٌانة الطارئة وقد بدأ العمل بها». وكشف فنٌانوس عن طلب وزارته من المجلس األعلى للخصخصة والشراكة دراسة إمكانٌة إشراك القطاع الخاص فً تأهٌل وتشغٌل مطار الرئٌس رٌنٌه معوض فً القلٌعات ،فً الشمال». وأشار كذلك إلى العمل مع البنك الدولً ومع مجلس اإلنماء واإلعمار على تطوٌر خط الباص السرٌع بٌن بٌروت وطبرجا ،و«استحصال الوزارة من مجلس الوزراء على موافقته للقٌام بدراسة شاملة لسكك الحدٌد فً لبنان ،على أمل التوصل إلى وضع مخطط استراتٌجً عام لهذا القطاع ،وأدخلنا مشارٌع كثٌرة لطرقات عامة وفرعٌة فً برنامج اإلنفاق االستثماري الذي تم التوافق علٌه فً مؤتم سٌدر» .وشدد على أن الحرٌري كان فً هذه المبادرات أساسٌا ً وحاسماً، فأتى تجاوب الحكومة وكل الجهات المعنٌة إٌجابٌا ً إلى أقصى حد.

بالفٌدٌو :سرعة الرٌاح تحول دون هبوط طائرة فً مطار بٌروت حصل "لٌبانون دٌباٌت" على فٌدٌو لطائرة خاصة أثناء هبوطها فً مطار رفٌق الحرٌري الدولً فً بٌروت. وٌظهر الفٌدٌو كٌف أن الطائرة حاولت الهبوط إلى أن سرعة الرٌاح حالت دون ذلك فما كان من قائد الطائرة الى أن عاد واقلع من جدٌد ومن ثم عاد الى الهبوط مجدداً بعد أن هدأت سرعة الرٌاح ،وذلك بالتنسٌق مع المراقبٌن الجوٌٌن فً المطار.

EgyptAir signs a partnership agreement to build logistics village at Cairo Airport EgyptAir has signed a partnership agreement with KMK Investment and Safe Ports Holding to establish a logistics village at Cairo International Airport. The agreement was signed by Capt. Ahmed Adel, EgyptAir Holding Company’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Omar Khedr, CEO of KMK Investments, as well as the regional manager of Safe Port Holdings in the Middle East and North Africa, with the presence of Chairman of the Board of Directors of KMK Investments, and the president of Egypt Air Cargo Company Bassem Gohar. The project will contribute to improving the efficiency of Cairo International Airport, as well as its absorptive capacity and enable the airport to keep abreast of the increase in the volume of goods and facilitate its flow to and from Cairo Airport in addition to Safe Ports’ security role that will contribute to the smooth flow of trucks.

Kuwait Airways signs agreement to buy eight A330-800 Neo planes Implementing the strategic plan of the national carrier Kuwait Airways and enhancing its operational capabilities through its fleet, the Board Chairman Mr. Yousif Al Jassim is pleased to announce that Kuwait Airways has signed on Monday 15th October 2018, at Toulouse, France, an agreement for purchasing 8 (A330-800 NEO) medium- to long range aircraft, These air craft are characterized with operational and economic efficiency, when compared to aircraft of the same category. Kuwait Airways is considered one of the first carriers all over the world to approve such modern aircraft for its fleet. According to this agreement, Kuwait Airways managed to reduce the capital costs of the fleet in its new combination, not to mention the lower operational costs for the aircraft. Signing this agreement is the culmination of long negotiations between Airbus representatives and Kuwait Airways during the past five months. Accordingly, Kuwait Airways fleet will be composed of 38 aircraft of the models below for achieving flexible operations through the long, medium and shortrange aircraft: - 5 A350-900 Airbus aircraft - 8 NEO A330-800 Airbus aircraft - 15 A320 NEO Airbus aircraft - 10 B777 -300ER Boeing aircraft The new Airbus aircraft will be received according to a time plan stretches from 2019 to the end of 2026, the new aircraft shall replace the currently rented aircraft as per the time schedule agreed upon.

Airport Show returns in April 2019 The Airport Show 2019 will returs for its 19th year run in April 2019 with a record 375 exhibitors expected from 60 countries. Ugandan Air Traffic Controllers Trained in Aviation English Uganda last week successfully hosted an International Aviation Proficiency in English Language training for air traffic controllers. Aviation English training dubbed ‘Train the Trainer’ which ended last Friday in Entebbe attracted over 26 air traffic controllers from across Africa. The trainees included 8 Ugandans, 5 Kenyans, 1 Rwandan, 5 Burundians, 2 Sudanese, 1 Congolese, 2 Yemenis and 2 Algerians. English is the de facto international language of civil aviation used in aeronautical radiotelephony communications. Ahumuza Arthur, President Uganda Air traffic Controllers Association applauded the sponsors of the training for enabling them attain the aviation English skills and revealed the significance of air controllers as far as safety in aviation is concerned. He noted that air traffic controllers are as equally important as Pilots in the aviation practice. ”Pilots play the most vital role but they cannot operate without the help of the Air Controllers. The air controllers have to communicate effectively with the pilots to ensure smooth flights and for that matter, Aviation English Language is key for effective communication,“ he said.

