كتب أحمد حمادة تواصل شركة مصر للطٌران ،الٌوم الخمٌس ،تسٌٌر جسرها الجوى القادم من المملكة العربٌة السعودٌة لنقل حجاج بٌت هللا الحرام بعد أداء المناسك ،حٌث من المقرر أن تسٌٌر الشركة 20رحلة قادمة من المدٌنة وجدة.
وقالت مصادر بالشركة ،إنه من المقرر نقل 4040حاجا من جدة والمدٌنة على متن 20 رحلة ،مشٌرة إلى أنه من المقرر تسٌٌر 11رحلة جوٌة قادمة من جدة ،بٌنها رحلتان بماكو لنقل 2155حاجاً ،و 9وحالت جوٌة من المدٌنة المنورة لنقل 1885حاجا ً من حجاج القرعة والتضامن والبعثات والترانزٌت والعمل. الجدٌر بالذكر ،أن مطار القاهرة الدولى استقبل أمس األربعاء 24 ،رحلة من جدة والمدٌنة لنقل 5210حاجا من بٌنها ،رحلتان جوٌتان لنقل حجاج بماكو من جدة إلى القاهرة ،حٌث تسٌر 14 رحلة جوٌة من جدة لنقل 2730حاجا ً و 10رحالت جوٌة من المدٌنة المنورة لنقل 2480حاجا ً من حجاج القرعة والتضامن والترانزٌت وحج أفراد وأجانب وعمل.

صور..مصر للطٌران تكرم أوائل الجمهورٌة فى الثانوٌة العامة برحلة إلى مٌالنو كتبت رحاب نبٌل فى إطار توجٌهات الفرٌق ٌونس المصرى وزٌر الطٌران المدنى ،غادر مطار القاهرة الدولى صباح الٌوم األربعاء على متن رحلة مصر للطٌران رقم MS 705المتجهة إلى مٌالنو بإٌطالٌا 60طالبا ً من أوائل الثانوٌة العامة على مستوى الجمهورٌة فٌما ٌعرف برحلة العمر التى تشارك فى تنظمٌها مصرللطٌران سنوٌا ألوائل الطلبة ،وذلك حرصا منها على تشجٌعهم على المزٌد من النجاح والتفوق فى حٌاتهم العلمٌة ..صرح بذلك الطٌار أحمد عادل رئٌس الشركة القابضة لمصر للطٌران.

2 وأضاف عادل اعتادت الشركة الوطنٌة على رعاٌة رحلة أوائل الجمهورٌة منذ سنوات عدٌدة من خالل منحهم تذاكر سفر مجانٌة لزٌارة عدد من المدن والمعالم السٌاحٌة حول العالم وهذا العام قدمت مصر للطٌران تذاكر مجانٌة لـ 60طالبا من ألوائل الجمهورٌة لزٌارة عدة مدن أوروبٌة ،تبدأ بزٌارة مٌالنو. وقال الطٌار شرٌف عزت رئٌس شركة مصر للطٌران للخطوط الجوٌة ٌقوم بتنظٌم رحلة العمر أٌضا قطاع الكرنك للسٌاحة التابع لشركة مصر للطٌران للخطوط الجوٌة هذا العام ولٌست المرة األولى ،من حٌث اإلقامة واالنتقاالت والوجبات فى المدن التى سٌزورها الطلبة وتقدم الطلبة ومشرفى الرحلة بالشكر والتقدٌر للشركة الوطنٌة على هذه المبادرة الطٌبة التى تأتى ضمن برامج المسئولٌة المجتمعٌة التى تولٌها الشركة اهتماما ً بالغا. وكان فى وداع الطلبة بمطار القاهرة العالقات العامة والدعاٌة واإلعالم والمحطة بمصر للطٌران والذٌن قاموا بإنهاء إجراءات سفر الطلبة ومشرفى الرحلة بالتنسٌق مع العالقات العامة واإلعالم بشركة مٌناء القاهرة الجوى ،وتم استقبالهم بصالة الخدمة الممٌزة بمطار القاهرة.

"مصر للطٌران" تطلق خطا جدٌدا بٌن القاهرة وهونج كونج فً 18 سبتمبر
كتبت -أمٌرة الجندي: قال أبو المعاطً شعراوي ،المستشار السٌاحً لمصر لدى الصٌن ،إن شركة مصر للطٌران تستعد إلطالق خط طٌران جدٌد بٌن القاهرة وهونج كونك فً 18ستمبر الجاري. وأضاف شعراوي ،فً تصرٌح لمصراوي ،أنه تمت الموافقة على افتتاح خط آخر نهاٌة أكتوبر المقبل بٌن تشنجدو والقاهرة بواقع رحلتٌن أسبوع ًٌا. وتسٌر شركة مصر للطٌران ،رحلتٌن أسبوعٌا إلى هونج كونج عبر بانكوك. وبحسب شعراوي ،تعد مصر فً المركز األولً من حٌث أكثر الدول تفضٌال لدي السائح الصٌنً ،وأن مصر جاءت فً المركز السادس كأكثر الوجهات المفضلة لدي السائح الصٌنً على مستوى العالم. ورفض شعراوي التصرٌح بأعداد السٌاح الصٌنٌٌن الوافدة إلى مصر خالل النصف األول من العام الجاري. وبلغ عدد السائحٌن الوافدٌن إلى مصر من الصٌن 300ألف سائح فً العام الماضً ،بزٌادة بنحو %150خالل عامٌن ،حٌث كانت أعداد هذه السٌاحة ال تتخطً 120ألف فً .2015

تأخر إقالع 4رحالت دولٌة من مطار القاهرة نورهان خفاجً شهد مطار القاهرة الدولً ،الٌوم األربعاء ،تأخر إقالع 4رحالت جوٌة دولٌة بسبب األعطال الفنٌة وأعمال الصٌانة وظروف التشغٌل.
وقالت مصادر مالحٌة بالمطار ،إن المطار شهد تأخر إقالع رحلتً الخطوط الجوٌة السعودٌة رقم 318والمتجهة إلى المدٌنة المنورة ،ورحلة رقم 300المتجهة إلى جدة ،ورحلة الخطوط الجوٌة العمانٌة رقم 504المتجهة إلى عمان ،ورحلة شركة فالي ناس رقم 264المتجهة إلى الرٌاض ،بسبب األعطال الفنٌة واعمال الصٌانة وظروف التشغٌل. فٌما تشهد رحالت شركة مصر للطٌران ،حالة من االنتظام وفقا للمواعٌد المقررة لها بجدول التشغٌل ،دون أي تأخٌرات.

