Use this log sheet to track any miles you walk, jog, run, swim, bike, or for any aerobic exercise on a daily basis. At the end of each month, add up your total miles and enter the number in the appropriate month on the back side of this form. On the fifth of each month look for the post on the WTAAB Facebook page asking for your miles, and post your number of miles as a comment on that post. Or, you can submit your miles by email to CAB.WTAAB@gmail.com, be sure include your Battalion name. All miles will be added up and totaled by Battalion and a Brigade total will also be tracked. Remember, round your miles to nearest quarter of a mile, .25, .50, or .75. For example, if you walked 36.45 miles, log it in as 36.50. If you have any questions, please contact Emily at 656-3227.
