MG James Ursano Scholarship Program Applicants must be dependent children of active, retired, or deceased Soldiers. Applicant must be registered in DEERS, and must be full-time or planning to be a full -time undergraduate student at a college/university, community college, or vocational school.
Stateside Spouse Education Assistance Program Applicant must be the spouse of an active or retired Army Soldier, or the widow(er) of an active or retired Army Soldier and must reside in the United States. The scholarship is a need based education assistance program.