استئناف حركة المالحة الجوٌة بمطار أسوان الدولى وإقالع رحلتٌن للقاهرة أسوان – عبد هللا صالح استأنفت مرة أخرى حركة المالحة الجوٌة بمطار أسوان الدولى ،منذ قلٌل ،بعد إقالع رحلة واستعداد األخرى لإلقالع أٌضاً ،وسط الشبورة الترابٌة التى غطت سماء محافظة أسوان منذ مساء أمس الثالثاء. وغادرت الرحلة األولى رقم 392من مطار أسوان الدولى فى طرٌقها لمطار القاهرة الدولى ،فى تمام الساعة الحادٌة عشرة صباحاً ،بعد أن تعطلت الرحلة نحو 12ساعة ووصلت مطار أسوان قادمة من مطار القاهرة فى تمام الساعة 10:56مساء أمس. بٌنما تستعد الرحلة الثانٌة للوصول إلى مطار أسوان قادمة من القاهرة ،فى تمام الساعة الواحدة ظهراً ،ثم تغادر من مطار أسوان الدولى فى تمام الساعة الواحدة والنصف ظهراً. وكانت محافظة أسوان شهدت مساء أمس الثالثاء ،توقف حركة المالحة الجوٌة بسبب الطقس السٌئ والشبورة الترابٌة التى غطت سماء أسوان ،كما توقفت حركة الطرق السرٌعة والصحراوٌة باستثناء الطرٌق الزراعى ،ثم تم إعادة فتح الطرٌق الصحراوى "أسوان القاهرة" وطرٌق "أبوسمبل" الدولى صباح الٌوم األربعاء.
فى حٌن ال تزال حركة المالحة النهرٌة متوقفة جزئٌا ً بمجرى نهر النٌل ،ووقف حركة الرحالت من أسوان إلى األقصر ،واستقبال الرحالت العالقة فقط من األقصر فى طرٌقها ألسوان.

صور ..إصابة 100راكب بوعكة صحٌة على رحلة لطٌران اإلمارات من دبى إلى نٌوٌورك أفادت تقارٌر إعالمٌة محلٌة بأن نحو 100راكب أصٌبوا ،الٌوم األربعاء ،بوعكة صحٌة على متن طائرة تابعة لشركة طٌران اإلمارات فى رحلة من دبى إلى نٌوٌورك مما أدى إلى نقل الطائرة للحجر الصحى. كما اعلنت السلطات الصحٌة المحلٌة انها اجرت الكشف على الركاب المتوعكٌن وسٌتم توفٌر الرعاٌة الطبٌة لمن ٌحتاجون لها وقالت تقارٌر لمحطة تلفزٌونٌة تابعة لشبكة (إن.بى.سى) إن الرحلة رقم 203كانت تقل نحو 500راكب وهبطت فى مطار جون إف .كنٌدى بعد الساعة التاسعة صباحا بتوقٌت شرق الوالٌات المتحدة . وٌوجد مسؤولون من الشرطة ومن المراكز األمرٌكٌة لمكافحة األمراض والوقاٌة منها فى المكان ولكن لم ٌردوا على طلبات للتعلٌق.

طٌران اإلمارات تكشف ما حدث خالل رحلة نٌوٌورك قالت شركة "طٌران اإلمارات" ،الٌوم األربعاء ،إن جمٌع ركاب رحلتها "إي كٌه "203قد غادروا الطائرة بسالم ،بعد أن أصٌب 10ركاب على تلك الرحلة بوعكة صحٌة. وأكدت الشركة اإلماراتٌة ،أن السلطات المختصة فً مطار جٌه إف كٌه أخضعت جمٌع الركاب للفحص الطبً ،وقد نقل 3ركاب و 7من أفراد طاقم الطائرة إلى المستشفى إلخضاعهم لفحوص إضافٌة ،وتقدٌم العالج لهم ،بٌنما خضع 9ركاب آخرٌن لفحوص إضافٌة فً موقع الطائرة قبل أن ٌسمح لهم بالمغادرة. وأضافت الشركة" ،توجه بقٌة الركاب بعد ذلك إلى خارج المطار مرورا بالهجرة والجمارك ،وقد أبدى أفراد طاقم الطائرة وموظفونا األرضٌون كل تعاون مع السلطات خالل عملٌة فحص الركاب على متن الطائرة ،التً تسلمها اآلن موظفو طٌران اإلمارات". وتابعت الشركة ،أنه "نظرا لتطورات الرحلة ،فإن رحلة العودة إي كٌه 204من جٌه إف كٌه إلى دبً سوف تتأخر 3ساعات ،وسوف تقوم طٌران اإلمارات بمساعدة الركاب الذٌن سٌتابعون سفرهم عبر دبً عند الوصول وتوفٌر حجوزات بدٌلة لهم واعتذرت الشركة لركابها" ،إذ تعتذر طٌران اإلمارات لعمالئها عن أي إزعاج ،فإنها تؤكد أن سالمة ركابها وأفراد أطقمها تحتل دوما قمة أولوٌاتها". وكانت أعلنت شركة طٌران اإلمارات ،الٌوم األربعاء ،أن 10من ركاب إحدى رحالتها المتجهة إلى مدٌنة نٌوٌورك األمرٌكٌة ،أصٌبوا بوعكة صحٌة. وذكرت الشركة عبر حسابها على "توٌتر" أن "طٌران اإلمارات تؤكد أن نحو 10من ركاب الرحلة "إي كٌه "203من دبً إلى نٌوٌورك أصٌبوا بإعٌاء" ،مشٌرة إلى أنه "فور وصولهم، وكإجراء احترازي ،قامت السلطات الصحٌة المحلٌة باستالمهم ،فٌما سٌتم إنزال اآلخرٌن بعد وقت قصٌر" ،وذلك قبل أن تؤكد سالمة الجمٌع.

