كتبت آمال رسالن قال محمد عثمان ،رئٌس بعثة الحج للتضامن االجتماعى ،إنه تقرر سفر أولى رحالت حجاج الجمعٌات األهلٌة المتجهة للمدٌنة المنورة اعتبارا من ٌوم 23 أغسطس الموافق 20ذو القعدة ،وآخر فوج فى 1سبتمبر ،حٌث سٌتم تسٌٌر ٧أفواج فى تلك الفترة.وأشار عثمان لـ"الٌوم السابع" ،إلى أن أولى أفواج رحالت الحجاج المتجهة إلى جدة ستبدأ اعتبارا من 29أغسطس الموافق 26ذو القعدة ،وآخر األفواج فى 4سبتمبر الموافق 3ذو الحاجة، حٌث سٌتم خالل تلك الفترة تسٌٌر 6أفواج. وأوضح أنه سٌتم تسٌٌر األفواج عبر المطارات اإلقلٌمٌة فى أسوان واألقصر والغردقة وبرج العرب ،إضافة إلى مطار القاهرة الدولى ،الفتا إلى أنه تم تخصٌص مكتب لشركة مصر للطٌران بمقر الوزارة إلصدار تذاكر حجاج الجمعٌات لكافة المحافظات وتسلٌم التذاكر لمدٌرٌات التضامن االجتماعى بكل محافظة والتى تتولى توزٌعها على الحجاج.

قال االتحاد الدولً للنقل الجوي (إٌاتا) ،إن الطلب على الشحن الجوي ارتفع 4.3بالمئة فً ٌونٌو الماضً ،مسجالً أسرر وتٌرة له فً 14 شهراً. وأضا "إٌاتا" فً نشرته الشهرٌة ،أن الطاقة االستٌعابٌة زادت أسرر من الطلب وبمعدل بلغ 4.9بالمئة ،وهو ما ٌضغط على العائدات.

شهد مطار القاهرة الدولى ،الٌوم اإلثنٌن ،تأخر إقالر طائرة ‖إٌر كاٌرو― المتجهة إلى جدة لوجود عطل فنى بالطائرة. وأفاد مصدر مالحى بمطار القاهرة ،بأن برج المراقبة تلقى إشارة من قائد طائرة ‖إٌر كاٌرو― رقم 4٧5والمتجهة إلى جدة ،بوجود عطل فنى بكابٌنة القٌادة ،وتم إنزال الركاب واستدعاء خبراء الصٌانة إلصالح العطل ،واستأنفت الطائرة رحلتها مرة أخر عقب إصالح العطل بعد تأخر ساعتٌن.

نفت شركة الخطوط الجوٌة الجزائرٌة ،أمس ،ما تردد عن اختفاء إحد طائراتها على شاشات الرادار. وقالت الشركة إن الطائرة وهً من طراز بوٌنج ٧3٧والتابعة لشركة الخطوط الجوٌة الجزائرٌة المملوكة للدولة عادت إلى مطار الجزائر الدولً أمس ،بعد نص ساعة من الطٌران. وذكرت الشركة أن الطائرة كانت تضمن الرحلة «أي اتش »1020بٌن العاصمة الجزائر ومدٌنة مارسٌلٌا الفرنسٌة ،موضحة أن كل الركاب بخٌر وسٌتم نقلهم الى مدٌنة مارسٌلٌا على متن طائرة أخر .ونفت الناطقة باسم الشركة مونٌة برتوش اختفاء الطائرة من على شاشات الرادار ،مؤكدة أن قائد الطائرة هو من قرر العودة إلى الجزائر بعدما سجل خلالً تقنٌا ً صغٌراً بالطائرة. وكشفت برتوش أن الطائرة كان على متنها 101راكب جر نقلهم إلى طائرة أخر بهد الطٌران مجدداً نحو مارسٌلٌا. وكانت مصادر تحدثت عن اختفاء الطائرة عندما كانت على ارتفار ٧آال قدم فوق البحر األبٌض المتوسط.

