شرفت بتغطٌة ملف الطٌران المدنى منذ ما ٌقرب من الثالثة اعوام كنت قبلها اغطى ملفات وزارات الثقافة واآلثار والبٌئة والتنمٌة المحلٌة...شرفت بالقرب من قامات وقٌادات لها تارٌخها الثقافى واألدبً واالثرى والتراثى فى وزارتى الثقافة واآلثار و قامات اخرى لها تارٌخها المٌدانى والخدمى والمجتمع المدنى فى البٌئة والتنمٌة المحلٌة ...فى الصباح كنت أتجول مع وزاراء البٌئة والتنمٌة المحلٌة وهم ٌتفقدون أحوال محافظات وقرى ومراكز ودروب مصر ٌتابعون رفع القمامة من هنا وهناك وٌتابعون مشاكل المٌاه والصرف الصحى ورغٌف العٌش والمبانى المخالغة واالشغاالت وغٌرها من الهموم والمشاكل الٌومٌة والحٌاتٌة للمواطن المصرى وسط تكلٌفات واضحة وصرٌحة من سٌادة الرئٌس "عبد الفتاح السٌسً" بتوفٌر البٌئة الصحٌة والتنمٌة المستدامة الكرٌمة للمواطن المصرى والسعى الدائم والدءؤب لرفعة مصر وتطوٌرها ... وبالمساء كنت استمتع بفنانى مصر ومثقافٌها "قوتها الناعمة "وهم ٌبدعون على المسرح القومى ومسارح الدولة ٌقدمون فنا ٌلٌق بقٌمة مصرنا ام الدنٌا...وسعدت بسماع أرق واطٌب األلحان والنغمات على مسارح دار األوبرا المصرٌة فى لٌل القاهرة الساحر على ضفاف نهرها الخالد وسط نسمات هواء علٌل تداوى نفس كل مهموم ومكروب تعلن لكل العالم ان لنا حضارة وثقافة وتارٌخ هو فخر لنا جمٌعا ...عاصرت بداٌات تطوٌر "مثلث ماسبٌرو" التى أصبحت واقع االن وكنت "شاهد عٌان على إرادة دولة وقٌادة اذا وعدت انجزت واذا حلمت بواقع أفضل حققت " ...وعاصرت ومازالت اعاصر كٌف تنفذ التعلٌمات والتوجٌهات الرئاسٌة الصرٌحة والواضحة والقاطعة لحماٌة البٌئة من التلوث بشتى مجاالته والحفاظ على النٌل وحماٌة المحمٌات الطبٌعٌة والحفاظ علٌها ووضع مصر فى مصاف الدول العالمٌة فى مكانتها التى تستحقها وهو ما تم بالفعل باستضافة مصر ل "مؤتمر التنوع البٌولوجى" على أرض السالم شرم الشٌخ نوفمبر القادم تحت رعاٌة األمم المتحدة وكٌف تسعى الوزٌرة الشابة الدءؤبة " ٌاسمٌن فؤاد" على االنطالق بالبٌئة المصرٌة إلى مجال أرحب وأوسع وانقى ٌلٌق بسمعة وحضارة مصر "ام الدنٌا وكل الدنٌا وست الدنٌا".....