ً رسمٌا ..طٌران السعودٌة ٌتسلم رخصة تقدٌم خدمات أرضٌة تسلم “طٌران السعودٌة الخاص” () ،SPAالذراع االستثمارٌة للطٌران الخاص بالمؤسسة العامة للخطوط الجوٌة العربٌة السعودٌة ،ترخٌص الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً ( GACARS )151وهو أحد أجزاء أنظمة الطٌران التً تنظم العمل فً مجال الخدمات األرضٌة عن طرٌق معاٌٌر خاصة ٌجب استٌفاؤها من قبل الشركات التً تعمل فً مجال الطٌران داخل المملكة. جاء ذلك خالل الحفل الذي نظمه ‖طٌران السعودٌة الخاص― لهذه المناسبة بفندق هٌلتون جدة ٌوم الثالثاء 24ذي الحجة 1439هـ الموافق 4سبتمبر 2018م ،بحضور مساعد رئٌس الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً لمعاٌٌر الطٌران ٌاسر بن منصور المعٌوف والرئٌس التنفٌذي التحاد الطٌران الخاص فً الشرق األوسط وشمال إفرٌقٌا علً بن أحمد النقبً والرئٌس التنفٌذي لطٌران السعودٌة الخاص الدكتور فهد بن إبراهٌم الجربوع وعدد من التنفٌذٌٌن بالخطوط السعودٌة. وأعرب الرئٌس التنفٌذي لطٌران السعودٌة الخاص الدكتور فهد الجربوع فً كلمة استهلها عن ً ومشٌرا إلى أن حصول ‖طٌران السعودٌة ترحٌبه بالحضور ،مقد ًما لهم الشكر على حضورهم، الخاص― على ترخٌص الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً كمشغل خدمات أرضٌة جاء بعد استئنافها لجمٌع المتطلبات البشرٌة والتقنٌة فً اللوائح التنفٌذٌة لهٌئة الطٌران المدنً حٌث عمل الطٌران الخاص على تهٌئة موظفٌها حاملً األعمدة من ذوي الخبرات والكفاءة للعمل وفق تخصصاتهم مع مراعاة تطبٌق جمٌع األنظمة الخاصة بالطٌران المدنً ،إلى جانب إعداد األدلة المرجعٌة كدلٌل التشغٌل العام ودلٌل التدرٌب ودلٌل الجودة والسالمة لتكون مطابقة لألنظمة واإلجراءات فً األدلة لمعاٌٌر الطٌران المدنً والمعاٌٌر الدولٌة. وفً نهاٌة الحفل سّلم مساعد رئٌس الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً لمعاٌٌر الطٌران ٌاسر المعٌوف للرئٌس التنفٌذي لطٌران السعودٌة الخاص الدكتور فهد الجربوع ترخٌص الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً ( )GACARS 151لمشغل الخدمات األرضٌة ،وبذلك ٌكون ‖طٌران السعودٌة الخاص― رابع شركة على مستوي المملكة ٌحصل على ترخٌص الهٌئة العامة للطٌران المدنً (GACARS 151). الجدٌر بالذكر أن طٌران السعودٌة الخاص ٌملك ( )10طائرات من طراز FALCON 7X ،HAWKER 400XPإلى جانب طائرات ‖البٌرق― التً ٌتم تشغٌلهم عبر صاالت طٌران السعودٌة الخاص فً الرٌاض وجدة والمدٌنة المنورة والدمام.

مطار بٌروت ٌشكو االزدحام واستمراره بالعمل أشبه بمعجزة اعتذر وزٌر األشغال فً الحكومة المستقٌلة ٌوسف فنٌانوس من المسافرٌن ذهابا ً وإٌابا ً عبر مطار رفٌق الحرٌري الدولً فً بٌروت نتٌجة االزدحام الشدٌد خالل الشهر الماضً وأعلن «أنه والمدٌرٌة العامة للطٌران المدنً لٌسا مسؤولٌن عما ٌجري». ولم ٌحدد فنٌانوس المسؤو َل عما ٌتعرض له الركاب ،فالتذمر من الفوضى واالزدحام الذي شهده المطار طوال الشهر الماضً ،وفً األٌام األولى من هذا الشهر ،مع وصول عدد الرحالت إلى ذروته ،احت َّل مواقع التواصل االجتماعً ونشرات األخبار ،وسط تراشق سٌاسً حاد واتهامات متبادلة بالفساد ،على اعتبار أن وزارة األشغال المسؤولة عن المطار هً وزارة «دسمة»، وتشوٌه سمعة الوزٌر الحالً فنٌانوس (من تٌار «المردة» الذي ٌرأسه سلٌمان فرنجٌه) من جانب خصومه السٌاسٌٌن له أهمٌته فً الصراع على الوزارات الخدماتٌة بٌن األطراف الطامحة لدخول الحكومة العتٌدة. والر َّكاب طبعا ً هم من ٌدفع الثمنٌ .قول أحدهم لـ«الشرق األوسط» إن «الوقت الذي استهلكه لإلجراءات ٌكاد ٌقارب الوقت الذي استغرقته الرحلة للوصول إلى دبً» .وأضاف« :قسّم األمنٌون صفوف المسافرٌن بالعرض ما تسبب بتدافعهم عوضا ً عن تنظٌمها بالطول لٌمر الواحد تلو اآلخر .كما أن الفوضى تبدأ من الشارع وزحمة السٌر تمتد بضعة كٌلومترات ،ألن الناس تتوقف فً وسط الطرٌق لٌنزل المسافرون وشرطً السٌر ال ٌفعل شٌئا ً .وال توجد عربات تكفً لنقل الحقائب ،وعند ماكٌنة التفتٌش باألشعة ال ٌوجد ما نضع فٌه األغراض الصغٌرة .غالبٌة (الكانتوارات) كانت فارغة فً حٌن أن االزدحام أكثر من خانق على صف الذٌن ٌرٌدون تسلٌم حقائبهم .كما أن األوامر للمسافرٌن جاءت متناقضة ،وكأن صراعا ً ٌدور بٌن تعلٌمات األمن الداخلً واألمن العام والجمارك .كان موعد الرحلة عند السابعة والنصف .ونحن لم نتمكن من إنهاء المعامالت والوصول إلى الطائرة إال عند الساعة السابعة والنصف .استغرقت العملٌة نحو ثالث ساعات لم نلتقط أنفاسنا خاللها».