2 A five day Aviation English Training Course was organized by the International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers’ Associations (IFATCA) and hosted by Civil Aviation Authority. The training put emphasis on improving communication between Pilots and ATC through proficiency in the Aviation English language to mainly promote regularity, efficiency and safety initiatives in the African Region and the entire international Air Navigation. While officially closing the training, Bamwesigye Fred, the deputy Managing Director Civil Aviation Authority commended the air controllers for the roles they play in ensuring safety and efficiency to flights. Upon successful completion, all the 26 participants were awarded with certificates which indicated that no one failed the course.

‘Electrofuels’ that increase plane ticket price by 60% only way to clean up air travel, report finds New fuels and accompanying hikes in ticket prices will be essential to clean up air travel and avoid the worst effects of climate change, according to a new report. Aviation is responsible for 5 per cent of global warming, and it is on track to power through a quarter of the planet’s annual carbon budget by 2050. Despite some fledgling efforts to develop electric aircraft for shorthaul flights, air travel is proving one of the most difficult sectors to decarbonise. In its analysis, European green transport group Transport and Environment (T&E) found that replacing fossil fuels in planes with ”electrofuels“ is the ”only technically viable solution that would allow aviation to exist in a world that avoids catastrophic climate change“. This will present a challenge to consumers as well as the industry, as the expense of these fuels means the cost of a plane ticket is projected to rise 58 per cent if they replace kerosene in all aircraft. ”The good news is that radically cleaner aviation is possible even with today’s technology,“ said Andrew Murphy, aviation manager at T&E. ”Getting to zero starts with properly pricing flying and progressively increasing the use of sustainable synthetic fuels.

However, to get there they say kerosene cannot remain untaxed as it is today. Gradually implementing a carbon pricing system for kerosene would bring down the difference in price and help wean society off this fuel. The authors of the report also noted a limited role for biofuels produced from waste material as replacements for kerosene. Norway has already set out plans to ensure jet fuel contains tiny quantities – 0.5 per cent – of biofuels from 2020.

If we want to succeed we need to stop pursuing false solutions,“ said Mr Murphy. ”It’s crystal clear that the UN’s plan to let airlines offset their emissions is a distraction at best. We need governments to focus on the things that matter: proper pricing and cleaner fuels. The European Commission has a unique opportunity to commit to this in its 2050 decarbonisation strategy.“

Air cargo industry need to grow 12.9% annually to achieve aviation target New Delhi/Urban Transport News: India’s air cargo industry needs to grow at about 12.9 percent every year to achieve the National Civil Aviation Policy vision of reaching 10 million tonnes (MT) cargo volume by 2027, says a report. ”There is an urgent need to uplift Indian cargo market to achieve the overall vision of the aviation ministry,“ observed the joint study by Assocham and consultancy firm Auctus Advisors. The report suggested implementing a rating system for cargo terminals in-line with ASQ (Airport Service Quality) ratings at passenger terminal to motivate operators to improve infrastructure and provide superior quality of services. ”The Indian cargo industry needs to grow at a rate of about 12.9 percent every year from 2018 to 2027 to achieve National Civil Aviation Policy (NCAP 2016) vision of reaching cargo volumes of 10 million tonnes (MT) by 2027,“ it said. The report noted that there is an urgent need for creating adequate freight carrying capacity within Indian air network through the creation of new cargo terminals and expansion of the existing ones, besides undertaking pro-active measures to identify tier-2 and tier-3 cities for setting up common user domestic cargo terminal (CUDCT). The study suggested introducing a separate comprehensive air cargo policy to reduce bottlenecks in freight movement.

2 According to data maintained by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), air freight handled at Indian airports grew by more than 20 times from 0.08 million metric tonnes in 1972-73 to 2.5 million tonnes in 2014-15, and its compound annual growth rate (CAGR) was 8.8 percent during 2013-14 to 2016-17. The report said that international and domestic air freight is projected to grow at an overall compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.2 percent. ”Considering this trend to continue till 2027, projected international and domestic air cargo will be 3.6 MT and 2.1 MT, respectively, resulting in total air cargo traffic of 6.8 MT,“ it estimated. The study also highlighted various issues confronting aviation logistics sector in India – lack of enabling infrastructure, lack of automated material handling systems, high manual intervention in the processes and inadequate skilled manpower are some of the key areas where Indian air cargo industry lags global peers. On the development of air freight station (AFS), the study said there is an urgent need for a clear-cut, well-defined policy to initiate AFS ecosystem which would help in stimulating export-import trade. ”Promoting the concept of cargo villages and linking them with international airports is an ideal way to boost air freight traffic, improve delivery and create many job opportunities. Besides, cargo villages may also be linked to free trade zones to foster goods’ manufacturing for international markets which would give a boost to ‘Make in India,’ scheme of the government,“ said the report.

2 Refineries produce three main categories of fuel: gasoline for cars; ”distillates,“ including both diesel and jet fuel; and heavier fuels used for a variety of industrial purposes, including to power many ships. By a marketing convention, jet-fuel prices are usually pegged to diesel prices, typically selling for a few cents more a gallon. Airline and refining industry officials are bracing for a surge in diesel demand as shipowners switch from heavier bunker fuels. 3 The Trump administration is backing a more gradual introduction of the cleaner fuel standard, buying fleet operators and refiners more time to adapt and easing anticipated rises in diesel and jet-fuel prices. Brian Pearce, chief economist at the International Air Transport Association, expects the new maritime regulations will increase the price of jet fuel, but said he is uncertain by how much. The effect of the new emissions rules could dent U.S. airlines’ earnings, said Raymond James analysts. In a relatively benign scenario, big carriers’ per-share earnings could fall by 2% to 4% in 2020.