عاصرت كل هؤالء وما زالت اعاصر ورأٌت عن قرب كٌف ٌسعى كال فى مجاله قدر المستطاع لٌضع وطنه الحبٌب مصر كما أراد لها أبنها البار "عبدالفتاح السٌسً" ان تصبح اد الدنٌا ولكنٌ..ظل للطٌران المدنى برٌق آخر وإحساس أخر برٌق ٌاخذك تحلق فى سماء وطن تحٌطه المؤامرات من كل جانب وكان الطٌران المدنى ضحٌة لتلك المؤامرات وكٌف لألسف اخترقه اإلخوان خالل السنة السؤداء التى حكموا فٌها البالد...تستشعر قٌمة شركة وطنٌة للطٌران وهى "مصر للطٌران " تجوب العالم رافعة علم مصر واسم مصر فى كل أرجاء العالم وكٌف تحٌطها المؤامرات هى األخرى من كل جانب من الطامعٌن فٌها...عرفت هناك معنى ان تغطى قطاع ٌتعلق باألمن القومى للوطن وصناعة من أدق وأخطر الصناعات وهى صناعة النقل الجوى... لتجد نفسك دون أن تشعر تحمل مسئولٌة حماٌة هذا الوطن وحماٌة أمنه وامانه مثلما ٌفعل أبناءنا وشهداءنا المرابضٌن على الحدود ٌزودا عن الوطن حاملٌن السالح من أجل توفٌر االمن واالمان لنا..وقتها فقط شعرت بالفخر إننى جندى قد لم انل شرف الجندٌة ألنى أنثى ..ولكنى شرفت ان اغطى قطاع هو امتداد طبٌعى لمؤسستنا العسكرٌة التى تحمى سماء الوطن وارضه وكل اركانه..وعاهدت نفسى ان أجعل من قلمى سالحا أدافع به عن الطٌران المدنى الذى هو جزء أصٌل من األمن القومً للوطن ضد كل من ٌحاول ان ٌشوه هذا القطاع ..ألنه ببساطة ال ٌشوه وزارة او مسئول أو حتى وزٌر او قطاع الطٌران باكمله ...ولكنه ٌشوه وٌمزق بلد تحارب من أجل أن تعٌش..لٌس ذنبها إن بعض أبناءها فاسدٌن استحلوا خٌرها وعزها ألنفسهم وصدروا الفساد للمواطنٌن وزرعوا فٌهم الٌأس واإلحباط..ولكن نور الحق والحقٌقة دائما هو من ٌنتصر فى النهاٌة ..قربت من وزراء وقٌادات بالطٌران المدنى كال منهم خدم الوطن فى مجاله وقٌادات بذلت من الجهد والعطاء بقدر ما اسعفتها اإلمكانٌات والظروف المتاحة وحققوا من االنجازات ما ٌشار له بالبنان فى عهد "وزٌر الطٌران السابق شرٌف فتحى" ..ومشروعات أخرى مستقبلٌة تسلم راٌتها قائد من أوفى الرجال وأخلص جنود األمة وهو "الفرٌق ٌونس المصرى" قائد القوات الجوٌة السابق ووزٌر الطٌران المدنى الحالى لٌستكمل ورجاله المخلصٌن حمل لواء األمانة.. أمانة حماٌة سماء مصر وأمنها القومى بالطٌران المدنى ٌواصلون اللٌل بالنهار من أجل وطن كاد أن ٌضٌع فانقذه ابناءه الشرفاء والمولى لهم خٌر معٌن ..ام الدنٌا ....إلى كل الوزراء الذٌن شرفت بالعمل معهم إلى كل المخلصٌن لهذا الوطن ..إلى الشرفاء الذٌن خدموا الوطن من أجل الوطن ولم ٌنتظروا ان ٌمجدوا او ٌخلدوا ولكن بحثوا عن رفعة وطن هو مبتغانا جمٌعا ومحتوٌنا بٌن أركانه ودروبه أمنا وامانا وحضنا دافئا..لكم جمٌعا خالص الشكر والتقدٌر والتحٌة..وإلى الفرٌق ٌونس المصرى..كان هللا فً عونك فالطٌران المدنى حمله ثقٌل ألنه ٌتعلق باألمن القومى الداخلى وبعالقات عالمٌة ومنظمات دولٌة ومؤامرات تحاك ضده وضد الوطن بالداخل والخارج ولكنك بفضل آهلل قادر على حمل األمانة..وإلى كل أبناء مصر..مصر وطن ٌستحق ان نحمٌه ونصونه ونذوب فٌه شوقا وعشقا "النها ببساطة..أم الدنٌا..وعلٌنا ان نجعلها "أد الدنٌا .