2 وال ٌقتصر األمر على االزدحام الذي ٌمكن رصده بالعٌن المجردة ،فالمطار ٌعانً من مشكالت تجعل استمرار مرافقه بالعمل أشبه بالمعجزة .فاألزمة التً ٌشهدها متعددة الوجوه .والسبب كما ٌقول مسؤول فً المطار لـ«الشرق األوسط» إن «هذا المرفق كغٌره من إدارات الدولة اللبنانٌة ٌعانً من الفساد والطائفٌة والمحاصصة والروتٌن اإلداري» .وأشار إلى «تفاقم أزمة طاقة االستٌعاب مع بداٌة الحرب السورٌة نظراً العتماد السورٌٌن مطار بٌروت .ولوال اآلفات الموجودة لكان جرى تلزٌم توسعة مطار بٌروت لٌستوعب أكثر من ستة مالٌٌن راكب سنوٌا ً كما هو مصمم حالٌا ً .أو ٌصار إلى تأهٌل مطار القلٌعات فً شمال لبنان لٌصبح مدنٌا ً وٌخفف الضغط عن مطار بٌروت». وٌقول رئٌس مجلس اإلدارة والمدٌر العام لـ« «Measالنائب السابق غازي ٌوسف لـ«الشرق األوسط»« :نحن كشركة مسؤولة عن الصٌانة نقوم بدورنا على أكمل وجه .لكن بعض المعدات تجاوزت عمرها المكفول ،لذا هً ال تعمل .والسبب عدم وجود اعتمادات إلصالحها أو استبدالها .وقد اضطررنا قبل عامٌن إلى تركٌب مكٌفات من حساب الشركة الخاص .من المفروض أن تؤمن وزارتا اإلشغال والمالٌة اعتماداتنا .لكننا ال نقبض منها شٌئا ً .نحن نقدم الفواتٌر للجهات الرسمٌة المختصة التً ال تدفع .وسبب عدم تأمٌن االعتمادات ٌعود إلى أننا حالٌا ً خارج العقد ،وموجودون بفعل االستمرارٌة .هناك عمل ال ٌمكن أن ٌتوقف .نحن فً وضع مقفل ال حلول له». وٌشٌر ٌوسف إلى أن «هناك مرافق مهددة بالتعطٌل الدائم فً المطار ومنها ما وضع فً االستخدام منذ عام 1994وٌجب استبداله ،لكن الجواب دائما ً ال اعتمادات ،وحاجتنا تقارب 80ملٌون دوالر سنوٌا ً». وٌستغرب ٌوسف كٌف أن «المطار الذي ٌضخ فً خزٌنة الدولة 300ملٌار دوالر سنوٌا ً مرصودة له اعتمادات ال تتجاوز 18ملٌاراً .مع أن تكالٌف الصٌانة والتطوٌر تتطلب أكثر من ذلك بكثٌر .لكن ال أحد ٌحاسب». وٌنفى ٌوسف أي فساد أو سرقة أو هدر لألموال .وٌشٌر إلى أن «الشركة تقاوم منذ سنٌن ،وذلك بفضل شركة طٌران الشرق األوسط ومصرف لبنان لتأمٌن ما ٌلزمنا بمعزل عن الجهات المفروض أن تمولنا. ٌمكن القول إن المطار فً غرفة إنعاش بفضلهما» .وٌؤكد أن «الشركة ستبقى تتحمل مسؤولٌاتها. هناك أمور كثٌرة ال ٌالحظها المسافرون لكنها أساسٌة وحٌوٌة لعمل المطار ،فإذا انقطعت الكهرباء تحصل مصٌبة .نحن حدثنا الجسور للطائرات حتى ٌمر المسافرون عبرها إلى الداخل ،وال ٌمكن التساهل أو إهمال هذا األمر وإال فإن لدٌنا كوارث». وٌوضح المسؤول أن «نوعٌة تجهٌزات المطار وطاقتها عند إنشائه كانت كافٌة لخدمته بشكل جٌد جداً ولربع قرن من الزمن على األقل .وال ننسى أن الشركات التً أسهمت فً اإلنشاء من مستشارٌن ومقاولٌن ومصنعٌن هً من الشركات الرائدة فً مجالها.

