JALAS® Zenit EVO combines a new lightweight sporty design, sock-like ergonomic fit and seamless breathability with the kind of protection you would expect from JALAS®. The Zenit Evo shoes are made for comfort to help you and to eliminate fatigue on long work days. The stretchable knitted upper adjusts to the foot, making them soft and flexible when walking. The lightweight and breathability adds to their great feel. In addition, ergonomic and multilayered soles are designed to prevent injuries to foot and back. The outsole has of course excellent slip resistance for a safer work day. The BOA® Fit System makes the shoes easy to put on and enables a perfect fit. All models are equipped with Aluminium toe caps and soft textile (PTC) protection to prevent nail penetration.

Our unique technology combines state-of-the-art coating material with extra-soft and protective fibers. It allows us to get the knit, dip and yarn working together to offer remarkable levels of smooth fingertip control. The dip itself is a blend of nitrile and water-based polyurethane (PU) that provides excellent flexibility, uncompromising protection and a superb fit. Nitrile is a synthetic latex-free rubber that offers a high level of sensitivity.

COMFORTABLE CUT PROTECTION SLEEVES WITH A PERFECT FIT. Cut protection sleeves prevent cut and abrasion injuries to arms. Choose from different cut levels depending on the nature of your work. For a perfect fit it is important to have the right size. That’s why Tegera® sleeves come in three different sizes (M, L, XL). Areas of use: Metal stamping, metal part assembly, machine operations, maintenance and repair, glass work.

The CRF cut resistant fiber is a customer’s favorite. It has now been further developed to Ejendals CRF Omni fiber. The result is a super-soft and super-flexible glove with very high fingertip sensitivity. The very thin material (just 18 gg) offers the highest level of cut protection. Areas of use: They are made for heavy work and handling of very sharp objects. e.g. work with sheet-metals, in paper mills and metal fabrication in the auto industry.

JALAS 1228W WELDING BOOTS ® WITH BOA FIT SYSTEM. The JALAS 1228W welding boot offers the best possible protection and is still very flexible and comfortable for long work days. In fact, they are our most comfortable welding boots. BOA® Fit system and extreme heat resistance BOA® Fit system is an efficient closing of the boots and enables perfect fit of the boot on the feet. Specially treated leather with KEVLAR® thread in the seams for heat resistance with a max operating limit of 427°C and a long term heat exposure limit of 204°C.
Oil- and heat-resistant soles The outsole is oil- and heat-resistant, suitable for all types of welding work. Excellent grip ensures safety by preventing slips and falls. The upper is made of PU coated leather for durability and easy cleaning.

HEAVY DUTY HEAT RESISTANT GLOVES WITH CUT PROTECTION. These gloves are certified for contact heat level 2 (250°C), and according to real situation testing they are resistant to large quantities of molten metal. Comfortable and easy to work in Fully lined and comfortable with a good fit but still flexible and easy to work in. A new design of elastic cuff makes the gloves easy to put on and take off and prevents dirt from entering the gloves. Made of cow grain soft leather in the palm and reversed cow grain leather on the back hand.
Cut protection with Para-Aramid Being fully lined with Para-Aramid means that these gloves provide excellent cut protection.

NEW VENTILATING AND LIGHT WEIGHT E-SPORT SAFETY SHOES. Ventilating and light comfort Our new E-sport shoes are designed to keep feet cool. A ventilating mesh on the sides and breathable leather details on the shoe upper, together with a ventilating insole, make the shoe comfortable in warm work environments. The combination of a soft midsole and multilayer insole, (FX2 Classic), ensures extra comfort. In addition, these shoes are very light and well balanced, which contributes to the comfortable feel.