قامت شركة مصر للطٌران للشحن الجوي بتكرٌم وكالء الشحن المتعاملٌن معها بمملكة تاٌالند بحضور معالً سفٌرة جمهورٌة مصر العربٌة السٌدة /لٌلً بهاء الدٌن اٌمانا ٌدور وكالء الشحن بإقلٌم تاٌالند فً زٌادة اٌرادات اإلقلٌم و قام الطٌار باسم جوهر رئٌس مجلس ادارة شركة مصر للطٌران للشحن الجوي وهشام علٌوة رئٌس قطاع البضائع وبالتنسٌق مع وكٌل عام مبٌعات بمملكة تاٌالند شركة The Cargo Flights Co., Ltdبتكرٌم وكالء الشحن تقدٌرا للدور الذي ٌقومون به فً زٌادة حجم الشحنات وزٌادة اٌرادات الشركة باإلقلٌم . هذا وقد قام جوهر باستعراض أنشطة الشركة بتقدٌم عرض تقدمً عن أنشطة الشركة و الخطط المستقبلٌة للتطوٌر والمتمثلة فً تطوٌر أسطول الشحن الجوي وكذا زٌادة السعة التخزٌنٌة داخل مجمع بضائع القاهرة حٌث أوضح بأنه جاري إنضمام ثالث طائرات من طراز AB330/200والجاري تحوٌلهم من طائرات ركاب الً بضائع حٌث تم استالم اول طائرة وسوف ٌتم التشغٌل المخطط لها ٌوم 23من الشهر الجاري وسوف ٌتم إستالم الطائرة الثانٌة خالل شهر نوفمبر القادم والثالثة خالل عام 2019كما انه سوف ٌتم تحوٌل ثالث طائرات ذات السعة الصغٌرة من طراز B737/800بحلول عام 2020وفٌما ٌتعلق بزٌادة السعة التخزٌنٌة فجاري العمل علً زٌادة المساحة التخزٌنٌة وعمل امتداد للمخازن باتجاه مهبط الطائرات وإنشاء مخازن نوعٌة الستٌعاب الزٌادة المتوقعة مع تشغٌل طائرات الشحن الجاري انضمامها لإلسطول . وفًِ نهاٌة الحفل قام جوهر بدعوة سفٌرة جمهورٌة مصر العربٌة بمملكة تاٌالند السٌدة /لٌلً بهاء الدٌن للمشاركة فً إختٌار بعض الفائزٌن من وكالء الشحن بتذاكر السفر المجانٌة علً خطوط شركة مصر للطٌران الجوٌة الً القاهرة . كما تم تقدٌم بعض الهداٌا التذكارٌة للوكالء.

Airbus A330-900 Gains EASA Certification
The Airbus A330-900 has received type certification from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), clearing it for first delivery to launch customer TAP Air Portugal, the European airframer announced Wednesday. TAP’s first aircraft served as a demonstrator for route proving, during which it visited 12 countries. Including the two A330-900 flight-test aircraft, the certification campaign logged some 1,400 hours in the air since first flight on October 19, 2017. Carrying an Airspace by Airbus cabin and powered by RollsRoyce Trent 7000 engines, the A330neo family consists of the A330-900 and the smaller A330-800, scheduled to make its first flight in “the coming weeks.” Airbus launched the A330-900 and -800 simultaneously in July 2014. The company stresses the negligible extra cost of developing the smaller -800 due to the fact that the variants share 99 percent commonality. Fuel efficiency benefits come from a switch from the A330’s Rolls-Royce Trent 700 to the new Trent 7000, the addition of sharklet wingtip devices and the use of composite nacelles. Primarily as a result of those changes, both the A330-900neo and its smaller sibling, the A330-800neo (based on the A330-200), deliver a claimed fuelburn improvement of some 25 percent over older generation aircraft of a similar size. While the fuselages remain unchanged, Airbus specifications show 10 more passenger seats, giving the -900neo a three-class capacity of 287 and the -800neo a capacity of 257.