أكبر شركة طٌران ٌونانٌة توقف رحالتها إلى إٌران ال تزال العقوبات األمرٌكٌة المفروضة على إٌران تؤثر بشكل سلبً على قطاع الطٌران فً البالد ،وكادت تصٌبه بالشلل؛ ال سٌما بعد إعالن عدة خطوط طٌران وقف رحالتها الجوٌة إلى البالد. والثالثاء ،أعلنت شركة الخطوط الجوٌة الٌونانٌة "إٌجة" ،أنها تعتزم إلغاء رحلتها الوحٌدة إلى إٌران ،لتنضم إلى قائمة تضم عدة خطوط جوٌة أوقفت رحالتها ،حسب موقع "ذا بوٌتنس جاي" الذي ٌغطً أخبار الطٌران. وأشار الموقع إلى أن شركة الطٌران األكبر فً البالد ستنهً جمٌع الخدمات بٌن أثٌنا وطهران فً 11أكتوبر/تشرٌن األول المقبل؛ حٌث كانت تتجه 3طائرات طراز "إٌرباص إٌه "320ثالث مرات أسبوعٌا ً إلى العاصمة اإلٌرانٌة. وانضمت الخطوط الٌونانٌة إلى شركات "طٌران آسٌا إكس" ،وطٌران أستانة ،وطٌران فرنسا، والخطوط البرٌطانٌة ،وطٌران االتحاد اإلماراتً ،والخطوط الجوٌة التاٌالندٌة فً إلغاء رحالتها إلى إٌران. وأشارت الشركة العضو فً "ستار آالٌنز" أول وأكبر تحالف طٌران فً العالم إلى العقوبات ً مؤخرا ،والجولة الثانٌة التً ستدخل حٌز التنفٌذ فً األمرٌكٌة التً دخلت حٌز التنفٌذ نوفمبر/تشرٌن الثانً ،التً تقٌد التعامالت المصرفٌة والعمالت مع إٌران. وقالت الوالٌات المتحدة إنها ستعاقب أي شركة أمرٌكٌة أو أجنبٌة تواصل التعامل مع إٌران ،ما دفع شركات الطٌران والفنادق وغٌرها من الشركات إلى قطع عالقاتها مع البالد. وقالت شركة الطٌران ،إن الركاب الذٌن اشتروا بالفعل تذاكر سفر على متن رحالت إلى طهران تغادر بعد 11أكتوبر ٌمكنهم إلغاؤها مقابل استرداد كامل المبلغ. فً السٌاق ،اضطرت شركة "إٌرباص" ،وبوٌنج إلى إلغاء طلبٌات لشراء الطائرات بقٌمة ملٌارات الدوالرات بسبب العقوبات األمرٌكٌة. وكان هنري هارتبلٌد ،مؤسس شركة أتوموسفٌر لألبحاث فً قطاع السفر قال فً تصرٌحات لصحٌفة "نٌوٌورك تاٌمز" فً أغسطس/آب" :ال شك فً أن العقوبات االقتصادٌة التً فرضت على إٌران تؤثر على اقتصادها ،وتحد من قدرة بعض الشركات على القٌام بأعمال هناك". وأضاف" :لذلك أنا واثق من أن هناك تراجعا ً حاداً فً حركة المرور (الجوٌة) سواء القادمة من إٌران باإلضافة إلى حركة المرور من أوروبا وغٌرها من النقاط الدولٌة ،بما فً ذلك الوالٌات المتحدة ،والذهاب إلى إٌران

الكوٌت توقف شركة طٌران عن العمل لمدة 3أشهر قررت الكوٌت الٌوم االربعاء تعلٌق رخصة المشغل الجوي لشركة خطوط طٌران الوطنٌة لمدة ثالثة أشهر بعد إلغاء العدٌد من رحالتها. وقالت وزٌر الدولة لشؤون اإلسكان ووزٌر الدولة لشؤون الخدمات الكوٌتٌة الدكتورة جنان بوشهري الٌوم إن التعلٌق سٌكون كلٌا. وكانت إدارة الطٌران المدنً قد هددت الشركة بتعلٌق عملها وإلغاء ترخصٌها فً حال لم تعدل أوضاعها قبل الخامس من سبتمبر الجاري . وأعلنت الشركة اول أمس عن توقف تشغٌلها بشكل مؤقت لحٌن حل أزمة نقص الطائرات لدٌها. وسبق للشركة أن أعلنت إفالسها عقب األزمة المالٌة العالمٌة قبل خمس سنوات ،ثم عادت للتشغٌل منذ نحو سنة تقرٌباً ،وقد واجهت وضعا ً صعبا ً فً األسابٌع األخٌرة بسبب إلغاء رحالتها . ونقلت وكالة األنباء الكوٌتٌة (كونا) الٌوم عن الوزٌرة بوشهري قولها إن قرار (الطٌران المدنً) بتعلٌق كلً لرخصة (الخطوط الوطنٌة) لمدة ثالثة شهور ٌعتبر نافذا من صباح غد وذلك بعد انتهاء مدة اإلنذار النهائً الذي وجه للشركة بتارٌخ 25أغسطس الماضً. وأضافت أن "(الخطوط الوطنٌة) لم تحرز أي تقدم ملموس نحو تحسٌن خدماتها الجوٌة وادخال اصالحات فورٌة لعملٌاتها التشغٌلٌة مما كان له أثرا سلبٌا على حركة الطٌران محلٌا وسمعة الكوٌت خارجٌا واإلضرار بمصالح المسافرٌن". وأكدت حرص (إدارة الطٌران المدنً) على اتباع اإلجراءات القانونٌة السلٌمة تجاه (الخطوط الوطنٌة) والتدرج فً توجٌه التنبٌهات على أدائها واعطاء إدارتها أكثر من فرصة على أمل التعاون لما فٌه مصلحة النقل الجوي فً الدولة وحفظ حقوق المسافرٌن. وأشارت الى أن ادارة الطٌران المدنً سعت جاهدة للوقوف بجانب (الخطوط الوطنٌة) خالل أزمتها اال أن النتائج لم تكن مرضٌة وال تحقق اشتراطات استمرار رخصة المشغل الجوي مما استوجب معه تعلٌقها. وأوضحت أن (إدارةالطٌران المدنً) حملت (الخطوط الوطنٌة) كل التكالٌف التً ترتبت على عودة المسافرٌن عبر الخطوط الجوٌة الكوٌتٌة أو أي خطوط طٌران أخرى باإلضافة الى تكالٌف إقامتهم الى حٌن ترتٌب عودتهم للبالد ،مؤكدة أن الحقوق القانونٌة والمالٌة محفوظة سواء للدولة أو المسافرٌن. ولفتت بوشهري الى أن ( إدارة الطٌران المدنً) ستبحث مع (الخطوط الكوٌتٌة) رغبتها فً الحصول على محطات الشبكة التشغٌلٌة التً كانت مخصصة للخطوط الوطنٌة ،مبٌنة أن اإلدارة تسعى للحفاظ على تلك المحطات واستمرارٌة تشغٌل الرحالت من الكوٌت وإلٌها.

