Istarteddoingphotographyinthe early90’s.Upuntilthatpoint,I wasdoingalotofwritingforlocal orregionalgaypublications. However,ahandinjuryledto monthsofphysicaltherapyand rehab,whichleftmeunableto type.Withtonofcreativeenergy andnooutlet,afriendsteppedin withanoffertohelptakemymind offmyproblems.Hewantedsome nudephotosdone,andaskedifI woulddoit.Ihadneverdonethat typeofstuffbefore,butwas thankfultohaveanythingcreative todo.Thatkindgestureunlocked ahiddentalentIdidn’tknowI had.Thankstohim,Ihavean almost30-yearcareer(and counting)asanartist.
