What is PREMA ?
before
PREMA stands for Profitable Resource Efficient Management. With support of a PREMA consultant, you increase your profits thanks to waste reduction or additional income from use of waste. You analyze the current organization and its processes. You identify, where unnecessary waste is produced, and calculate its economic effect. Together with the consultant, you work out ways to reduce waste … or even turn it into opportunities to generate additional income.
PREMA certified consultants have already successfully implemented PREMA in Rwandan companies from different sectors: construction, manufacturing, bakeries, beauty salons, hotels and more.