Luxor receives 1st direct charter flight from Heathrow Airport Luxor received the first charter direct flight from the Heathrow Airport on Monday. Major-General Hesham Issa, the director of Luxor International Airport, said on Tuesday that EgyptAir Flight no. 762 carrying 120 Briton tourists arrived late Monday in Luxor. Issa manifested the British tourists are planning to visit sites in the West and East banks, in addition to the landmarks in the city of Luxor. "Dozens of tourism experts and leading figures of tourist companies in Luxor welcomed the British tourists at the airport," said Issa.
"EgyptAir flight no. (761) flied from Luxor Airport to the Heathrow Airport in London with 130 Britons on broad," added Issa. He stressed many direct and charter flights were resumed from and to foreign cities, with hundreds of tourists on board to visit Luxor. In August, a newly-discovered sphinx was found during the development of Al-Kabbash Road project. General Director of Luxor Antiquities Mohamed Abdel Aziz remarked that the ministry is currently working on lifting the statue, as it cannot be extracted directly from its place due to the nature of the environment it is in.

In the same context, Bassam al-Shamma, an Egyptologist, remarked that the Sphinx‘s discovery was expected as several sphinx statues were found across Luxor such as the sphinx statues for King Aymanhotb III and Thutmose IV. Al-Kabbash Road project, which will be finished by the end of 2018, was resumed in 2017 with a budget of LE 230 million ($12.7 million) in cooperation with Luxor governorate, the head of the projects‘ sector at the Ministry of Antiquities, Waheed Aboul Ela, told Egypt Today Friday, quoting Minister Anani. Aboul Ela said the road will be paved to allow easy access for visitors. The project also includes the development of the floors, the completion of excavation and repairing the collection of AlKabbash, and ram-headed sphinxes as well as re-installing them. Anani announced that an engineering committee visited Luxor on May 27 to discuss all the project‘s obstacles and to prepare a detailed study for the current situation as well as a comprehensive financial feasibility study for the project. Al-Kabbash Road is the road that connects Luxor Temple to Karnak Temple. The project to excavate and restore Al-Kabbash Road began in 2005 and about LE 600 million have been spent on the project. The project was halted after the January 25 Revolution.

Potential and Challenges of Indian Aviation The International Air Transport Association (IATA) released a comprehensive report on India‘s aviation market. The report focuses on the challenges of realizing the economic and social benefits of an Indian aviation industry that has tremendous potential for continued high-speed demand growth. Key findings of the report include: Indian aviation is growing fast In 2010, 79 million people traveled to/from/or within India. By 2017 that doubled to 158 million. That number is expected to treble to 520 million by 2037. Air transport makes a significant economic contribution to India Aviation in India supports 7.5 million jobs: 390,000 directly, 570,000 in the value chain, and 6.2 million in tourism. Aviation contributes some US$30 billion annually to India‘s GDP. India will be the third largest domestic market (behind the US and China) Domestic load factors are high, hitting a record 90% in February 2018. The 98 million domestic passenger trips in 2017 equal 7.3% of India‘s population. After adjusting for inflation, average domestic fares fell by more than 70% since 2005. The number of domestic airport pairs is 700 (a 50% increase on 2015 levels). Low cost carriers account for about 70% of domestic seats.

2 India's international market is growing more slowly than domestic In 2017 there were about 60 million international journeys to/from India. Low cost operators account for about 25% of international capacity. India is directly linked to 304 international destinations, up from 230 in 2008. About 41% of India‘s direct international connectivity is to the Middle East—much of it to super-connector hubs of UAE and Qatar. The Indian outbound air cargo market topped 1 million tonnes in 2017 (+16.9% on 2016) UAE is India‘s largest cargo market )30%); Ethiopia is the fastest growing of the main markets (+114% on 2016). Delhi and Mumbai are India‘s largest cargo hubs; Mumbai and Chennai are the fastest growing (+18.1% and +17.2% respectively). Looking ahead Fundamentals supporting Indian market growth are strong. By 2036 India‘s population is expected to reach 1.6 billion and average incomes are expected to rise to almost $5,000 per capita (a fivefold increase on 2006(. With that, the number of ―middle class‖ households should reach 20% by 2036 (up from 2% in 2006). Domestic markets will continue to drive industry growth. Of the 359 million additional passengers expected to fly in 2036, 228 million will be on domestic routes and 131 million will be connecting internationally.

3 By 2026 India is expected to be the third largest air transport market in the world (up from its current 7th place ranking). Challenges The study identified several factors that could impact the future growth of Indian aviation: Policy: Baseline growth rate of 6.1% annually is expected to result in a total market of 520 million Indian passengers in 2037. Globally, liberalization and policy stimulus could see India‘s growth rate rise to 9.1%, taking the total market to nearly 900 million by 2037. Equally, protectionist and other negative policy impacts globally could hold India‘s growth back to 4.9% and the total market would be 400 million in 2037. Ease of Doing Business: Over the last five years India has risen from 132 to 100 on the World Bank‘s Ease of Doing Business survey. Continued improvement in this area will be critical to sustainable growth of aviation. Travel and Tourism Competitiveness: India has also risen from 52nd place (2015) to 40th (2017) place in the 2017 World Economic Forum‘s Travel and Tourism Competitiveness Index. Improvements in visa policies, infrastructure and preservation of monuments have assisted this rise. Continuous improvements in these areas as well as in human resources development, airport infrastructure density, and tourism infrastructure are among the areas that could further enhance India‘s competitiveness.