طائرة إٌرانٌة تهبط اضطرارٌا فى مطار أصفهان بعد تعرضها لخلل فنً
أعلن مساعد مدٌر مطار أصفهان على مصطفو أن طائرة مدنٌة كانت تقل نحو 230راكبا فى رحلة بٌن مدٌنتى بوشهر وطهران هبطت بسالم تام فى المطار بعد تعرضها لخلل فنى. وقال مصطفو فى تصرٌح لوكالة أنباء (فارس) اإلٌرانٌة أن طائرة (إٌرباص )300تابعة للخطوط الجوٌة اإلٌرانٌة (إٌران آٌر) أعلنت لمطار الشهٌد بهشتى فى أصفهان حالة الهبوط االضطرار ،بسبب عطل محركها الثانى ،خالل رحلة من مدٌنة بوشهر (جنوب) إلى طهران. وأكد أن الطائرة هبطت بسالم تام ،مضٌفا أن هذم الطائرة كانت تقل نحو 230راكبا ولم ٌصب أ منهم بأذ . وأشار المسؤول اإلٌرانى إلى أن الطائرة قٌد اإلصالح فى الوقت الحاضر، وأنها ستغادر المطار بعد إجراء عملٌة اإلصالح الالزمة لها

بسبب عطل فنً
استأنفت شركة ‖دلتا― األمٌركٌة للطٌران ،االثنٌن ،رحالتها الجوٌة ‖بشكل محدود― ،وذلك بعد توق دام عدة ساعات إثر عطل فنً أصاب األنظمة اإللكترونٌة للشركة. وأوضحت الشركة فً بٌان أن سبب العطل هو انقطار التٌار الكهربائً، وحذرت من أن بعض الرحالت قد تلغى أو ترجئ مجددا. وأد توق الرحالت إلى تعطل آال المسافرٌن على رحالت الشركة فً أنحاء العالم ،وشهدت مكاتب الحجز بالمسافرٌن فً المطارات ازدحامات. وقالت الشركة إن انقطار الكهرباء الذي سببا عطال فً أجهزة الحاسوب، بدأ فً الساعة 6:30بتوقٌت غرٌنتش .وال تعد حوادث تعطل أجهزة الحاسوب أمرا نادرا ،إذ تكررت مرات عدة فً شركات الطٌران.

UK Serious Fraud Office Launches Airbus Investigation The director of the UK Serious Fraud Office (SFO) has opened a criminal investigation into allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption in the civil aviation business of Airbus Group, the agency announced Monday. The allegations relate to irregularities concerning third-party consultants, it said. Word on the possibility of investigation surfaced in April, when the SFO began looking into the manufacturer‘s failure to reveal the identity of some intermediaries in applications for export credit financing for certain airline customers. At the time Airbus issued a statement acknowledging ―certain inaccuracies‖ in the applications and that an interruption in UK export funding would likely result. It said it immediately notified the SFO of its internal findings in the interest of transparency. On Sunday it referred to ―previous disclosures‖ relating to the SFO and European export credit agencies. ―Airbus Group has been informed by the SFO that it has opened a criminal investigation into allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption in the civil aviation business of Airbus Group relating to irregularities concerning third-party consultants,‖ it confirmed. ―Airbus Group continues to cooperate with the SFO.‖ In April Airbus said it expected no interruption in financing from the export credit agencies in France and Germany—the other European countries in which it builds most of its components and assembles airplanes. However, those countries subsequently cut off funding as well. Export credit accounted for some 6 percent of funding for Airbus airliners last year. A spokesperson from UK Export Finance (UKEF) would not comment on the SFO investigation, but confirmed that the agency ―paused‖ its support for Airbus deliveries in April and had not funded any new deliveries since January. She added that UKEF continues to work closely with its French and German counterparts on the matter.
http://www.avitrader.com/ Lufthansa A321 in near-miss with UAV at Munich Airport As regulators worldwide search for a solution to the everincreasing problem of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or drones as they are also called, a further incident has occurred at Germany‘s Munich Airport between a UAV and a Lufthansa A321 on its approach to the airport on August 4. The plane in question was on a scheduled flight between Frankfurt and Munich with 114 passengers and crew on board. According to a Lufthansa spokesperson, Michael Lamberty, ―We can confirm a disorder involving one of our aircraft and an object when on approach to Munich. Nothing happened; however, a drone has no place there. As the investigation is ongoing, I can‘t give any further information at the moment.‖ In a statement issued by the Upper Bavaria Police DepartmentNorth the plane was descending through a 1,700m flight level near the village of Schwabhausen at just before 7.00pm local time when what was described as a quadcopter drone passed the A321 at the same height at an approximate distance of approximately 10m from the right-hand wing tip. There have been varied levels of concern as to the amount of damage a drone could do if ‗ingested‘ by a plane‘s engine while in flight. The principal worry is not the actual bodies of these types of drone as they are predominantly constructed of lightweight plastic, it is the lithium-ion battery which through its density and semi-indestructible nature is causing the greatest concern over the damage it could cause. In the USA alone, while the FAA regulating hobby and professional drone flying, one of the main requirements now being the registration of both drones and their pilots if the drone weighs between 0.55ozs and 55lbs, over 100 incidents of drones flying too near airports and commercial planes are being reported each month.

GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, has delivered the first of six leased Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to EVA Air as part of the airline‘s fleet renewal program. The aircraft was part of GECAS‘ existing order book with Boeing. The five additional leased 777s are scheduled for delivery to EVA in 2016 and 2017. EVA Air, a Star Alliance member, was established in 1989 as Taiwan‘s first privately owned international airline. It is part of the Evergreen Group and a sister company to global container-shipping leader Evergreen Line. It flies a fleet of over 70 Boeing and Airbus aircraft to more than 60 international destinations throughout Asia, Oceania, Europe and North America.

CAAM approved BAA Training ATR 72-500 pilot type rating training
BAA Training, the Lithuanian-based type rating, ab initio, cabin crew, ground handling and many other aviation training provider was approved by the Civil Aviation Authority of Mongolia (CAAM) to give ATR 72-500 type rating training for pilots who hold MCAA pilot licenses. Training will take place in EASA certificated simulator which is located in Baku, Azerbaijan. The ATR 72-500 is certified to operate on unpaved runways by installing a kit to ensure landing gear and lower fuselage protection. The new data format will make electronic communication between the USCBP‘s Automated Commercial Environment )ACE( system, airlines and other air cargo stakeholders simpler and more efficient. In addition it will facilitate growth in trade, ensure cargo security, and foster participation in global commerce through advance electronic data submission for air cargo shipments. ―Airlines, freight-forwarders, shippers and border agencies share the common goals of simplifying processes, enhancing efficiency and maximizing safety and security. The key to achieving this is industry collaboration and standardization on a global scale,‖ said Nick Careen, IATA Senior Vice President for Airport, Passenger, Cargo and Security. ―Having support for Cargo-XML from the US-CBP, one of the world‘s largest federal law enforcement agencies, will positively contribute towards the industry achieving its objective - the global adoption of a standard air cargo messaging system.‖ The US-CBP‘s utilization of the new standards, developed from international regulations, is due to begin within the next few months. The US-CBP is working to reduce the considerable number of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) message formats currently supported to process international import, export cargo and cargo release information. Each year millions of tonnes of air cargo pass through US airports, from medicines and crucial electronic components, to the latest consumer products. The US CBP is tasked with ensuring that these goods are safe, present no security issues, are compliant with trade laws, and reach the customer on-time. By adopting a common messaging standard - IATA‘s Cargo XML – for all air cargo shipments, the industry can be confident that the information being provided to the US-CBP is technically correct. The new messaging standard will also make it easier for US-CBP agents to identify freight which contravenes US legislation.

