Q: What are some ways you take care of your mental health? A: Going into nature, cold showers (stimulates the vagus nerve), excercise e.g. running, swimming, yoga; meditation and other breathing techniques, massage, reading a good book, listening to relaxing music, counselling, laughter and community (surround yourself with people that are good for your soul). Q: What is your daily skincare routine? A: I start my morning care by washing my face with a gel, foam or cream designed for cleansing the skin, the next step is a tonic, each stage in my routine is extremely important to me and I do not skip any. After the tonic, I reach for the eye serum, face serum, eye cream, oil, if I feel that my skin needs an additional dose of nourishment or hydration, and cream.

But it doesn’t stop there! A make-up base is an extremely important product in the morning care routine! I cannot imagine not having this cosmetic on my skin before applying the foundation. The evening care routine is based on the same steps as the morning one. I thoroughly cleanse my skin and eyes with make-up products.Then, cleansing the skin of makeup remnants with a gel, foam or cream designed for cleansing the skin. Very often in the evening care, before the next steps, I put on a cleansing mask 2-3 times a week. The next steps are the same as in the morning routine. Only cosmetics change. In the evening care, I use more rich, enveloping formulas. 21

Q: What’s your secret to keeping skin firm and toned? A: First of all, the right level of hydration from the inside! I am very careful about the amount of water I consume during the day. Body cream is one of the best I use! In addition to beauty products, I attach great importance to physical activity. Every day I try to devote at least 45 minutes to some activity. I choose my cosmetics very carefully so that, in addition to a good dose of hydration. And of course I take care of the proper UV protection! I have been using high filter products for many years and I can see the effects! And perhaps the most important, summing up this answer! I look in the

FEEL GOOD RECIPES HEALTHY BROWNIES PREPARATION TIME: 15 MINUTES COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES SERVINGS: 10 BROWNIES

No-guilt chocolate brownies! Antioxidants, fibre and absolute happiness guaranteed in every bite! INGREDIENTS: 225 g date puree 150 g unsweetened applesauce 60 ml milk (regular, soy or almond) 1 egg 208 g pure vanilla extract 3 g baking soda 230 g baking powder 1 pinch salt 115 g whole spelt flour 50 g cocoa powder 37 g flax seeds, crushed 80 g dark chocolate chips 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped 30 g raw cocoa nibs (optional)

ENERGY BALLS PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES COOKING TIME: 0 MINUTES SERVINGS: 15 BALLS

Quick, convenient and healthy! With raw cocoa, antioxidant-rich and full of minerals, vitamins and amino acids.

PREPARATION: 1. Preheat oven to 180° C (350 ° F). 2. Mix well the date puree, applesauce, milk and egg. 3. Add the vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder and pinch of salt. Stir well. 4. Stir in the spelt flour, cocoa powder, flax seeds, dark chocolate, walnuts and raw cocoa nibs. 5. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, otherwise everything will stick. 6. Spoon the dough to create brownies. 7. Decorate each brownie with a walnut. 8. Bake for about 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: 150 g organic raw almonds 15 organic Medjool dates, pitted 3 tbsp. organic raw cocoa powder 227 g organic blanched almond butter (or nut butter of your choice) 2 tbsp. organic raw coconut oil 2 tbsp. organic whole chia seeds 2 tbsp. organic shelled hemp seeds PREPARATION: 1. Use a food processor to mix the almonds finely while maintaining a crunchy texture. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for a few seconds more until everything is well combined. 3. Roll the balls in your wet hands and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. 4. If desired, you can roll them in a little grated coconut or in a mixture of chopped nuts. 5. Will keep in the freezer for several weeks or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. 23


MATCHA CHOCOLATE SMOOTHIE PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES SERVINGS: 2 PEOPLE

Delicious and energising! With antioxidant-rich cacao and invigorating matcha for an all-day pick-me-up! INGREDIENTS: 490 ml soy or almond milk 1 banana 150 g frozen strawberries 2 tbsp. cocoa 2 tbsp. matcha powder 1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional) 1 handful of baby spinach (optional) PREPARATION: Blend all ingredients and serve.

ICED COFFEE PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES SERVINGS: 1 PERSON

Coffee beans contain antioxidants and other nutrients good for the body. Without heat, there is less extraction of chlorogenic acid, an antioxidant your body needs to fight off ageing. INGREDIENTS: 240 g sweetened condensed milk 180 ml of strong hot coffee 5 ice cubes PREPARATION: 1. In a glass, pour the condensed milk and add the ice cubes. 2. Then pour in the hot coffee.