Strengthening Indian Aviation The International Air Transport Association (IATA) called on the government of India to maximize the potential contribution of aviation to India‘s development by addressing infrastructure constraints that limit growth and government policies that impose excessive costs on aviation. Growth forecasts for India indicate a trebling of passenger demand by 2037 when some 500 million people are expected to fly to, from or within India. Already aviation supports 7.5 million Indian jobs and US$30 billion of GDP (1.5% of the economy). Global connectivity that only aviation can provide is a critical driver of all modern economies. The financial struggles of India‘s airline industry put the stable development of connectivity at risk. And India‘s carriers are suffering a ―double-whammy‖ of steeply rising fuel costs and the decline in the value of the Indian Rupee. The rise in fuel costs is particularly acute for Indian carriers for which fuel makes-up 34% of operating costs—well above the global average of 24%. ―While it is easy to find Indian passengers who want to fly, it‘s very difficult for airlines to make money in this market. India‘s social and economic development needs airlines to be able to profitably accommodate growing demand. We must address infrastructure constraints that limit growth and government policies that deviate from global standards and drive up the cost of connectivity,‖ said Alexandre de Juniac, IATA‘s Director General and CEO.

2 De Juniac‘s remarks came in an opening address to the International Aviation Summit in Delhi, co-hosted by the Indian Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), the Airports Authority India (AAI) and IATA. The joint Summit commemorates the approaching milestone of 50straight months of double digit domestic growth for Indian aviation. Infrastructure India‘s aviation infrastructure has benefitted from significant upgrades in recent years. ―It is clear that India has the capacity to develop effective infrastructure. But the job is not done. Passenger numbers will grow. And infrastructure must not be a bottleneck in fulfilling the needs of travelers and the economy,‖ said de Juniac who called for work in four priority areas: Develop a comprehensive and strategic masterplan for India’s airports. ―The infrastructure issue is critical for India‘s future. BandAid solutions will not do the job,‖ said de Juniac. Remove all obstacles to successfully open Navi Mumbai as quickly as possible. Urgent relief is needed for Mumbai‘s severe capacity bottleneck. Modernize airport processes using technology in line with global standards. The DigiYatra initiative will make a significant step in the right direction with digitally connected airports, passengers, systems and flights. In line with this, IATA encouraged the Indian government to support the broad implementation of IATA‘s One ID initiative which uses biometric identification )similar to India‘s Aadhar identity card) to save time by eliminating the need for repeated document checks in airports. Flexibly use military airspace to expand airspace capacity for civil operations. This was successfully demonstrated with the opening of a conditional airway through restricted airspace over Bhuj and should now be expanded to more areas.

3 IATA also noted its concerns on government proposals for concession contracts at newly developed greenfield airports. ―We believe that it makes no sense to fix a per passenger yield at the outset of a concession contract that is set to run for four decades. Flexible parameters should be set that are regularly reviewed by a regulator. And we know from bitter experiences in Brazil, Australia and elsewhere that selecting the company that simply proposes the highest bidder does not yield good long-term results,‖ said de Juniac. Regulation IATA also encouraged the government to look at ways to improve India‘s competitiveness by aligning with global standards and reducing excessive government imposed costs. Zero-rate GST for international travel in line with ICAO principles and international obligations. Create a more competitive market for jet fuel by: Adding domestic uplift of domestic jet fuel to the GST framework with full input tax credit allowed Removing fuel throughput fees in line with global best practice Creating competition with common-use open-access infrastructure, and Regulating transparency in pricing of jet fuel Reducing excise duty on fuel Collaboration ―There are many priorities in fostering the economic and social development of India. Fundamental issues of eradicating poverty, ensuring quality education, providing health care and safe drinking water are massively important agenda items. Creating a better environment for aviation to do business can and will progress the nuts and bolts of India‘s development day to day. Safe, secure and sustainable air links make our world a better place. That is why I call aviation the business of freedom. Traveler Numbers Reach New Heights The International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced industry performance statistics for 2017. Worldwide annual air passenger numbers exceeded four billion for the first time, supported by a broad-based improvement in global economic conditions and lower average airfares. At the same time, airlines connected a record number of cities worldwide, providing regular services to over 20,000 city pairs* in 2017, more than double the level of 1995. Such increases in direct services improve the industry‘s efficiency by cutting costs and saving time for both travelers and shippers alike. This information is included in the recently released 62nd Edition of the World Air Transport Statistics (WATS), the yearbook of the airline industry‘s performance. ―In 2000, the average citizen flew just once every 43 months. In 2017, the figure was once every 22 months. Flying has never been more accessible. And this is liberating people to explore more of our planet for work, leisure and education. Emirates flight with nearly two dozen sick passengers lands at JFK One of the largest planes in the world flying from Dubai was met by police, ambulances and firetrucks at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Wednesday when nearly two dozen passengers and crew members reported feeling ill during the 14-hour flight, officials said. Emirates Flight 203, an Airbus 380, landed at approximately 9:12 a.m. from Dubai and 19 passengers and crew members reported symptoms that included coughing, a headache, sore throat, fever and other flu-like symptoms, New York City health officials said. "It was two levels and when we were boarding the main level, there were just dozens of people coughing and by mid-flight, it felt like a flying infirmary," said passenger Erin Sykes. "It was like a symphony of coughing." The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention originally reported that as many as 100 people on the flight said they felt ill. Nearly three hours later Emirates Airline confirmed that 10 of the 549 crew members and passengers — which included rapper Vanilla Ice who recorded the 1990 hit single "Ice Ice Baby" — and crew members were transferred to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, while nine refused treatment. "All passengers were screened by the local health authorities prior to disembarkation, and three passengers and seven crew members were transferred to the hospital for further medical care and evaluation," an Emirates Airline spokesperson said in a statement. "Nine passengers underwent additional medical screening at the site near the aircraft and were released afterwards. The rest of the passengers were allowed to leave and clear customs.