A ground stop went into place after the outage but was lifted at 8:40 a.m. EST. The power outage began at 2:30 a.m. EST Aug. 8. Delta said it canceled over 650 flights. As of 3:40 p.m. EST, Delta said it had operated 2,340 of its nearly 6,000 scheduled flights for the day. Certain critical systems and network equipment did not switch over to Delta's backup systems following the power loss, Delta said. "Systems are fully operational and flights resumed hours ago, but delays and cancellations remain as recovery efforts continue," Delta said in a 5 p.m. EST statement. Delta said a systemwide waiver is available for customers traveling Aug. 8-12. Delta CEO Ed Bastian posted an online video apology to Delta customers. ―We‘ve got Delta teams working around the clock to restore our system capability,‖ Bastian said. ―As I‘m sure you can appreciate, it‘s an all-hands-on-deck effort.‖ Southwest Airlines experienced a systemwide technology breakdown July 20 that resulted in hundreds of flight cancellations and delays.

China‘s Ruili Airlines had the second most lucrative order, for six 787-9 Dreamliners, valued at $1.59 billion at list prices. European leisure travel specialist TUI Group converted options on 10 Boeing 737 MAX 8s, an order announced at the Farnborough Airshow on July 12, valued at $1.1 billion. Additionally, two separate unidentified customers each ordered 10 737 MAX aircraft during the month, valued at $2.2 billion combined. Year-to-date, Boeing‘s gross order total for commercial aircraft is 358 aircraft, valued at approximately $45.15 billion at list prices. Boeing delivered 54 commercial aircraft to 33 airlines and six lessors in July, bringing the manufacturer‘s year-to-date commercial aircraft delivery total to 420. The San Francisco-based carrier reportedly incurred $4.4 million in legal and professional costs related to the merger agreement with Seattle-based Alaska Air Group during the second quarter. Virgin America‘s 2Q operating revenue was $425.7 million, up 6.2% year-over-year (YOY); total operating expenses for the quarter were $356.6 million, up 7% YOY. Operating profit for the quarter was $69.2 million, up 2.2% YOY. Second-quarter traffic was up 16.2% YOY to 3.16 billion RPMs on 15.3% YOY capacity growth to 3.69 billion ASMs, producing a load factor of 85.8%, up 0.7 point from 2Q 2015. The airline carried 2.09 million passengers during the quarter, up 15.6% YOY. Virgin America‘s aircraft fuel expenses during the quarter decreased 20.6% YOY to $74.4 million. The carrier‘s 2Q operating margin was 16.2%, down 0.7 point YOY. Yield declined 9.7% YOY to 11.93 cents. PRASM fell 9% YOY to 10.23 cents. On June 16, Alaska Air Group and Virgin America announced a timing agreement on supplying the US Department of Justice (DOJ) with materials on the planned merger schedule; the two airlines agreed to not consummate the merger prior to Sept. 30, unless DOJ closes its anti-trust investigation sooner. On July 26, Virgin America stockholders granted approval of the merger. ―The company … anticipated that it will complete the transaction in the fourth quarter of 2016,‖ Virgin America said in a statement. ―However, [we] cannot predict with certainty whether and when any of the remaining required closing conditions will be satisfied or if the merger will close.‖

United Reports July 2016 Operational Performance United Airlines (UAL) today reported July 2016 operational results. UAL's July 2016 consolidated traffic (revenue passenger miles) increased 1.2 percent and consolidated capacity (available seat miles) increased 0.7 percent versus July 2015. UAL's July 2016 consolidated load factor increased 0.5 points compared to July 2015. The company continues to expect third-quarter 2016 consolidated passenger unit revenue to decline 5.5 to 7.5 percent compared to the third quarter of 2015. The year-over-year performance is primarily impacted by demand growth not keeping pace with capacity growth, declining close-in yields, lower surcharges, competitive actions and travel reductions in the energy sector.
