Rawson Property: On the move The Rawson Helderberg franchise has taken a bold new step and opened an office in the scenic seaside village of Gordon’s Bay.
The office, situated in 2 Water Way (opposite the BP Garage) officially opened their doors on Monday 1 December. Schalk van der Merwe, one of the franchisees, says the current economic climate has enabled them to take this courageous step. For several years the Gordon’s Bay market was served from the Strand office and he envisages that with the new office and additional staff that have been appointed they will be able to grow their market share with 300%.