2 A spokesperson at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center said in a statement that the 10 ill passengers and crew members were "immediately isolated and evaluated for their symptoms." Dr. Oxiris Barbot, the acting commissioner of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, said at a news conference that the agency had obtained respiratory samples from the 10 patients. Those samples were being tested at the city's public health lab, and they expected results late Wednesday night. "It looks like this is probably influenza,‖ said Dr. Barbot. ―But again, until we have our final results late tonight, we won‘t be able to give a final determination of what the underlying cause of this illness is.‖ Barbot said all the patients who were quarantined are currently stable and are even "being fed pizza." The illness apparently also came with stomach issues, forcing crew members to triage the restrooms. "The bathrooms were in high-demand to the point where they actually shut down a couple of bathrooms," said Sykes, a passenger. Demetre Daskalakis, the deputy commissioner for disease control at New York City's Department of Health, recommended that travelers wash their hands and get vaccinated for the flu before departing on a trip.

In some of the senior positions, the advert says the holders of such positions must be approved by the Civil Aviation Authority. He said there are many Ugandans working in senior positions with foreign airlines and that services of such people would be of great advantage. ―We cannot pretend that it‘s not taking off, there is no doubt anymore. It‘s already here and it will fly. However, government should ensure that it‘s run by qualified and professional people to be competitive. We have many Ugandans working with the major global airlines. So let‘s get such people to manage our new airline,‖ he said.

3 Airlines management Mr Bageya Waiswa, the permanent Secretary of ministry of Works and Transport, in July this year said the management of the airline will be in the hands of competent managers, under the stewardship of the board with strategies aligned to the economic objectives of the country. Uganda Airlines is expected to take to the skies between February and April next year, with a number of regional routes using Bombardier CRJ900 aircrafts and later international routes when the Airbus A330-800 planes are delivered. According to the available information, the airline will operate scheduled and nonscheduled passenger and cargo flights to destinations in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East and beyond as it expands its network across the world.

Kenya Airways plan to run JKIA shelved The proposed Kenya Airways and Kenya Airport Authority merger is not coming soon. KAA managing director Jonny Andersen said nothing conclusive has so far come out of the discussions. In June, the Cabinet in a policy statement said the planned merger was part of the financial restructuring plan to save the listed national carrier from collapsing. It was also expected to reposition and model the airline's operations along that of its main rival Ethiopian Airlines which runs Addis Ababa's Bole International airport. The public-private partnership was expected to be signed this month, and would have seen Kenya Airways take over all the staff and operations of the KAA in order to expand the range of its services to include ground handling, maintenance, catering, warehousing and cargo. ―The government gave us the proposal to see how the agreement would save KQ and increase operations within JKIA, but this has not resulted to any possible conclusions. Therefore, the merger should not be expected anytime soon,‖ Andersen said during the launch of Aviation Business Excellence Award in Nairobi. The Cabinet's policy document dubbed ‗Project Simba‘ pointed out that the the Sh75 billion bailout programme by the government was insufficient to resolve KQ's problems, hence the need to have the airline operate under a comprehensive national aviation policy.

2 Andersen said KAA has resorted to take a different approach to improve customer experience and monitor quality of services across all boards. KAA will now employ a business assessment tool to evaluate stakeholders in airlines, ground handling companies, immigration department, retail and duty-free shops, eateries, cargo firms, ground transport and financial institutions on their service delivery to customers. This follows a mandatory training to all JKIA staff ordered by CS Fred Matiang‘i in January. ―The training was not enough. We need to coordinate all stakeholders to raise the standards of their services to gain an extensive recognition of JKIA as the best in East Africa and in the region,‖ he said.

This new generation of the proven flight planning solution from Lufthansa Systems offers extensive automation and optimization functions for flight planning and control processes. 2 Around 120 airlines with a total of more than 6,000 aircraft are currently using Lufthansa Systems‘ flight planning solution, which has been successful in the market for more than 17 years. The most recent releases covered certain basic components for migrating to current technologies as well as functional innovations and improvements for takeoff and landing weight optimization, crew briefing and route optimization. In various comparative analyses based on thousands of flight plans, Lido/Flight was able to reduce fuel costs by an average of 2 percent, cut flying times by 1.9 percent and save 1.6 percent of air traffic control fees compared to its competitors. ―The contract with Ethiopian Airlines is strategically important to us,‖ said Marco Cesa, Senior Vice President Regional Management EMEA at Lufthansa Systems. ―The deal will be noticed throughout Africa and strengthens our position in the local market. Singapore Airlines to debut new A350 aircraft on Adelaide route Singapore Airlines (SIA) will debut its new Airbus A350-900 aircraft on the Singapore-Adelaide route, it said in a news release on Thursday (Sep 6).
Slated to begin on Dec 17, the A350-900 medium haul aircraft will operate daily as SQ279 from Singapore to Adelaide, and as SQ278 for the return flight, subject to regulatory approval. Equipped with SIA's recently launched new regional Economy Class and Business Class products, the new A350-900 will be fitted with 263 Economy Class seats and 40 Business Class seats. Arranged in a 3-3-3 configuration, the seats in Economy Class come with six-way adjustable headrests, a coat hook, USB port and in-seat power supply as well as a personal storage space for small items. Business Class cabins will have a 1-2-1 seat arrangement, providing every customer with direct aisle access. Passengers in Business Class can also look forward to a full high-definition 17-inch screen, ample personal stowage space, and seats that can recline directly into a 76-inch fully flat bed.

The A350-900 is also decked with the latest Thales AVANT inflight entertainment system, which boasts a more intuitive user interface and grants customers greater flexibility in their entertainment options.
For example, customers can select their choice of playlists from the SingaporeAir mobile app prior to the flight, and transfer these selections to myKrisWorld by pairing their personal electronic devices with the system on board via Near-Field Communication. SIA currently has 67 Airbus A350-900 aircraft on order, seven of which are long-haul planes which will be used to ply the SingaporeNewark route from Oct 11. Subject to regulatory approval, SIA also plans to deploy the A350900 medium haul aircraft to Brisbane next year.