To improve the A330neo’s attractiveness and accommodate demands from several unidentified customers, Airbus offers the aircraft with an increased maximum takeoff weight of 251 metric tons, up from 242 metric tons, enabling what it calls “true long-haul widebody operations.” The A330-800, at 251 metric tons, can fly up to 8,150 nm with full passenger load in a three-class configuration, while the A330-900 flies as far as 7,200 nm fully loaded, or another 650 nm compared to the respective standard A330neo variants. Airbus offers the higher mtow A330neo as an option and expects EIS in 2020. Firm orders for the A330-900 now stand at 224, while the A330-800 lost its sole remaining customer in May, when Hawaiian Airlines canceled its order for six airplanes. United Continental Holdings has announced that it will move its stock exchange listing from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The parent firm of United Airlines (UA, Chicago O'Hare) said in a statement last week that it expects its common stock to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Friday, September 7, and will continue to be listed under the ticker symbol "UAL". "We look forward to our future partnership with Nasdaq. Their highly respected trading platform and marketing initiatives offer the most cost-effective listing alternative and support our work to deliver on our cost targets," Gerry Laderman, EVP and CFO of UAL, added. AN 11-month-old baby died shortly after disembarking a Qatar Airways flight today. Baby Arnav Varma was travelling with his parents from Doha to Hyderabad, in India, when he started to struggle with his breathing. An 11-month-old baby died on board a Qatar Airways flight (stock image) Soon after landing in Hyderabad, Arnav was taken to Apollo Medical Centre at the airport, the airline said. He was declared dead on arrival. The baby had a US passport, it was reported. His father, Anil Varma, holds an Indian passport. A spokesman for Qatar Airways told Sun Online: "We can confirm that there was no medical emergency declared on board flight QR500 from Doha to Hyderabad. "The passengers disembarked at which point the family approached ground handling staff at Hyderabad International Airport to report that their infant was unwell. "We send our sincere condolences to the affected family." Last week the airline reported a £50m loss over a 12-month period as it struggled to cope with the trade and diplomatic boycott imposed by Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

South African Airways denies sell-off reports; confident of turnaround
South African Airways (SAA) has dismissed local media reports that it plans to sell off parts of its business to raise funds after banks declined to loan the cash-strapped airline more money. Reports in a South African newspaper had suggested the airline’s cargo operations and catering business, Air Chefs, had been earmarked for sale. State-owned SAA has been in financial difficulties for some years and has only survived through several infusions of cash from the government. “It is not true that we have decided to dispose of some of our assets based on the fact that the banks are reluctant to lend more money to SAA,” an airline spokesman told ATW. “We still have guarantees available to us and [have] managed to extend the maturity date of existing loans to end of March 2019. “While the time may be limited, the shareholder [the government] still has a window of opportunities to work with us to find solutions to our capital requirements. For assets to be disposed, there are certain legislative requirements which must be dispensed with for shareholder approval to be met. Claims made in the media are unsubstantiated and have ignored the realities and compliance requirements that must be satisfied.”

apex.aero Panasonic Avionics Secures IFEC Deals With EgyptAir and Uzbekistan Airways Panasonic Avionics Corporation (PAC) announced today that it will provide in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) solutions to EgyptAir and Uzbekistan Airways. EgyptAir has selected PAC’s X Series IFEC platform for its new fleet of 15 Airbus A320neos. The first aircraft is scheduled for delivery in 2020 and will come linefit with satellite connectivity. Business class will feature 13-inch HD personal screens, video handsets and in-seat power. In economy class, each passenger will have a 10-inch HD screen incorporating a USB power outlet, with charging facilities at each seat group. The airline has also selected OneMedia, PAC’s advertising platform, to target onboard ad campaigns by categories including seat class, flight destination, origin city, content categories and languages. “Today’s announcement deepens our longstanding partnership with EgyptAir, and follows our agreement with this valued customer earlier this year to provide IFEC solutions for its new wide-body fleet,” said Hideo Nakano, CEO of Panasonic Avionics Corporation. PAC has also secured a deal with Uzbekistan Airways to supply X-Series IFEC on board three upcoming Boeing 787-8 and two Airbus A320neo aircraft. In addition, PAC’s connectivity services will be retrofitted to three of the airline’s existing Boeing 787-8s. Passengers travelling on Uzbekistan Airways’ new Boeing 787-8 and A320neo aircraft will experience a personalized in-flight entertainment experience, with HD screens and high power USB charging facilities at each seat, audio and video entertainment on demand and capacitive multi-touch screens. The airline’s new aircraft will also be fitted with PAC’s inflight WiFi service, which offers bandwidth up to twenty times greater than previously available.
